e worried at all! Erik and Cammy worked magic and everything lasted wonderfully throughout the night, even with our ceremonies and portraits outside. However, while Erik and Cammy were amazing, the WINK communication team could see some improvement. The bill I first received was $400 more than quoted - thankfully, I caught the mistake and it was fixed quickly. Also, the timeline I received did not work with the photo timeline I provided and I had to request the HMU timeline to be altered twice. Once they were booked, it was also very hard to contact WINK. They would not provide a phone number unless I scheduled a call (I just wanted the number for the day of the wedding in case we needed to contact them quickly). Email communication also always took 3+ business days. For a higher price, I would expect communication to be easier and more professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend Wink, especially Erik and Cammy! They were so fun the morning of the wedding and added to the excitement of the day!
