I found Windemere Peaks from Orlando on The Knot website. Alexandra London (we are assuming since we cannot find a corporate contact) is the sole owner/operator.

e. She was late for every phone meeting we had. She was late to the rehearsal and she was late to the wedding itself. She showed up at my daughter's formal wedding in leggings and a t-shirt. She did nothing and only made excuses as to why she did not do anything. We paid her $850 and for a month before the the day of services. We had to contact her 3 weeks before the wedding, which was hard since she had "phone and email trouble."
Her timeline for the ceremony was wrong. We told her many times it was wrong and all of her revised versions were the same initial one.
For the wedding day, she was supposed to be at venue to help set up at 10:00am then she said she could not be there until noon. She showed up at 1:45 in leggings and told us she did not know there was so much to do or she would have brought, and charged us for, a helper. So she did nothing. The groomsmen, bridesmaids, and I decorated the hall in our gowns and them in their tuxes. She then left before the reception was even over. Again, not adhering to her contract.
Her services were terrible and not worth the $850 paid. We talked to her about all of this and she has stopped responding to any of our phone calls and emails. She has done nothing but take our money.

e ball was dropped heavily (especially on the fusion ceremony which was the entire reason I hired a planner in the first place) and my other vendors stepped in and prevented the day from going down.
