very reasonable. The Wintergreen even has several nice extras included for free, we used their vases and mirrors with our centerpieces. We did have some minor miscommunication about a couple things, our cocktail hour appetizers were supposed to be butlered not buffet, and a misunderstanding about late night pizzas, but we were compensated for that. We had a perfect day and I would highly recommend this venue!

nuptials. We did everything there that was offered - Swimming, Salon, Spa, 3 of the restaurants (we went in May, so some things were not open yet), shuttle service, gas station/grocery store. Not to mention the view was amazing anywhere you went. We eloped on May 4th, so some things were still closed, but that made the trip better, it seemed as if there were only 10 other people there. We had a lot of dinners/breakfasts to ourselves, my husband would joke about renting it out, just for us. It was very romantic. Same with the pool, we didn't have to worry about being to loud or splashing, it was fun!! The elopement its self was done throughout a different service, but Wintergreen was the Venue. We couldn't have asked for a better scenery!! We went to the very top of the mountain, and only one car passed in the distance and they even gave us thumbs up and congratulations as they passed. Our pictures are to die for, it really is an amazing place to be with your significant other. And when all the activities open, I could see this being a great family vacation spot. We will be returning and hopefully (soon) with our children. Thank you Wintergreen staff for making our Wedding/Honeymoon wonderful!!!!
They were very in expensive....for a reason.
The ballroom was beautiful, the food was great, but They did not know how to communicate. They set up the ballroom without the table ...
runners that I asked for. Then acted like it was my fault. then put two on each table instead of one, when that wasn't mentioned at all. They messed up the cake cutting, ushering away the cake before everyone had some. The rehearsal dinner food was iffy.
If I could go back and do it again, I would not use them.
The service at the front desk was really pleasant, but I got many reports from my wedding party of how loud other guests were, and other reports of bad house cleaning service. Mys...
elf and a couple groomsmen went down to the in-house restaurant for breakfast the day of the wedding and we didn't even get served - we sat at a table for 10 min and no one even came by to serve us (this is AFTER we talked to a server on where to sit).
The rooms were only $79 so i guess you get what you pay for... I would not stay there again.
