zed and so thoughtful for the year we worked together. She has such a great eye for design and class, that our wedding has received endless amounts of compliments and questions about her work. We really appreciated having a full service planner because it felt like during the planning AND day of, that we had someone who was always in our corner. She helped us with everything, from the vendor selection and negotiations to the style/design, to even thinking of the things that we would've never known matter. Through her, we were able to hire THE dream team of vendors. She coordinated with them and everything we wanted (with some surprises she had up her sleeve) were perfect! We got married at Santa Anita Park and she worked so well with the staff that we literally had ZERO stress the day of. I could see how kind and amazing she was to everyone, including our guests. Our day was like a finely orchestrated piece of music. It had the perfect beginning and ending. Please do not look any further. Melody and her team work tirelessly and meticulously to serve their clients. Also, Melody is so responsive and you feel assured that she will help you every step of the way. Thank you, a million times thank you, Melody. You started our married life on a day that was truly the best day of our lives.

vendors, requesting lists of the items we wanted her to keep track of, etc. We didn't hear about a single issue on our wedding day - so Melody and her team did an excellent job of keeping potential problems under control and keeping us on the dance floor. Melody thoughtfully pulled us aside just after our ceremony so we had a few minutes to ourselves, and got our drink orders in advance so we didn't have to spend any time thinking about getting a drink or appetizers. We would highly recommend Melody and Winner Circle Events!

nfirmed during the craziness of the lockdowns! She handled the postponement with such grace that we weren't even stressed about the situation. We had a destination wedding, and we actually didn't even meet Melody in person until the day before the wedding. Normally I feel like this would be a nightmare, but it didn't feel strange at all due to our regular calls and emails. I could feel her kind spirit through the phone, and I always felt that I could trust her as she was always on top of things. Our wedding itself went so perfectly, completely due to her hard work during the planning process. She is diligent and detail oriented, and it was the perfect balance of her expert choices and letting us choose details that made the wedding feel personal to us. We had special requests for the wedding which I'm sure made her job more complicated; we wanted a completely vegan wedding - she even went to local bakeries to taste test vegan cakes for us to make sure they had her approval! But she made it seem like nothing was impossible in terms of what we wanted. I was much more excited than anxious, which I think is the best sign of an amazing coordinator! On the day of, there was no panic, no stress, all of our guests felt comfortable and my husband and I could completely focus on our special day and actually enjoy the moment, which was such a gift! I could not recommend WCE and Melody enough!

0. I hired Melody for her "Exacta" package. I didn't need the full planning service as I already had connections with vendors and had a vision of this wedding since I was 16. Melody was available to me during the entire planning process as a consultant and then really stepped in 30 days out. She used aisle planner to help us keep organized and in contact, this worked beautifully. When it came time for the wedding weekend she was so professional and a pleasure to be around. She was smiling the entire time (except when she cried when I walked out with my dad), her assistant had beautifully written in calligraphy "Reserved" seating signs (I thought she printed them they were so beautifully written). If there were any issues we had no idea. It was absolute perfection and honestly the most fun I have ever had! Let's do it again!
