arent, lacked proper communication, didn’t do what I had asked (because they didn’t ask clarifying questions), made me go out and buy fabric, did the wrong type of corset and it was literally falling apart at the seams, and did extremely sloppy work on the zipper. Because they didn’t take my measurements, the bra cups were too close together and it fit my chest weird. Not only that but the cups were visible from every angle - which obviously isn’t something you’d want on your wedding day. They charged me close to $500, but didn’t do a majority of what I’d asked. So not only do they have terrible customer service, but the quality of the work just isn’t there, ESPECIALLY for the price they charge. I trusted them to do a good job and was met with nothing but excuse after excuse after being as patient as I could with them. Beware - and if you decide to go with them DO NOT pay up front, so that way, at least if they do a terrible job you didn’t waste money.
