re i met my stylists Veronica and Reyna. They listened so attentively to my wishes (I'm a daily makeup girl so I had a lot of inspo and a specific vision!) and were so excited to work with me. I was in love with my trial makeup, but of course had some tweaks to make for the big day. Both Reyna and Veronica took my very vague, poorly described changes i wanted to make and knew EXACTLY what to do. These ladies are professionals at their art and not to mention just straight up nice people. The best part, despite the sweat, the tears, and the spilled alcohol, my makeup and hair stayed flawless for well over 12 hours. No caking. No pilling. No mats. Just flawless glam. My trial makeup turned out beautifully, but I did get oily after a few hours as I expected. On my wedding morning, I told Yulia this, and she worked her magic! She made a few changes to make sure I stayed matte all day. I was so impressed with how well my makeup lasted! Aneisha styled my hair into the half up half down of my dreams, exactly how I imagined. It turned out perfectly, absolutely no notes! Shante also styled a few of the girls and did an amazing job as well. Beyond the way the artists made me and everyone else look truly beautiful, the logistics of working with Windy City Glam was a breeze. There was always fast communication and easy accommodations to our schedule changes. I’d recommend them to any bride!

The trial set clear expectations, gave us the chance to discuss my comfort levels and preferences, and allowed Cat to really get to know my features. She took meticulous notes, photos, and videos to ensure every angle and lighting were considered. On the wedding day, she refined the look slightly from the trial, and the result was even better than I imagined. For reference, I scheduled my trial the same week as the wedding, which I highly recommend—it kept details fresh for both Cat and me and minimized variables. Cat and her hairstylist arrived at our hotel suite at 7 a.m., and the morning flew by. Cat was warm, conversational, and attentive—always checking in and inviting me to share input, which made me feel part of the process. My makeup held up flawlessly through happy tears, hugs, dancing, and plenty of sweating, with just one lipstick touch-up before the ceremony. I felt radiant, confident, and—most importantly—like myself. She also styled my hair beautifully into a low bun, even teaching my sister how to place and remove my veil, and secured it so well that it stayed perfect all night despite all the movement. e trial and Cat used a different one on my wedding and it fixed the problem. They take your feedback seriously during your trial so you have nothing to worry about on your wedding day. I normally don't wear makeup except special festive occasions and my trial stood the test of spicy hotpot at the end of the day without smudging. Same thing on my wedding day everything stayed until pretty much late evening after dinner, cake and bubble tea. Not immediately advertised, but they also do groom makeup! Husbands deserve to look good on their day, too. I would recommend their team for your wedding!
