WinterBrooke Bar is an insured mobile cocktail bar for weddings across Orlando and Central Florida: we bring the bar, suited bartenders, a custom cocktail menu and passed welcome drinks, and you buy the alcohol at cost. Our job is to make the bar the part of your wedding people actually remember. Not the part where someone's dad is scooping ice out of a cooler at 8pm. Here's the deal: we show up with real bars that look like they belong at your venue, bartenders in black suits who actually know what they're doing, and a custom drink menu built around you. Your vibe, your colors, your "we literally bonded over spicy margaritas" love story. Your guests get passed welcome cocktails the second they walk in. That's included, not an upsell. You buy the alcohol (no markup, no per-drink pricing, and we send you the exact shopping list down to the bottle). We bring everything else: setup, breakdown, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, and the kind of bar experience that ends up in your photographer's top 10 shots. Want real glassware? That's an easy add-on. We also do zero-proof cocktails that are actually good, not an afterthought cranberry juice situation, because not everyone drinks and they still deserve a moment. We work with your planner and your caterer so you never have to be the project manager of your own wedding. That's the whole point. Formerly Sip Happens: same owner, same team, new name. Meet the team: I'm Chris Goodnoe, owner and lead bartender, with 20+ years behind the bar. I work every wedding myself and bring in experienced, ServSafe-certified bartenders for bigger crowds (one per 80 guests). The fine print, in plain English: • Pricing: $13–18 per guest based on your total guest count, with an $850 minimum. • Alcohol: you buy it at cost through ABC Liquor from the exact shopping list we build. No markup, and unopened bottles go back. • Insurance: $2M general liability with liquor liability included. We send your venue a certificate of insurance for free. • Add-ons: The Trailer Bar (our converted horse-trailer bar) $750 · The Porch Bar (iced tea, lemonade and infused water) $3.25 per guest.
