k was extremely thorough and gave great insight on decor and layout ideas and even provided cost effective solutions to repurposing decor over several events. There were no hidden fees or catches with the expected price being crystal clear and listed out in an extremely organized manner. For each event, everything from Windy City was completed well before expected completion time. As a couple from out of state, Vivek accommodated our tight schedules and showed up for all venue walkthroughs across all corners of Chicago and the suburbs as well as took late night calls for us due to time differences. Windy City truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding events were perfect including at venues with tough restrictions and regulations. Our guests gave so many compliments on our decor for every event and we could not be more grateful for having such a great experience with this decor company. We cannot thank you enough and hope to work together again for events in the future!

Do not go with this company! Vivek is not responsive and is quick to have a meeting but after that, does not answer emails. Clearly not responsible or reliable for a wedding! Lo...

I initially contacted Vivek based on recommendations. Hey was quick to set up a meeting and our first video call went well. I talked about our wedding needs and he gave ideas from...

what he has in store. However this was on May 1st 2021. I've texted him since then and contacted him regarding giving us an invoice. Vivek bwad responding at first and kept stating he is busy and will send it soon. It's been over a month and we have yet to receive anything. Safe to say, we won't use him for our wedding. If he can't respond or send over a contract, I imagine he won't be responsive during the wedding either.
