to finish. I had my infant twin babies with me, and she made sure the bridal suite was fully prepared so they could stay with me all day. She provided hot water to warm bottles, placed a sign on the door to ensure privacy, and checked in constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was unbelievably kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Working with her was an absolute joy. The only cons we experienced: • We were told during booking that getting Ubers wouldn’t be an issue, especially since we opted for the open bar, but on the night of our wedding some of our guests weren’t able to get an Uber back to their hotel in Auburn. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to drive them back since they were the last guests remaining without a ride,  which we deeply appreciated. • The food selection process was also a bit challenging. While the venue offers a lot of menu options, you’re limited to tasting only what they serve at the Wedding Extravaganza. They mentioned these events happen twice a year, but even though we booked our wedding more than a year in advance, we were only invited to one. Because of that, we had to choose dishes that we weren’t able to taste, and the options we did try at the extravaganza we attended were not very good. Despite these few issues, our overall experience, especially thanks to Taylor, was truly wonderful. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the support we received on our wedding day made it feel magical. I would recommend this venue, particularly because Taylor made everything run so smoothly and made us feel so cared for.

company because I am very much type B when it comes to planning and we didn't want to spend a fortune, but I am still very much all for the aesthetics. Winchester Estate was worth every minute, dollar, and mile invested. We understood from the beginning that weddings are a busy business year-round, so we already knew to trust the team to reach out to us about planning things in a timely manner. But even before they reached out to us to begin this process closer to our actual wedding date, the staff was more than available and prompt in their responses to any questions we had via email, and never made us feel like we were a bother. The team was very flexible and accommodating the entire time, including letting us tour the venue multiple times on a schedule that worked for us since it was a long drive just for us to get there. The staff was very attentive to details making sure we had everything we needed and making suggestions about things we hadn't even thought of yet. The DJ, Drew, didn't reach out to us until close to our wedding, which originally made us nervous but he executed all of our complicated song requests perfectly and he was so quick to get on board with everything with just one quick phone call. As for the day of, everything was better than we could have imagined. We were able to drop off all the decor the day of our rehearsal/ceremony walk-through, so we knew everyone in our wedding party would be ready for the day of, and all the wedding decor would be 100% taken care of. Like I said, I am a type B kind of gal, so I didn't have too much instruction for how the decor was to be set up, but the staff with their professional experience went above and beyond and made everything so beautiful while accommodating everything I asked for and I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The venue itself also provided so many supplies we didn't expect that saved us money such as easels, centerpiece mirrors, an arch, cake stand, etc. Our coordinator, Kayla, was made for this job. She is so sweet and so knowledgeable and streamlined EVERYTHING. We were babied in the best way and even with a couple of hiccups on our end as the wedding party/guests, Kayla solved them in a second as if they never existed. She had no problem being the "bad guy" for us with our guests to move the timeline along while keeping everybody happy. During the reception, the staff worked together seamlessly to keep the party going and the only time they came to us was when we were running behind because of the guests enjoying themselves too much (!!) and gave us options on how we wanted to proceed with things. Again, ready with OPTIONS and zero stress. Kayla (coordinator), Drew (DJ), and Amy (banquet captain) along with the rest of the staff were truly magical in making my husband and I feel like guests at our own wedding without having to lift a finger. The only thing we had to do was have fun and Drew definitely kept the party alive with his amazing set, and not a single one of our many requests was missed. Amy and her crew even packed us up an extra meal and cake because IYKYK, bride & groom don't get to eat even though we swore we would! TLDR: Winchester Estate is the absolute best and if you want to feel like the guests of honor at the best party every, choose them.
