They got every element from the story and incorporated that into the tables, the food, drinks, and overall decor. As a Wizard of Oz fanatic the details were just spectacular! The level of detail and care taken for each project is nothing short of phenomenal. Christi and her team are true professionals and I'm always blown away by their grace and poise in any situation. Winsor Event Studio can coordinate an event of any size (i.e. small baby shower or 1000 person event) and does so in a cost effective way. From the initial meeting to the day of the wedding, Christi was right there for every issue (luckily, not many issues appeared) with a quick solution. Throughout the wedding process, we spoke almost every day and her response times to emails/texts was incredible. I always felt like I had her full attention and she was constantly thinking of creative ways for our wedding. Not being the most DIY bride, I definitely leaned on her creativity and I loved every single idea she came up with. I received a lot of recommendations from Christi on which vendors to hire and I did not have a single issue with any of the vendors she recommended! It is always a good sign when touring venues and every single venue knew Christi by name and remarked how great she is to work with! While planning the wedding day timeline, Christi took all of my concerns into consideration and always made sure I was comfortable with every single suggestion she made. We absolutely loved working with Winsor Event Studio and would hire them a million times again!

Our wedding day had a lot of obstacles to overcome e.g. a thunderstorm that almost ruined our ceremony and that caused a power outage at our reception, but Christi was cool, calm and collected and ensured that no matter what, our evening would be beautiful...and it absolutely was. When I first considered hiring a planner, I knew I wanted to be able to select the components that he/she would help me with because I love to plan and have control myself, and that was what initially drew me to Christi's services, her option of a la carte wedding planning! She was such a great thought partner in tasks that I had already begun to plan myself, but yet had such incredible ideas that had me thinking outside of the box, like Krispy Kreme donut and Starbucks frappucino favors that doubled as a late night snack and early morning breakfast and our Guests ADORED those favors! She was fantastic with her correspondence back and forth with me, kept me on time with my deadlines and never missed a beat with any of my ever changing ideas. No matter how stressed I became over finances or even the smallest details, Christi was right there to reassure me that the day would be fabulous. I was SO GRATEFUL to have her there the day of the wedding because I was able to completely let go of the control and just enjoy my special day, even with everything not going 100% according to plan, because I knew that she had it covered. I never once doubted her abilities to execute my vision and she even added her own spin and ideas to make our day personal to us and make our dream wedding come that much more to life. In addition to being a fabulous event planner, Christi is an absolutely adorable person. She is so thoughtful, so professional and so kind and even to this day remembers that my favorite beverage of choice is a Chai Latte, which she would have ready for me to indulge in during our wedding planning meetings, unprompted. I honestly cannot say enough things about hiring a wedding planner and looking no further than Christi Winsor with Winsor Event Studio. She is incredibly affordable for the service she provides and will tailor her services to what YOU need for YOUR day. No doubt she paid for herself over and over again with the amount of money she saved us with creative thinking and smart planning.
