At Wind N Sea Events, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of personalized service, carefully attending to every detail of your celebration. Our Event Management package (also referred to as "Month-of Coordination") is designed to provide comprehensive support in the weeks leading up to your wedding. After booking with us, we will send you an intake form six weeks prior to your event, gathering all the information about the arrangements you've made so far. One month before your wedding, we step in fully and take charge of the coordination. We work closely with you to create a detailed event timeline, facilitate your ceremony rehearsal and processional, assist with the set-up of both the ceremony and reception, and much more.

Hiring Wind N Sea as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made while wedding planning! Heather was so incredibly helpful both before the wedding and on wedding day. She is efficient and knowledgable, and her team was great as well. I can't say enough good things about them!!

I can’t say enough about Wind N Sea Events. Not only did Heather execute our day perfectly, but she went above and beyond. This included bringing our officiant a portfolio so our script wasn’t flapping in the wind, tissues for our flower girl with a runny nose, making sure all guests were in the reception before our grand entrance, and reminding us to use the bathroom while we had the chance! She truly thought of everything. Our families commented on her level of professionalism and organizational skills. 10/10 Highly recommended!

I am still beaming thinking about my wedding day. Heather was excellent from the beginning. I knew we connected from our initial call. I booked her for a month of coordinator and it was perfect for our situation. She was very organized and helped bring up ideas we may have forgotten. She definitely makes sure the needs of the bride and groom are #1. Heather was particularly helpful when my photographer was overwhelming me with emails 2 weeks before the wedding. She stepped in and took over communication and de escalated the situation. I cannot recommend Heather enough! Thanks again!

Heather was amazing to work with, she gave extremely valuable advice and met every expectation truly.
We couldn't have had our perfect wedding without her. Truly when she showed up on the day my anxiety completely left and I felt like everything would be fine. She made sure every vendor was doing what they were responsible for, that we were always taken care of and had a drink in our hand. Absolutely would recommend!!!!!!

As my husband and I re-walk through the wedding day, we both can recall that the reason things went so smoothly was because of Heather and her assistant. Heather worked so well with all of our vendors, and when seeing vendors occasionally approach us to ask a question, she’d always swoop in to make sure our day was seamless and smooth.
From when Heather came to our first vendor walk-through, we knew she was going to be wonderful! Her demeanor is calm and collected, confident, and assertive to make things happen for the bride and groom. In a time of my bridesmaids panicking to DIY bundle my small dress train, Heather even swooped in to make it perfect!
We are so grateful to have had Heather as part of our wedding experience. She is truly exceptional!

Heather was fantastic. We purchased the "half wedding planner" as I call it and she was great for giving me feedback and direction for the early planning stages. Once it got closer to the day of she made sure everything was ready to go and all our other vendors were on the same page. I didn't even think/worry about the set up on the day of while I was getting ready because I knew she was on top of things. She was a pleasure to work with!

She was so supportive throughout numerous postponements and Really reduced my stress over the last month of planning. Heather and her team ensured that everything on my wedding day went according to plan, even helping me change in and out of my wedding dress for a surprise hula dance for my husband. We hired Wind N Sea Events for our wedding planning because we live in Arizona and the wedding was in California. We are SO GLAD WE DID! Heather and her team took care of our every need from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable. She helped us find our dream venue and was able to recommend a bunch of other vendors to us for what we wanted at our wedding. As much as she handled before the wedding, her day of services are the BEST part of it all. She took all the stress off our shoulders, helped us understand what to do on the day of (where to stand, what to do, etc.) and handled all of the vendors flawlessly. The event went off without a hitch and was a blast! We would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

Heather was the best day-of-coordinator we could have asked for for our big day! We started working with her 30 days before our day and she jumped right in, working with our vendors to finalize the details. She was really good at making sure the day turned out how we wanted it and was there from set up to tear down on the day of, making sure all the people and pieces were in place and on time. Our wedding turned out to be so wonderful and so fun and we couldn't thank Heather and Sarah enough for making that happen!!

We were on the fence about getting a coordinator/planner at all but figured it couldn’t hurt to look into it and see how we felt about our needs. Heather’s response was quick and friendly and immediately gave us a good feeling about her. We scheduled a meeting and she was great. She went over all the ins & outs of what she could do for us and narrowed down our needs. We felt no pressure to do more or add to our list of things. She helped us with great ideas & cake time she stepped in and handled everything. She took time to coordinate everything with our other vendors and our friends who were helping out. She made sure we stayed on schedule but made sure we had some flexibility so we didn’t feel stressed out. She put our entire party at ease and was just amazing. She even took care of additional things we didn’t expect her to just to make sure things went smoothly for us. She was a heaven sent!! Truly!

Heather and her team were amazing from the first meeting down to our big day! They went above and BEYOND what is typically expected from a wedding planner/coordinator. She really had a vested and genuine interest in making our special day PERFECT. I cannot thank her enough, without her, our wedding would not have been possible to say the least. We were planning our wedding from 2,000 mi away and she filled in the gaps while in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She took all of the stress away from the process so that we could actually ENJOY our wedding and we did just that. Thank you so very much. I don't think I could ever thank you enough. I am a wedding photographer and I worked with Wind N Sea Events this last weekend for the first time. From before the wedding began, when they contacted me and delivered the schedule for the day, I knew it was going to be a great experience with them. Heather was so organized and helped the day run SO smoothly. She was fun to work with, very personable, very professional, and helped keep everyone on track. She was running around taking care of every little detail and making sure that it all was perfect for the bride and groom. I was very impressed with their services, hands down the best I've worked with, and would highly recommend them!

Heather is amazing! She’s organized, detailed and has a calming take charge presence that is much needed on your wedding day. I’m so glad that I hired her to help with my wedding. She caught so many potential hiccups that I didn’t even notice, and handled family drama like it was nothing- I didn’t even know it was going on.
