About this vendor

Based on the size and demands of your event, the Community and Events Center can be split and rented in the following ways: 1/3 Section (seats 50-70 people), 2/3 Section (seats 80-100 people), Entire Facility (seats up to 200 people). The additional can also be rented: Performance Pavilion, Baseball Field. The Community and Events Center features a catering kitchen and a concession kitchen, which can be used in conjunction with larger events or smaller events. In addition, the entire facility (or the 2/3 section) has a drop down screen and projector for your presentation needs; all you need is a laptop. Wireless microphones are also available for the entire facility, 2/3 and 1/3 sections if needed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Very easy to contact and the venue is beautiful and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it!

Colby park was a great place for our reception, it was reasonable in cost and the people were very easy to work with.

Wonderful place, but the even coordinator was HORRIBLE! Luckily they fired her but not after she had done some horrible damage.

This is a wonderful building at great cost. However, Tracy was horrible to work with. She was confusing, and wanted nothing to do with us after we signed the contract. She caused drama over something that was already taken care of though our caterer. She was an absolute headache to work with. She also brings her dog to work with her, which I wasn't too thrilled about because they serve food there.

This venue was amazing. The event center just opened in 2010 so it was really new. The facility was very clean. I had rented the pavilion as well but was unable to use due to weather but it is very nice. Even with it being right next to the interstate it was not loud outside.

This is a great place to have your wedding reception. The building is beautiful inside & out. Set in beautiful Colby Park. It looks like a ski lodge. Has full catering kitchen & concession kitchen. The building has tables & chairs, everything else you need to rent.
