With over 80 solar panels supplying electricity that fuels the Windy Hill Bakehouse enterprise, Jennette and Jim are proud to call themselves a green bakery. Paramount to their ethos is ensuring an eco-friendly, sustainable model of business in order to do what they love: bake. With over 25 years of experience, chief cake artist Jennette lends her talents to the wedding industry. She tailors her expertise to ensure that every detail of a couple’s order, from icing colors to dessert assortments are curated to their tastes and preferences.
Soon-to-be-newlyweds can choose from a range of flavors such as white almond, chocolate, lemon, and red velvet. A snapshot of gourmet options including seasonal strawberry or pumpkin spice to name a few. You can avail of a consultation and private tasting to tease out your desired taste and style. Whether you fancy a semi-naked, rustic look or a classic finish, these pros can make it happen. Jennette and Jim provide a complimentary anniversary tier to newlyweds as an added bonus and nod of appreciation.
