Windham Manor was a beautiful, unique venue and I am so glad I did my summer 2025 wedding here! Susan and the rest of the team were professional, accommodating, and organized. They worked so well with me/my wedding planner to create the best plan of action for a big indian wedding! The barn's interior gives a lovely, rustic vibe and allows guests to feel cozy and comfortable. The outside area has beautiful, unforgettable views and plenty of space for cocktail hour. We had some specific layout requests and Susan worked hard with us to create a floor plan that we were happy with. The house next to the barn is available for rent the night after your wedding, the house is roomy and beautiful, some of our family stayed the night and we had an intimate brunch the next day, which was the perfect way to end the weekend. We had a completely unforgettable experience at Windham Manor and will remember it for years to come. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding here. This venue does comes as a raw space, so you may have to arrange for some additional things such as waiters, servers, dishware, napkins, etc., however it is well worth it!

I can express enough how much I loved having my wedding at Windham Manor. From start to finish, this place and the people who work there made the entire experience seamless, enjoyable, and beyond memorable. My guests could not get over the beauty and professionalism of this venue. They are truly a well-oiled machine, and I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about on my wedding day. Barry and Susan are absolutely amazing and work so hard to ensure everything goes exactly the way you want it to. Terri and Karen the house managers were unbelievably helpful throughout the weekend making sure we had everything we could possibly need. If you’re looking for a wedding venue for your dream wedding, look no farther than this gorgeous Catskill gem.

Windham Manor is a dream. From the minute you arrive on property for your tour to the minute you leave after the best weekend of your life (because you will book your wedding here if you do tour), there is not a stone left unturned by this amazing staff. Susan and Barry are so beyond welcoming and loving, it’s beyond evident how much they care about each couple and how much time they dedicate to making sure their property is flawless and easily, second to none. They make you feel like family in the best way. We had our wedding party stay at the manor and it was hands down the BEST experience. We had time to just truly enjoy our people over the long weekend and it made for the best time to decompress prior to the big day. It’s rare to find a spot for every single one of your best friends to stay together and to have it be your wedding weekend was next level. There are multiple ceremony spots you can choose from but our favorite & where we chose was in the woods. So many of our guests were in awe and I cannot count on both hands how many times we heard how incredible the venue was from each of our guests. Not only is Windham Manor the most gorgeous spot to get married, it is SO convenient no matter which ceremony spot you choose having everything on property just a short walk away to the barn. Lastly, there are absolutely NO words to give the house manager Karen, justice. Karen is BEYOND incredible at what she does and an overall amazing human. She is a step ahead of you with whatever you need - there were times where I’d be asking her for something and before I finished my sentence, it was there. I am still getting texts from our friends saying how much they miss her. She has a way of keeping everything in order with a calm and gentle presence. She is beyond accommodating and makes sure everything in the house runs smoothly, which isn’t easy when there’s 30 people - yet she makes it look so easy. We go on forever about Karen, truly - but you’ll just have to book to see for yourself!!! We would choose Windham Manor all over again, everyday of our lives!!!

We had the most incredible experience getting married at Windham Manor this year! Susan and Barry, the owners, are wonderful people who are there throughout the weekend to make sure everything is running smoothly. They truly have thought of everything and have created the most beautiful wedding venue. The barn and ceremony location sites themselves are STUNNING. We also stayed in the house on the property for the entire weekend. That was one of the best decisions we made! The house is amazing and the house managers (Karen and Teri) were the BEST. They thought of everything and helped make sure everyone staying in the house had everything they needed. The morning of the wedding, Teri even made the bridal parties' breakfast plates and kept checking in to make sure we were feeling good for the day! The entire weekend at Windham Manor was enchanting. We had the best experience and cannot recommend this venue enough!!

Our wedding at Windham Manor was an absolute dream come true, thanks to the stunning venue and the exceptional team behind it. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the property. The Victorian home exuded charm and elegance, providing a picturesque backdrop for our celebration. The spacious interior did not disappoint, with beautiful bedrooms, a modern restaurant-quality kitchen, and an inviting common area with fireplace. One of the highlights of our experience was the presence of Karen Fox, the dedicated house manager at Windham Manor. Karen's warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were simply unparalleled. Throughout our three-day stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding weekend ran smoothly. Her ability to anticipate our needs and address any concerns made us feel truly cared for, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about the logistics. The wedding barn event space was nothing short of breathtaking. Its rustic charm, coupled with modern amenities, provided the perfect setting for our ceremony and reception. The attention to detail in the design and decor was evident, and our guests were in awe of the beauty surrounding them. There are not enough stars to adequately rate Windham Manor. Susan and Barry were so supportive and helpful from the moment we walked on the property for our tour. The property is stunning - from the venue to the cozy house where we stayed. It was the perfect combination for the type of wedding Nick and I wanted to have. We were able to get married in a beautiful place while we hosted our friends and family in a house next door. Windham Manor provides a unique opportunity to truly create the wedding of your dreams. It is a beautiful space you get to fill with talented vendors in the area and then ultimately fill that space with people you both love. I cannot express how perfect our weekend was! It brings the biggest smile to my face every time (aka multiple times every single day) I think about it!

Our wedding experience at Windham Manor was absolutely incredible. Susan, Barry and the entire team at Windham Manor makes the entire wedding planning process easy, fun, budget-friendly, and they can really make any dream you have come true. Susan was extremely communicative and available throughout the entire process to recommend vendors, ideas, last minute pivots. Our day of coordinator tested positive for Covid 48 hours before our wedding and Susan had a replacement of someone trusted by the venue within a few hours of receiving the news. The property and venue are beautiful, comfortable and unique, but what really makes it special is that your wedding feels like an entire weekend of celebrating with your loved ones. The Windham Manor house was beyond convenient, cozy and extremely special, housing 25 people of our closest friends and family on the venue property. At the house, is a house manager (we had Karen & Terri, we LOVED them) who helps the entire weekend so you can enjoy and not feel like you are managing the logistics of everything. Overall, the house service, communication and accommodations were beyond expectations. Although the forest and grounds are absolutely beautiful -do not sleep on a winter wedding here! We held our ceremony inside the barn for our ceremony in front of the fireplace and it felt extremely intimate, cozy and magical. It was also 50 degrees on December 2nd so we were able to utilize the outside patio with fire heaters for our cocktail hour. So many of our vendors, who work across multiple venues in the North East, described Windham Manor as the best wedding venue they ever worked at. Could not recommend this venue more for your wedding!

Windham Manor was hands down the most amazing wedding venue. I cannot rave about them enough! Susan and Barry were so professional, wonderful and helpful throughout the process and they truly created a dream come true wedding venue and they end up being extended family by the end of the weekend. The house managers Teri and Karen were incredible. Their kindness and attentiveness the entire weekend leading up to the big day allowed us to enjoy our wedding weekend without any worries. They really have thought of every single thing you could possible want/need for your wedding and the whole team was such a pleasure to work with.

I had the most enchanting wedding experience at Windham Manor. From the picturesque surroundings to the attentive staff, it was a dream come true. We enjoyed the full wedding experience by hosting our bridal party at the Windham Manor Mansion for the entire weekend. The Mansion is stunning and accommodating to all guests and additional events. The staff at the Mansion was exceptional. Teri was absolutely phenomenal. All the food was beautifully prepared and she made sure each guest was attended to. She went out of her way to accommodate my Gluten Free dietary restriction and made the entire weekend absolutely perfect. There is nothing she couldn’t do! Special thank you to Karen for helping us set up and all the amazing work she did in getting the Mansion ready for guests. We are truly grateful for our amazing experience at the Mansion and all of our guests were so impressed. Susan and Barry Smith were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend was perfect. Susan was wonderful to work with and she made sure that our dream wedding came to life. Her dedication to making this venue absolute perfect wedding destination is apparent as she guided us through the entire wedding process. She provided us with a preferred vendor list which made the planning process so much easier. All of her recommendations were excellent and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. Susan and Barry were very accommodating to my family and friends during the entire weekend. We are very grateful for all of Barry’s help on our wedding weekend. He was running around for us with last minute requests, helping family, taking photos, and much more! We really can’t thank Susan and Barry enough for everything and making sure our wedding was perfect. The whole Windham Manor Team felt like family on the day of our wedding and I could not be happier with our experience!

Not even sure how to start this review, because honestly it's hard to put into words how special this venue is! All I can say is our wedding was perfect because of Susan and Barry (owners) put their heart and soul into this venue and personalize each wedding that works with them. This venue wouldn't be what it is without their top notch management + team, and its a well oiled machine. I am still speechless from our wedding! If you are between two places, I promise you this one is better than the other ;)

My husband and I got married at the Windham Manor on September 16th of 2023 and words can not describe how incredible of a day we had because of this place and their wonderful staff. The owners Susan and Barry are the nicest and most incredible people we have ever met. They have done such an amazing job with the venue and make sure everything is beyond perfect. They are so easy going and let you customize, or do anything you want while you are staying there and for the wedding. Our family and bachelor parties all stayed at the mansion on the property from Thursday to Sunday. I highly suggest doing this because the house is amazing and it makes the wedding weekend feel so much longer. The house is amazing and the property is beautiful. The Windham Manor staff is phenomenal, truly. Karen was there to welcome us Thursday morning and helped us with literally anything and everything we needed. She made calls to order things for us, helped package coolers, clean the house etc. She is so great! Karen left Friday night and then Terri came to fill in and she was also beyond incredible! They were extremely nice and beyond helpful. The weekend would not have been as perfect without Karen and Terri. The day of the wedding was perfect, the staff was so amazing and Susan and Barry run a tight shift to make sure all goes perfectly. We had the ceremony in the enchanted forest and our guests were stunned. This led to the cocktail hour and the reception which was the best party we have ever been to, and our guests are saying the same! The place is just beautiful and will definitely be the best wedding we will ever go to strictly because of how amazing this venue is. We highly recommend the Windham Manor. There truly is no other place like it.

Having our wedding at Windham Manor was the best decision we could have made. Susan, Barry, Karen, and Jenn took care of every little detail and took all the stress out of the weekend so that we and our families could just soak in the happiness knowing they had everything in check. The Manor house was the perfect home base for the weekend and venue for our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, after party, and brunch. Karen took such great care of everything so that, even with all of those weekend events, we all had time to relax before the wedding day. We cannot recommend Windham Manor enough.

My son and his wife got married here yesterday and I cannot say enough great things about it. First, it is so stunningly beautiful that words and pictures don't do it justice. The building is spectacular, the view is amazing, and the enchanted foret ceremony space is magical. Most importantly, the service is flawless. There was literally not one detail that could have been better. Staff made everything go so smoothly. I can't imagine a better place to have a wedding.

We had our wedding at Windham Manor on 07/15/23 and I cannot rave enough about this venue. I have been to over 30+ weddings and have been at various types of venues and this by far the absolute best venue. From the enchanted forest ceremony space next to the running creek, to the beautiful outdoor cocktail space overlooking the mountains, to the incredibly gorgeous barn for the reception, and the amazing house for the bridal party to stay at, everything was simply magical. While it is a beyond gorgeous and unique space, what really made the weekend was the staff running the place. Susan, Barry, Jenn, Karen, and every person who works at Windham manor makes sure that everything had been meticulously thought out and ran smoothly from start to finish. They are all friendly, accommodating, organized, and innovative. They have thought of every last detail to make the weekend special and are willing to make everything and anything work in order to assure the best weekend possible. And let me tell you, it was the absolute best weekend of our lives. A special acknowledgement to Teri the house manager who all weekend made sure that we didn't have to worry about one single thing while staying at the house. She cooked meals for us, cleaned up after the rehearsal dinner and after party, lef tout waters and snacks every night that we came home, and was available before the weekend to help guide us on what to bring and how to make the weekend run more smoothly. She is truly a saint and this weekend would not have been as effortless if it wasn't for her. Three weeks later and I still have guests who cannot stop raving about Windham Manor and all the wonderful people who made this weekend possible. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that most of my guests (all 160 of them) knew the staff by name. All of my guests have said that this is truly the greatest venue they've ever been to. If you are considering Windham Manor as your venue, run don't walk to book it!

We had our wedding at the Windham Manor on 7/8/2023 and it was the best three day experience for us and all our family and friends!! Having the mansion right next door was so helpful to host our family and friends for events and everyone was so impressed. We LOVED having our ceremony in the woods and did not see any other venue with such a unique set up like that. Barry and Susan (the owners) are very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and the weekend of. They are overall wonderful people and well connected in the Windham community which helps find vendors. They helped us find some of our bigger vendors but also a dog sitter and babysitter. The house manager, Teri, was incredible too. It really helped having her to take the stress of myself or my mom to constantly clean up and set things out. If you are thinking about having your wedding here, do it!!

We had our daughters wedding there last weekend. The venue is beautiful, and the property is stunning. If you choose to have your event there, you will be able to stay in the mansion on the property. Susan & Barry Smith, the owners are wonderful and so helpful before and during your event. Terry, who manages the mansion, will make certain you and your mansion guests have whatever they need-from house food planning to last minute bridal details. I can’t begin to describe how fantastic the wedding was in this fantastic setting. Go there once; and you’ll fall in love with this very unique place. You will have to pick your own caterers, but Susan will guide you to the right people based on the type of foods you prefer.

When my now husband and I first visited Windham Manor, we immediately knew it was where we wanted to get married. The house was stunning and perfect for hosting a weekend long gathering of family and friends. The barn was charming and rustic yet elegant with plenty of space. The grounds are full of natural beauty. But what won our hearts was the ceremony site in the woods. Between the water running through it, the stunning wooden benches, the curved aisle, and the evergreen trees, it truly is a scene from a fairytale. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and were able to get married in the woods followed by cocktail hour on the patio of the barn and our reception in the barn - all of our guests absolutely loved it. Many even said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. We were concerned our guests would have a hard time finding it or getting there but that did not seem to be an issue. The owners are very nice people and they really have thought of everything. They are wedding experts.

Windham Manor is a dream venue! I got married there on 5/13/23 and can’t say enough great things about it. All of our guests said how wonderful it was as well! From our rehearsal dinner on Friday night to the wedding day on Saturday everything was just perfection. Karen/Kristin were so amazing as well!! If you are looking for the prefect Catskill wedding, look no further! Windham Manor is pure bliss :)

There’s really not anything I could write that would tell you just how amazing Windham Manor is. My husband and I looked at two venues, and even though Windham Manor was the first venue we saw on our wedding journey, we knew it was the one! The barn is an absolutely stunning place for a great wedding reception that is a perfect canvas for whatever your vision may be. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and each ceremony space highlights different aspects of its beauty, though we are totally partial to the enchanted forest (which we were able to use the first weekend of November)! Susan and Barry are some of the most welcoming, helpful, and attentive people you will ever meet. From our first visit all the way through our wedding day, I had no doubt that they were there to make our wedding absolutely perfect with their suggestions, recommendations, and joy of sharing their space. While there is so much about the Manor that makes it incredible, the ability to turn our wedding into a whole weekend full of friends, family, and joy is what really made it the perfect venue for us. It was so fun to stay in the manor with our bridal party and since we were able to host our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, after party, and brunch at the house, every element of our wedding was like a personal gathering we were hosting for our loved ones. Teri was absolutely instrumental to the fun of our wedding weekend! She was everyone’s mom: cleaning up, cooking, chatting, and ensuring that every single thing went smoothly. There is no way I could even convey her kindness, energy, and ability to emulate complete calm amidst chaos. Just know that if you are booking Windham Manor, be sure you book Teri, too! Karen did everything from lugging ice for our kegs to acting as bartender at our rehearsal dinner. Jen helped us gather everything we needed from the shed and turn the barn into an absolute vision. Every single person we worked with at Windham Manor went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives. If you are even considering this venue, make it happen! Your wedding will be a dream come true.

Windham Manor is the perfect venue, having our wedding here made everything so special and an experience we will never forget. The Barn is gorgeous, spacious, and so impressive - it's the perfect reception venue and ceremony site if you need to do it indoors. We did our ceremony outdoors in the Enchanted Forest and it was SO beautiful and picturesque. Susan and Barry, the owners of the Windham Manor, are incredible. Not only are they the nicest people, but they truly care and were there for us every step of the way. They go above and beyond for each couple, every weekend, and I really don't know how they do it! In addition to the amazing Barn and Enchanted Forest, there is a house on the property that we all stayed at for the weekend, and it was such a unique component - everyone loved it. We had a house manager, TERI!!!, for the weekend who did everything for us, cooked, cleaned, (helped me with my dress and get everywhere the day of the wedding!), she did it all and she is simply the best. We had our rehearsal at the house and Karen was there to help as well and she was so amazing too. I cannot say enough incredible things about Windham Manor and the people there who made our wedding weekend a magical experience that we will never forget. We cannot thank them enough!

People often say that your wedding day goes by in the blink of an eye and to take it all in because it goes so fast, and I can now confidently say that is not the case at Windham Manor. We got married on October 1st at Windham Manor and spent four days immersed in the love of our family and friends. I would do the weekend all over again a million times if I could. This venue gave us the perfect format to spend time with our immediate families, visit with grandparents, party with our bridal party, visit with guests from near and far and overall have an unforgettable wedding. Our families and friends have not stopped talking about it and have done nothing but rave about Windham Manor, the house, the barn, the staff and the all-around attention to detail and spectacular setup that Susan and Barry have created. When I say they thought of it all, they truly thought of it all, and then some! Susan and Barry went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy from the second we stepped foot on the property to the second we left (in tears because we didn’t want it to end). Don’t even get me started on the enchanted forest ceremony site. It is truly a fairytale to walk down the aisle in that setting. It felt like we stepped into another world and were solely in that moment. The house where our entire bridal party stayed for the weekend is incredible, so much space for everyone, well equipped, immaculate, and updated. Teri the house manager who we now like to refer to as our house mom, is a one-of-a-kind human being. Teri thought of things before we even knew we needed them. She was exceptional! This venue holds a very special places in our hearts and we cannot wait to visit for years to come. It truly was the best weekend of our lives. Thank you to Susan, Barry, Sam, Teri, Karen, Jen, the security team, and everyone else that helped make our big day the absolute best! If you are looking for a weekend long wedding surrounded by all your loved ones, this is the BEST place for you! I will forever recommend Windham Manor to anyone and everyone!

From the moment we walked into the barn on our first tour, we knew this was going to be our wedding venue. Barry and Susan were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process as a whole. We ended up also renting the mansion on the property for the weekend. The space is immaculate and breathtaking. The barn in itself is a masterpiece. We got married at the Enchanted Forest and it was a dream come true. The mansion allowed us to spend several days with the people that mean the most to us before our big day. Barry and Susan helped out so much too. Even leading up to our big day, they had no problem answering out 1,000 questions and helping with vendor recommendations. If you are thinking of booking, don't hesitate!

This venue is what dreams are made of! Every aspect of this property is breath taking, whether it is the manor itself, the stunning barn, or the absolute iconic scenery, you will not be disappointed. Susan & Barry are two of the most friendly owners ever and they have an abundance of knowledge to throw the perfect party. Teri the house manager is a fairy godmother to her guests and made our stay an absolute quintessential weekend.

I could not say more about our wedding weekend at Windham Manor. Our goal for the weekend was to get to the venue and throw away the car keys for the weekend...and we did just that. We were able to host our rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, wedding reception, and after party all from the Manor & Barn. Susan & Barry were amazing leading up to the wedding making sure all details were in place so our event ran seamlessly, and even made sure to help us with décor, vendor tips, and suggestions for the big day. All the vendors Windham recommended were excellent and helped pull together an amazing event, especially Terri (the house manager for the weekend)! I am so sad the wedding is over, in a big part because I won't be at the beautiful Windham Manor anymore and won't be working with this amazing team. If you are looking for a barn style wedding in the Hudson Valley, you TRULY can't get better than Windham Manor. All our guests said it was the best wedding they ever attended!

We have worked Weddings for both DJ & Photobooth Services at Windham Manor and have been blown away by just how STUNNING the Venue and Property is!! WOW!! Best of the Best!! The owners and manager are just INCREDIBLE to work with too!!! So down to earth and they LOVE their Venue and it shows!! I have been the day of coordinator for several weddings at the Windham Manor and I have several booked for 2022, and I cannot wait! Working with/for Barry and Susan is always a pleasure! They make sure every couple is completely satisfied with the plans for their big day. They go above and beyond to make sure of this! They are present for the weddings and ensure that everything goes smooth from start to finish. I work closely with them on all details of every wedding and they make sure we are all on the same page. The Windham Manor is my main venue to work at and also my favorite! I highly recommend the Windham Manor and the mansion rental, not only for weddings, but other events as well!

We will never get over how amazing our wedding weekend was at the Windham Manor. Initially what drew us in was the house. We are always hosting our friends at our home and wanted to find a place where we could all stay together for the weekend. The house offers so much - tons of rooms and space, hiking trails, beautiful yard and views, fire pits, etc. Since it is right next to the barn, it made unpacking wedding decor/details, our rehearsal, and clean up one less logistical thing we had to think about. The house manager, Terri, was everything we didn't know we needed - she coordinated our rehearsal dinner set up, drop catering arrivals, cleaned up, set back up in the morning, took the best care of us all weekend long, and the list goes on. Aside from her unforgettable help, we also really enjoyed having her around as an honorary friend and were so sad to leave her! Our time spent at the house with our friends and family will be remembered as just as special as our wedding day. We visited the property before the barn was even complete, and even then knew it was going to be unbelievable. Susan and Barry are true visionaries and you can tell that their hearts are poured into every detail of the barn. When they told us all of the additional details they would have completed by the time of our wedding (a pond, second ceremony space, landscaping, waterfalls, etc.) we didn't think it was possible - but they delivered and then some! The barn will truly blow you away. Susan and Barry will blow you away. They are incredible people with an incredible space who genuinely love what they are doing. We know they will just keep making it better and better somehow. Some noteworthy specifics from our experience: The weather anticipated torrential rain only in the exact window our ceremony was supposed to take place, so we had to make the call in the early afternoon to set up inside instead of outside. What we thought was an unfortunate situation actually ended up being our favorite part of the day. The indoor ceremony was stunning and romantic and felt so intimate, even with 210 guests. We might have missed out on the guests' big reveal of the space, but having everyone cozied in during the storm made for a really personal feeling that we will always be grateful for- long, sappy story short: it was the best plan B for our ceremony we could have asked for and we wished it were plan A from the beginning. Another thing we were very grateful for was how flexible Susan and Barry were with our needs and timing. They allowed us and our decor vendor to set up on Thursday instead of Saturday morning which elevated a lot of stress. We were able to know that everything was just how we envisioned and could enjoy the weekend. Extras: There are tons of hotels and airbnbs close by for out of town guests. Lots local catering options for weekend-long hosting. The views in Windham are unmatched for the Catskills. The town is adorable. You won't want to leave. Overall, our experience with the Windham Manor was a dream. We hope to return as much as possible and wish only the best for Susan and Barry and their family.

Where do we even begin? As a DJ company traveling all throughout the tri-state area, we come across venues of all shapes, sizes, and qualities! From the moment you arrive at Windham Manor, quite simply, it's magical. From the breathtaking grounds in the area, to the incredible Ceremony area down by the creek, tying it all together inside their INSANE Barn, the detail and magic is amazing. Just from the moment you step in the barn, you can sense how different that feel is. From a vendor's perspective, we often work alongside many different teams and leadership at each venue. One thing I can tell you wholeheartedly is that you are getting one of the most genuine crews around headed up by Barry their owner. To tell you he greeted us with a smile from start to finish, he worked alongside us, and made our jobs as easy as possible, I can truly say we have not worked alongside a more kind and accommodating venue. This was our first time at Windham Manor & we could not have loved it more!! Such a beautiful venue & the staff was so helpful. The ceremony site was the most beautiful setting in the woods-it was magical to say the least! ✨ We were lucky enough to not only be a vendor for this event, but also guests for the wedding & it was one heck of a party! Hope to have a chance to visit Windham Manor again soon!

We got married at Windham Manor in August and it was everything we’d hoped for. I really wanted a full weekend experience and Susan and Barry delivered! The whole bridal party was able to stay in the house on-site (it’s incredibly beautiful; everyone was blown away) which made the rehearsal dinner and wedding day way less stressful. Terri, the house manager, was also absolutely fantastic getting things ready for the rehearsal dinner at the house, cleaning up, and helping us the morning of. The barn itself is also stunning. We could have done no decorations whatsoever and it still would have looked amazing because the building is just that beautiful. I would highly recommend!

Perfect is the only word I can use to describe my sons wedding. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye everything exceeded our expectations. We had a truly amazing wedding weekend at the Windham Manor. The elegant barn, home, and surrounding landscapes are incredibly beautiful and so unique. The owners Barry and Susan were great to work with. They really go out of their way to help and support you throughout the process, and will provide you with some great recommendations and ideas as well. Being able to spend the entire weekend (Thurs - Sun) at the manor was great as it allowed us time to spend with all of our friends and family who traveled for the wedding. It was a weekend we will never forget!

The very first time I came to Windham Manor I was warmly welcomed. It is not just another barn wedding venue. It is so much more… As it said many times: it is all about people. Yes! The venue is new and shiny. Yes! There is beautiful romantic ceremony spot in the forest and glamorous Manor to get ready in Yes! There is plenty of outdoor space and if that is not enough the barn can fit more then 200 guest. But people… oh my.. the owners and the stuff are one of the most welcoming, warm and helpful people I know in the business. Professional, humble with attention to the details. If you are on the fence on booking the venue. Don’t be. This is the place that will give you superb and exceptional experience on your wedding day! As a photographer I hope to see you there.

Windham Manor is the newest gem of the Catskills! Our daughters wedding, beginning to end, was more than we ever imagined! The venue offers so much! The barn will blow your mind and the mansion is exquisite! Tho we are local, it truly was more like a destination wedding! My husband and I would highly recommend Windham Manor!

I stumbled upon Windham Manor while on a motorcycle ride with my family. We ended up stopping and had an impromptu tour. The owners were so gracious and let us see the entire barn even while they were busy setting up for the next event. I ended up choosing this venue just based off of that one tour! The space is gorgeous. The owners did an incredible job thinking of every detail from guests experience to vendor needs. Also it’s been amazing to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all on the same property, not to mention many of the guests staying there as well! They have a ton of decorations available and gorgeous real wood tables and chairs to use. It’s always been a dream of mine to get married in the Catskills and Windham Manor has made all my dreams come true!!

My original wedding venue cancelled on me 3 weeks prior to my wedding date - by some miracle we found Barry and Susan and the absolutely beautiful Windham Manor. I don’t have words to convey how much Susan and Barry helped make everything possible - my wedding wouldn't have happened without them! They helped putting me in contact with vendors and figured out exactly what we needed to make sure things went according to plan (and in 3 weeks time!). Looking back, Im so glad my original venue canceled on me and we found Windham Manor. The house was absolutely beautifully done and the wedding party all enjoyed staying there getting to know each other. The Barn is just absolutely gorgeous and stunning and the outside patio area perfect for a cocktail hour. I would recommend this venue a million times over.

BEST WEDDING EVER! I may be biased considering it was my own wedding, but getting married at Windham Manor was truly the most incredible experience - from start to finish. Anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind venue that really caters to your every wish and need should look no further than Windham Manor. Every detail of the weekend was perfectly tuned - and our guests are still talking about how amazing and beautiful everything was. The owners, Susan & Barry, carefully thought out every detail of the venue and were a pleasure to work with. We especially loved the options and flexibility we were offered - including the multiple ceremony spots (all beautiful - but each with its own vibe)...and we're so happy with our decision to host our wedding weekend here. The photos of this beautiful venue don't do it justice. We recommend you check it out for yourself - but be prepared to be blown away! It's everything we wanted and more.

If you are looking for the perfect venue for your wedding, look no more!! My husband and I got married there in June of 2021 and it was the most beautiful weekend we could have ever imagined. The house allowed both bridal parties to get ready in the same place and made the photos so smooth and seamless. The girls got ready downstairs in the beautiful SPA and then went upstairs to the bridal suite to get dressed. The boys got ready on the main floor and hung out in the beautiful groom suite. We were also able to have a huge portion of our family stay on the property. The barn is absolutely beyond amazing - so stunning!! We chose this venue when it was just a concrete slab and the final product exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. Susan and Barry were so easy to work with and so accommodating. They made sure that our dream wedding came to life and we are so grateful for that. They also recommended the best staff to help with our event. If you book Windham, be sure to ask Susan for Teri's contact information as well because she helped with anything and everything all weekend - and was so amazing to work with! Windham Manor allowed for everything to happen for your wedding weekend right on the property and truly made it the best weekend ever! We have the most amazing photos as a result as well and there were endless spots on the property to make the perfect backdrop! We love Windham Manor!!

The Windham Manor is an incredible place to have your dream wedding. You really feel that from the moment that you arrive, the place is yours and you can fully relax and enjoy having all of your family and friends right there with you. The house is so convenient and has everything you need. We did our rehearsal dinner at the house which was relaxed and intimate. The bedrooms are very comfortable and everyone has their own private space – it feels like you are staying in a hotel. The barn is spectacular and truly a blank canvas to set up however you would like. We were fortunate to have perfect weather and our cocktail hour was gorgeous with the pond and mountains in the background. There are also so many places to get great photos too! The owners, Susan and Barry, have spent a lot of time making sure the venue is perfect and they are very willing to work with you to make your vision come to life. If you are looking for a dreamy, convenient and gorgeous place for your wedding, you really can’t go wrong with The Windham Manor.

We had a wedding weekend full of events at the Manor in July. The house is just amazing- so lovely and roomy enough for our whole family. The incredible kitchen accommodated everything from cocktails and dinner to Sunday brunch. Susan and Barry are fabulous hosts- they have thought of EVERYTHING you could want, including a house assistant, Teri, who is worth her weight in gold- we couldn't have done it without her! Can't say enough good things about this place and the owners!

Where to begin?!? We were the first wedding in the new barn, and we also stayed in the house with a group of 28 friends. Having a whole weekend with our closest friends was the best part, it made everything so easy and we could simply enjoy our time with everyone on one single (beautiful) property. Everything was amazing and we would do this weekend all over again if we could. Susan and Barry are excellent hosts who go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect throughout the entire weekend. They are super knowledgable about how to best set things up and run the weekend, and they think of things without us even asking for it! We also highly recommend the house manager, Teri, who kept the house sparkling clean, helped with the rehearsal dinner, brunch, making sure rooms were stocked for guests, etc. There is nothing that we could think of for them to improve. If you are considering getting married here, look no further! Not to mention how beautiful the venue is - all of our guests were absolutely stunned with the amount of detail and quality of everything in the barn. We can't say enough about it!

I am a caterer who had the immense pleasure of catering an event here...Windham Manor is absolutely spectacular in every way! Firstly, the attention Susan and Barry have put into making this a dream event venue is impeccable...fantastic main house, gorgeously equipped and clean as a whistle (super important!) and their upcoming phenomenally magnificent barn is under way...soooo excited to cater an event there when it’s all done! Grounds are beautiful...the rooms are amazing...great location for all seasons...just an all-around fabulous venue! Highly recommend! Love Windham Manor!
