Windmill Florist flowers were absolutely gorgeous and blew away our expectations. We were a little late to the game in deciding where to do our flowers. We went to windmill and another place to compare prices and windmill was much better than the other florist nearby, for the same flower setup. Windmill ended up being our top choice, and although they were very busy and we were last minute, they were very accommodating, and tried to make our wedding fit into their books. We changed the plan a few times on what the flowers would look like between when we booked and had the wedding. They were nothing but gracious and kind. The day of our wedding, we received the bud vases of our dreams, in the color palette we envisioned. Everything turned out perfectly and we would definitely use them again. Not only is windmill the best flower arrangements in the area, but it is extremely affordable -- probably the most affordable in Central, MA.

We hired Windmill Florist for the floral arrangements for our daughter’s wedding. Ernie is a true artist and professional. He was easy to work with and thought of everything. The flowers were amazing! We would highly recommend Ernie and his team.

The flower arrangements were more beautiful than we could have imagined. They were included in our venue's package and I called them with our colors and they created stunning centerpieces to be incorporated into our homemade coastal looking centerpieces. I told them what I was looking to do and they were able to come up with the perfect complement.

My flowers with Windmill were so gorgeous! Going into my initial consult meeting I really had no idea what I wanted aside from a few general things. They were so helpful at making recommendations, providing what couples typically do, and working with any requests that I did have. The arrangements they put together looked flawless. I got many compliments from guests on them. The flowers arrived in good condition and lasted through the day. I even decided to preserve my bouquet after because it was so beautiful which I wasn't originally planning to. I feel confident recommending Windmill to anyone in need.

I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want anything else. I had a vision and after Ernie quietly listened to it, he suggested and provided exactly what I had envisioned. I did not want or need anything over the top. I was looking for something classic and timeless. I had my heart set on Lily of the valley that unfortunately were not in season but Ernie promised he’d make it work and he did! My bouquet comprised of real and silk flowers that no one could believe weren’t real. It was perfect! The mix of green garland running down the reception table was exactly what we wanted for our micro wedding. It provided the perfect backdrop and was classic and understated. Thank you Ernie!

Ernie was amazing. He was so kind from the moment I met him, and just had an incredible understanding for the types of flowers I wanted at my wedding. The morning of, he showed up with my giant bridal bouquet and I was completely speechless. I wanted to cry (in a good way) - they were stunning. My expectations were exceeded immensely, and so many people commented on how beautiful my flowers and centerpieces were. I cannot thank Windmill florists enough! We had our wedding 6/25/2022 and I can not say enough about Windmill Florist. They were nothing but AMAZING. I gave them a general idea of what I was looking for but I never could of imagined they would have come up with what they did. My bridal bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen in my life. Ernie decorated the Trestle in the most beautiful way and a piece for the sweetheart table that was breath taking. They had provided absolutely everything I asked for and more. They pour their hearts into their work and it shows. Look no further and go see Windmill Florist you will not be disappointed.

Ernie made my dream wedding come true!Every flower arrangement came out absolutely beautiful. The centerpiece, my bouquet, even surprised me with flower pedals down the aisle. I loved it!! I noticed every little touch you and your team made. Thank you so much for the beautiful Cigar Bar sign you made us. I had a very specific vision both for church, bouquets and reception flowers and despite my colors being unique (many shades of purple) Ernie was able to nail it!! I am a 2020 covid Bride and we had a small wedding in 2020 and just had the big wedding 10/16/21. My bouquets were silk so not only could I have the same for the weddings but I can cherish them forever!

Windmill Florist and Ernie deliver the highest level of customer service and quality products. I used Windmill for my wedding. Being slightly indecisive, I let Ernie run with his thoughts and expertise after discussing just a few flower options and color schemes. I truly could not have been happier. My bouquet, along with those in my wedding party were put together nicely. My flowers were silk so that I could keep them after and no one could tell the difference. Ernie is such a pleasure to work with definitely goes above and beyond. Choose Windmill. You will not regret it!

One of the greatest decisions I made while wedding planning was using Ernie at Windmill as my florist. The centerpieces he created were absolutely gorgeous… to the point where my guests were practically fighting over them at the end of the night to take home! He incorporated my wedding colors of bronze and forest green BEAUTIFULLY. My bouquet was outstanding and so well-made, I teared up when I first laid eyes on it. He was incredibly easy to work with, down to earth, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. His work exceeded all my expectations. I cannot recommend Ernie at Windmill enough!

Earnie did the flowers for my wedding this past weekend and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. The arrangements were stunning. After changing our centerpieces last minute, Earnie put together the perfect centerpieces to tie together our whole reception. I couldn’t recommend Windmill florist more!!

Ernie did an excellent job with all my flowers!! I had a fall themed wedding this past weekend and I wasn’t sure what I wanted the bouquets or floral arrangements to look like. He asked for my colors and theme and put together the most beautiful flowers! My only request was to have dahlias and blue thistle and they were in every arrangement. Everything looked beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!!

Ernie, from the Windmill Florist, is simply the BEST florist around. The flowers for our daughter's wedding were spectacular. He did an amazing job on all of the bouquets, the centerpieces, and the arch. The guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the arrangements were. You will not find another florist that will create arrangements as gorgeous as Ernie does. He listens to what you want and his designs and the way he arranges the flowers are breathtaking. The Windmill florist made our wedding flowers dreams come true! Literally! Ernie and his staff did a STUNNING job with all our wedding flowers. From the three different types of centerpieces we wanted to rose petals overflowing our aisle with beauty, they went above and beyond to make it perfect! Our wedding was down the Cape and the staff at the windmill delivered the flowers in a timely manner and did amazing job setting up! The staff was so welcoming and great to work with and answered all of our questions! Everyone couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the flowers were. We are more than happy with the flowers we’ve received from the Windmill and will be sure to go back for any floral needs! Ernie was so detailed with the flowers and arrangements and made our day so special that we will never forget!

I cannot say enough good things about Windmill florist. Ernie sat down with us and I was able to give him a color swatch to match my girl’s dresses and show a few photos of what we liked. Windmill florist went above and beyond what I asked for. Our bouquets were beautiful with fresh, vivid flowers. Our centerpieces were perfect height and size to accent the tables. Ernie delivered our bouquets to my home where us gals were getting ready and delivered our centerpieces to our venue- all well before our promised time. They did an amazing job and were very fair on price!! I would highly recommend Windmill. They are amazing at their jobs.

I highly recommend using windmill florist! Ernie and Pat were wonderful to work with and totally understood my vision. My flowers were absolutely amazing and more than I could have dreamed of. The quality of the flowers and the bouquet were so impressive and they looked beautiful for days after the wedding. Windmill florist made the whole process so easy. I unfortunately am one of the brides affected by Covid19. and I do NOT RECOMMEND WindMill Florist. My husband and I had our original reception planned in March and it was canceled. We then booked a new date with a new venue (Old Mill) and we found out 2 weeks ago that the Old Mill advised us to cancel the event because they could not accommodate the amount of guests we were hoping for, or even half that number. I called the Windmill Florist to let them know the situation and they first told me they could not find my original deposit paper. They then called me back later to let me know that my deposit is non-refundable and accused me of what felt like lying as they sounded shocked that the Old Mill told me no wedding seeing that they were "surprised they told you to cancel seeing we are servicing a wedding there this coming weekend". I was very offended by this claim as again I did tell them that yes, it was us who made the final decision but that was after THEY advised us to. ALSO, when I first sat down with one of the employees to pick my flowers I told her my past experience of how I did not get many deposits back (including the original florist) she was very sympathetic and told us how the owner here is very sympathetic of this situation and he refunded his previous brides. Which made me confident that if I did have to cancel our wedding a SECOND time that we at least would get our money back. The best they could offer me is use my deposit on a future event which "I saw and acknowledged to by signing the deposit slip originally." Again VERY disappointed in this situation and how it was handled and we are out more money than our first wedding... 😢

We used Windmill Florist for our wedding in September of 2019 and had a great experience. They totally understood my vision and were able to create bouquets, boutonnieres, and center pieces that everyone loved. All of the pieces were delivered on time with no issues. Overall they're very easy to work with and have fair prices - would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a florist.

Getting married during the covid restrictions was tricky. I ordered our flowers over the phone. They took the basic info price, colors how many buttoniers, bouquets and 1 centerpiece. I had no idea what would arrive. The flowers were delivered by a wonderful man who wore a mask, and the flowers were Beautiful!! White peonies, ivory roses, lilac and violet accent flowers and babys breath, greenery. They were densly arranged and of the highest quality. Not a drooping flower to be found. We were delighted with them. We had to let go of so many aspects of our special day and I was very happy the flowers were top notch.Thank you Windmill florists!!

Ernie was so great to work with!! We used Windmill florist for all of our wedding party flowers and centerpieces. I just told him my color scheme, showed some of my inspiration from Pinterest and he took it from there. I am really happy with the way all of the flowers turned out. They were so beautiful!

Windmill Florist did our centerpieces and they came out absolutely gorgeous, and they were also included in our package at Apple Hill Farm which was really convenient. I was going to have them do my bouquets as well, but the quote I got was pretty ridiculous. It would've been about $500 for 5 bouquets plus a $100 delivery fee (even though it would've only been a 10 minute drive..). In a nutshell, they do beautiful work but they can get quite pricey.

Let me start by saying that i Know nothing about flowers. When i was thinking anout bouquets i was very stressed because I had no idea what I wanted and this became a very daunting task because I was not as prepared for this as I was with other vendors. When I arrived we went upstairs to chat and come up with a plan. I knew what I did not want. I knew the shape I wanted and that was about it. They showed me different flowers, colors, samples, even put together samples of how certains things would look together. It was amazing. i cannot thank this florist enough for putting my mind at ease. I also was blown away at the price. It was less than half of what both my sisters paid for their wedding flowers. 5 stars for this florist for sure!!

The flowers on our wedding day were beautiful! The bridesmaids bouquets matched their dresses perfectly, and all four girls had different color dresses, but Windmill florist was able to put together the most perfect bouquets!

Windmill Florist created the flower arrangements for our wedding in September 2018. I originally had planned on attempting to create the bouquets on my own and I'm so glad I changed my mind. For a very reasonable price, Windmill created the most beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres and corsages. They delivered the flowers to the venue site and I didn't have to give a second thought to be sure everything had arrived and was ready to go. They even threw in a mini bouquet for my flower girl to go along with her flower petals.

I can’t recommend Ernie and everyone at windmill enough!!! They were amazing. They saw my vision and accommodated all of my needs. They even set up my centerpieces when that wasn’t part of the original plan/payment set up!! They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much!

I can not recommend Ernie and everyone at Windmill Florist any more highly! The flowers for my wedding were absolutely stunning. I met with Ernie initially to review colors and overall vibe. As the wedding got closer we went over more details and exact numbers of arrangements. The day of the wedding, they delivered the flowers to my home and then set up everything at the wedding. Everything was meticulous... from flowers in my sisters hair, bouquets, arrangements for the mantels, to the centerpieces and unbelievable arrangements for the ceremony! Everything was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Not only were the flowers gorgeous on the day of the wedding, they lasted for weeks. My husbands grandmother keeps sending me photos of how gorgeous her flowers still look now dried out. Totally impressed! 10/5 stars

While I may tend to be a bit of a control freak, I gave Ernie a few color ideas and let him work his magic for our wedding flowers. I didn't even know what the flowers would look like until the day of the wedding, but I have absolutely no worries, because Ernie has a gift! My wedding happened to be the first day of fall, and everything he designed was stunning and surpassed ANYTHING I could have hoped for (or even found on pinterest!). I cannot say enough about Ernie and Windmill!

The main reason we went with Windmill is because Ernie assured me that he could spray my bouquet of roses to achieve the shade of purple I wanted. When he forgot to spray a rose and take a swatch before we left, I had to drive all the way back from Boston to Fitchburg. The centerpieces and Bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship on my bouquet was stunning, but he should have sprayed the inside of the roses and not just the outside. It was completely obvious that the roses were painted. The boutineers were wrong. All the guys were supposed to have 1 or 2 small flowers from the girls bouquets. Only the grooms was supposed to have a single purple rose. Every boutineer was the grooms. There was also a mistake with the mothers flowers. We had asked for a very small bundle, 2 or 3, flowers. But they were an actual bouquet, much bigger than what we had asked for. We also received 2 corsages. We didn't ask for corsages but because the bundles were too large, the moms used them instead. We left the first visit with a piece of paper with two numbers on it, the total and the tax. We had no way of knowing what the heck we ordered. When I came back to give him the swatch and spray a rose, we went over all the details again but still nothing in writing for the customer, not even a simple list of the quantities and prices. I had asked several times for an itemized breakdown of what was ordered and the cost associated with each. I finally had to spell it out and ask for an actual order, with each item ordered, quantity of each, totals, tax, delivery charge, deposits made, total due and due date. But I still had no details of what we ordered in writing. They could have delivered a yellow bouquet of tulips on my wedding day and I have nothing in writing to show what I actually ordered. The amount of emails we sent back and forth were unnecessary, completely preventable and frustrating not to mention the ridiculous amount of time it took to get a response.

I am so glad that we went with Windmill Florist for the flowers for our wedding! Everything from the bridal bouquet to the table centerpieces were absolutely beautiful. Guests at our wedding were arguing with one another over who got to take the centerpieces home because they were so beautiful!

Windmill florist is the only floral shop I will use. Ernie and everyone at Windmill Worked so hard to make my wedding flowers everything I could have dreamed of! My wedding was in March and I wanted everything to be simple. I had a blank arch that Ernie truly brought to life! Thank you one thousand times over !

Windmill did a fantastic job with our wedding flowers. We came to Ernie simply with colors in mind, and he was able to come up with beautiful ideas for all of our arrangements. On the day of our wedding everything looked perfect, and the flowers lasted a long time afterwards. Also, I should note that Ernie was respectful of our budget. He had great ideas for how to use our ceremony flowers inside at the reception, and was able to get us a few extra loose flowers for our cake and the bridal party's hair without extra charge. We were very pleased with all of the flowers at our wedding.

I went in with a bunch of pictures of ideas I liked and they helped me go through and make it fit my budget and colors. I did change a few things but they were very easy going and did more than what I had expected. Everyone kept talking about how much they loved our flowers and centerpieces. Definitely worth the money and will make your floral dreams for your wedding come true.

My wedding flowers from Windmill were perfection. All the arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. They captured the vision I had for the event exactly as I hoped, and exceeded expectations. The pink roses matched exactly to my bridesmaids gowns! I appreciate the time they took during delivery to make sure everything was just right. Working with Ernie and his team was the easiest part of wedding planning for us. While I changed my mind several times on the centerpieces, Ernie and his staff were so accommodating and helped me to bring my ideas to life. Many of our guests commented at how beautiful and elegant the flowers were. The bouquets were so STUNNING and the centerpieces were gorgeous. I am not kidding when I say the roses were as large as apples. We decided to upgrade our centerpieces and rented the silver candlesticks. Definitely worth it. Everything was simply amazing!

This place is unbelievable! We met with Ernie 1 month before our wedding. I informed him that we wanted small bouquets for the bridesmaids that were not outrageously expensive. He completely went above and beyond my expectations! The flowers were gorgeous, elegant and the bouquets were definitely not small! This is a top notch company that I would highly recommend!

The owner of this establishment, Ernie, is an exceptional florist. He really knows his stuff, and will even know what you want before YOU know what you want, he's that good. We used Windmill for a few things for our wedding. Firstly, we were going to do the centerpieces ourselves (which were going to be glass cylinders filled with water and a flower submerged inside, floating candle on top). After talking to Ernie it turned out it would be cheaper for him to do it than us - which was less for us to worry about - so that was awesome! With that, they also did a Brides bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 maid of honor bouquet, and a tossing bouquet, along with a larger arrangement in a beautiful crystal vase that went in the foyer of our venue, 2 corsages, 1 arrangement for the groom to wear on his lapel, and they also provided loose petals for the flower girls and cake at no extra charge. Going into it, we had no idea what flowers we wanted. After a consultation with Ernie, he knew what our vision was and just went with it. We ended up with beautiful arrangements of orange and white roses, tiger lilies, orchids, and more. Our colors were teal and orange, they matched them amazingly in the wrappings of the bouquets. It is hard sometimes to trust someone with one huge thing such as flowers (because we had no idea what we were doing), but we don't regret for one minute giving him some free reign. We got amazing professional flower arrangements, AND we didn't even have to worry about the delivery to the venue on the day of, or setting up the centerpieces. Windmill worked directly with the venue on the morning of to have everything set up and in place. Ernie and Windmill will be our go to florist for any more flower needs we have in the future. I suggest definitely checking them out, or go in for a consultation, the quality for the price is definitely worth it!

Windmill was amazing! THe moment you enter thier doors, you feel right at home. They have such respect and focus on your special day. My bouquet was a very sturdy one, nothing flimsy about it! Same with my bridesmaids flowers! I recommend them over and over again! You will not regeret it!

We went with the Windmill as they are a prefered vendor from our venue. Everyone was so amazing to work with. They answered all our questions via email in a timely maner and our sample was beautiful. The flowers we exactly what we ordered and came out beautiful!

Ernie and Lynn are super nice. Lynn was great to work with understood my cagy table ideas!! I had a very different ideas for my tables (I had 4 different centerpieces.) ALL The tables looked great!! and Totally what I wanted and what I had expected. AS for my bouquet TERRIBLE. As a bride I was completely disappointed brown edges & almost Dead. I CRIED who wants to walk to there husband to be with brown flower and everyone looking at me. I was truly disappointed. (I had all shades of white and pastel pink) My girls the same brown but they didn't look as bad as mine because they had all different shades of pink it was hidden. The Moms the same almost dead wristlets. The guys looked good. As a bride You have so much stuff going on the last thing you reach for is your flowers. there was nothing they could do to fix them I was an hour away from the start of my service. I would use them again but not for a wedding. I would use them for gifts so that If the flowers didn't look fresh I would be able to have them change it. I think the end result is they did the bouquets to easy.

Windmill Florists was included in my package for my venue. They also came recommended to me from a friend, and I could not have been more pleased! Ernie knew exactly what I wanted, and went above and beyond on our flowers. I would definitely recommend them!

I Have used Windmill Florist for all of my floral needs in the past, so when it came to my wedding, there was no other place I wanted to have. Knowing that they create beautiful arrangements, I figured their price for a wedding would be quite expensive. When I met with Ernie, I was pleasantly surprised as he understood my vision for my wedding and gave great input. When the wedding day came all flowers were delivered on time and everything looked great! At the end of the reception, people loved the centerpieces so much that they all wanted to take them home. I certainly would call that success. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in the future.

We had the most amazing orchids and roses for our wedding flowers. Windmill did both our bouquets and centerpieces. Everything looked perfect and they were wonderful to work with. They also decorated my flower girl basket to match the bridesmaids which looked adorable. Also, I called last minute to have flowers for my hair and this was very easily accommodated. Wonderful experience!

We used Windmill for all our bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and flowers for our ceremony. I cannot express how absolutely beautiful the bouquets, in particular, turned out. The colors of my wedding were purple, hot pink and lime - all three colors were included, with little crystals in the middle of the roses, which were the perfect touch to really make them stand out. I would recommend Windmill in a heartbeat to all my family and friends in the future.

My bouquet was beautiful I was just slightly disappointed that it looked almost nothing like the picture I had originally showed them. I have seen other pictures of their work so I knew it was possible, just not what I was expecting. Everything came mainly on time, not enough to throw any morning plans off. THRE girls bouquets and boutonnieres were great.
