I could not have had a more perfect wedding. It was everything I dreamed of. Dixie made my vision come true. The food and came was beyond amazing. The decor was to die for. The outdoor scenery was beyond beautiful. I am overtly pleased.

I had my wedding at Wintergreen Woods on October 3, 2015. The building and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. There are so many photo opportunities at this place. The owners, Dixie and Casey, are wonderful and friendly people and are a joy to work with. I think they are very reasonable on pricing; they provide just about everything from food, cake, bartenders, and even wedding planning services all for one price. That took a lot of stress off of me not having to deal with 100 different vendors for everything. It rained on my wedding day and since half of the venue is outside, they easily moved things around and was able to have everything covered with no problem. Everything was flawless. They went above and beyond to make this a very special day for my husband and me. They provided the food and it was delicious. There wasn't any left after the wedding. I would certainly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to hold an event, not just weddings. They do it all.

We used Wintergreen Woods for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. I was so impressed with their professionalism throughout the process. Dixie, the owner and wedding coordinator, kept us in the loop for everything and it was almost effortless on our part! She even knew us by name before we ever met her, which is a testament to how organized and prepared they are there. They handled setting up, the food and decorations, and cleaning everything up for us, among MANY other things! I could rave about them forever but instead I'll just say to check them out, you will not regret it!

My husband and I just got married there a few weeks ago. The owners were extremely helpful and there anytime I needed. The venue was gorgeous and had everything we needed. This was truly the best night of my life! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Was a very stress free day thanks to just giving them my ideas and them making it happen.

Beautiful venue, great food,excellent service. Working with Dixie and Casey was a pleasure, and the event went seamlessly. I stayed well within my budget and all my guests were pleased. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to plan a wedding without stressing out.

I'm still receiving praise about how beautiful our wedding was! But the best part about having our wedding at Wintergreen Woods was the helpful and friendly staff that made our day even more special!

Dixie and Casey are one of a kind! The food was great! I didnt have to worry about anything but when I did they were always there to reassure me that they would take care of it..and they did! They supplied the bartender and servers who were great! I would recommend this facility to everyone

We had our wedding reception here a few weekends ago. Everything went great. Both of them are so sweet, and very helpful. Dixie was great at helping coordinate between all the different people. Sorry to say the food was just alright, but everything else was perfect. It was our perfect night, cant wait to see the pictures!

Dixie and Casey were a pleasure to work with since the beginning. The venue is all-inclusive which helped me a lot as a medical student. However, they allow you to add as much of your stuff as you'd like, giving you a chance to make it more your own if you don't want to use their general decorations. I sketched out a general idea of what I wanted and handed all of my decorations to Dixie (and I had ALOT) and she made the venue into a beautiful place! It was better than I could have imagined. I can't imagine have had a better venue to work with.

With great people to work with, Wintergreen was a great place to get married. The wedding coordinator, Dixie, was great and always willing to help and answer questions. My bride and I give 5 stars straight down, except for value. The price to rent is realistic compared to all other venues in the Lexington/Columbia area, but the price for the food per head was the only complaint we had.

Oh, my. Where do I begin? First off, I must say, the "icing on the cake" is the enchanting facility. What is REALLY special about this fabulous wedding pavilion--its owners--Mr. Casey and Mrs. Dixie!!! They are such pleasant people and they made me feel absolutely sure about my day being the best it could be, and it WAS. Their place is all-inclusive. You DON'T need to find a bakery to make your cake, you DON'T need to find a caterer for dinner, you DON'T need to rent tables, chairs, or tents!!! Any questions I ever had were answered, and whenever I called or e-mailed they responded diligently. I did not have someone to perform the ceremony at the VERY last minute and she came through and fixed everything!!! Mrs. Dixie also was our "master of ceremony," and made sure everything run smoothly, from beginning to end. She was such a BLESSING to me because I chose not to get a wedding planner, and without her services I would have been an emotional WRECK, haha! But everything was outstanding! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was outstanding, and her services are amaaaaazing!!!

This is a great location! We were lucky to have the most beautiful October day. The outside garden was the perfect setting. Dixie and Casey (owners/operators) are a pleasure to work with. The planning sessions were productive. They are very organized. We decided to use Publix for the cake because we love Publix cake. It was beautiful and delicious. The dressing area for the bride is a bit small. For my extra small wedding party it was perfect but it would probably get crowded quick. Food was delicious!

The owners of this venue are organized and so nice! This venue can accommodate your ceremony & reception, with in-house catering (my guests raved about the food!) including the (amazing) cake, bring your own liquor/beer/wine for the bar, decor, and a wedding planner & day of coordinator - it was such an amazing venue for the intimate-feeling we wanted for our wedding.

This venue is absolutely beautiful! They go above and beyond to make your day extra special. They provide almost everything from centerpieces to table linens to food. The owners are so friendly and treat you like they've known you your whole life! I would recommend them to anyone!

Wintergreen Woods is beautiful and Dixie is great! She took care of everything!

The staff at Wintergreen Woods did a fantastic job and I couldn't have asked for a better place for my wedding. They were very friendly and made sure every detail was perfect. The food was awesome and even after a month of the wedding we are still getting compliments of how beautiful and wonderful the wedding was. I definitely recommend Wintergreen Woods to any future brides out there looking for a very memorable wedding.

This place was amazing. The owners are wonderful people and made the whole wedding process as easy as can be. All my guest told me how great the food was and how wonderful the whole place was. I can not thank Dixie & Casey enough for such a great experience.

Dixie and Casey own and run Wintergreen woods and I couldn't imagine a better couple to deal with. From the first meeting until the last they were great. I wanted a place that took care of everything and they did, the food, cake, decorations and even the music. Everyone at my wedding had a great time and thought the food was excellent. My husband and i just celebrated our 1 year anniversary and we both said that we wish we could do it again because we had such a good time...who knows, maybe we'll have a 10 year anniversary party there!

Everything. They made everything very painless and wonderful.

Wintergreen Woods was in the city, but tucked away down a beautiful, rural road. The venue was surrounded by woods, but there was a beautiful garden with an arch and a stone walkway/stairway. Inside the building, there were marble floors, mirrored walls and glass french doors. Surrounding the hall was a wrap-around wooden porch. The couple who owns the venue also directed the wedding and reception, and the entire ceremony/reception was flawless. There was no stress on the wedding party, and everything flowed smoothly.;Upon first visit to the venue, I thought it would be too small for the amount of people I wanted at my wedding (200-250), but when it was all set up and everyone got there, there was plenty of room for everyone, as well as room to dance.

I used the string quartet from a local middle school. They were excellent and did it for free

EVERYTHING!!!! The wedding planner that came with the reception made everything perfect! My wedding was at the same site in the garden. The decorations were beautiful, the staff wonderful, the food excellent. The music selected was great and there was lots of dancing. There was a bar and patio outside decorated by candlelight. The cake was gorgeous. And all the food selected was delicious.;I have absolutely no complaints about this reception site. I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect.

It was very elegant and classy. The staff was very professional, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Everything was included (cake, music, tables, chairs, cleanup, food etc...) THe people were extremely nice and very accomodating. It's privately owned and the owners go out of their way to insure you get what you want. It was wonderful, and I certainly would recommend it to others
