We looked forward to our regular meetings with them throughout the process, not only because they offered excellent guidance and advice related to our wedding, but also because they were just SO MUCH FUN and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took us step-by-step through the planning process and were a calm, encouraging, and loving support day-of. Their vendor recommendations were also spot-on and very much appreciated. We would work with them again in a heartbeat, and in the end, they ensured we had our dream wedding!

ot everything she wanted. Karen did all the hard work and only needed us to make decisions. She planned meetings around our schedules and even drove out to our place to make it convenient for us. She’ll really try to get you everything you want and make sure you’re not going over your budget. And she’ll even keep it real with you when she knows something won’t look good or if she knows it won’t work out but she will also let you add whatever you want into your wedding. Some important things to mention is Karen will remember stuff that we were on the fence about and always confirmed we chose what we want. She knew our contracts with our vendors better than we did. She also kept track of all of our due dates and there’s a lot of keep track of. Also, My wife is extremely indecisive and Karen spent multiple nights on the phone with Steph until as late as midnight just to help her talk through her decisions. Steph actually preferred talking to her instead of me about this stuff lol. I’d say that’s a wedding planner who cares about her work and clients. On our wedding day, Karen was there until 3am and I think she started at 9 or 10am. She helped our folks pack everything into their cars and sent them off before making sure we got to our room okay. There’s not much I could remember after that but I know Karen was the last person who checked on us before Steph and I got into our rooms for the night. The next morning we woke up to all our personal items and wedding stuff organized by category in our room and our phones fully charged and a bunch of texts from our friends letting us know how great our wedding was. She’s pretty freaking awesome.

Karen is so genuine and willing that I think she was able to accommodate everything my son and daughter in law asked for. By the time I got there, Karen and her team were already there and almost everything was done. This was 5 hours before the wedding started! I stayed to ask some questions and witnessed Wish wonder Dream in action. I have to say that my son and daughter in law made the right choice in choosing Karen. She had answers for everyone’s questions, addressed each vendor with grace, and delegated and supported her team through and through. If there ever was a moment of stress, she didn’t show it. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my son and daughter in law. I’ve never seen them happier than on their wedding day and I know it has a lot to do with all the work and guidance from Karen and her team. With all the love in the world - Franny

But she picked up all the decor and linens before the wedding day so I didn’t have to worry about it on my wedding day and coordinated with the venue to make sure everything was in place and on time. She seriously took care of everything. I’m really thankful I found her through the Knot. All I can remember from my wedding day was how speechless I was walking into my reception. I honestly didn’t think everything I had in my mind would come to life but it came out even better than I imagined. Like all the vendors Karen helped me choose and the designs she came up with was just a dream come true. I really can’t put it in any other words. Seriously thank you Karen and Carondelet house.

Everything in our vision actually came to life on Saturday. All of our friends even made comments about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to from the celebration to the details and decor. about the experience with Wish Wonder Dream is that the venue incorrectly set up the reception space, and Karen stepped in and very quickly resolved. What could have been a disaster didn't happen and I'm grateful for that.

I got really stressful the last week leading to my wedding day and she made herself available to me all week. Now I can't imagine going through that day without her! My parents and my husband loved that I was able to be completely hands off and just enjoy my wedding day because she handled everything. Honestly though, I was a nervous wreck before finding a planner and Karen made me feel so confident about handing the responsibilities over to someone. REALLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

She seemed great through the initial phone call and a few email exchanges. However, when I tried to schedule our first in-person meeting, she notifies us that she is also quitting. At this point, we can't risk any more wedding planner changes as our wedding date is still approaching. We ask for a refund of our initial deposit since our planning progress has to start from scratch now. They told me there was nothing they can do and they weren't understanding at all. I would highly advise that you steer clear of this company since they have constant turn over and are not reliable.

She worked well and communicated with the vendors and guests during the big day so I didn't have to! The two assistants she brought were there to service our every need on the day of our wedding, super helpful. Would recommend.

le more and went with a different vendor. I was a super easy Bride, knew EXACTLY what I wanted, organized to the T, did pretty much everything myself. During the year of planning my talks with Cat were always fun so I felt so comfortable. Unfortunately when the real time came our communication went down the drain. I couldn't get a hold of her, I would send a number of emails and wouldn't hear back, my final numbers were due to our venue, she said she would take care of it and she didn't, I had to jump on top of that last minute. Just felt completely stressed and not paid attention to at all. I had to have a conversation with her because of how hurt I was. On the day of the wedding I didn't even see my coordinator. My hair dresser was basically my coordinator. Cat was in a meeting with my florist and I three days before the big day, she knew exactly what I wanted, NOTHING looked the way I wanted and she failed to even notice what was wrong. There was an empty wine barrel covering my flower wall which I specifically asked to keep clear, she apparently gave the floral team the ok to leave it there. I provided her one big box with all the visual elements needed, I placed two cake toppers (just incase one broke), she ended up telling me that she couldn't find it and found it at the end of the night. Just careless mistakes that really ruined my big day. She said she would review the tips with me before handing out, that never happened. I would have never tipped the floral team but she never asked me how I felt about the turn out. Honestly, my wedding was a mess. A great coordinator is in the top three of must haves. I highly recommend you do your research. I went based off of really liking her as a person when I should have been more picky.

Wonder Dream as a whole team really came together and made it happen even when the inevitable 'bumps' in the road occur. We would totally recommend working with WWD, and do it in the beginning of your planning as they can really help to work with your budget! God Speed Readers

I need a videographer too? After some convincing from family and friends, (who assured me having those special moments forever on film would be worth it), I decided to explore my options. I stumbled upon Yours Truly through The Knot and I couldn’t have been happier with how their work turned out. Amy was beyond helpful answering all of my questions leading up to the wedding. And Joe and his team of videographers were tremendous day of. Even the post production team were great answering my questions. Leading up to the wedding, I provided Joe with some feedback on what I wanted captured and the style of clip I was going for. Joe totally understood where I was coming from and provided valuable insight. He was super receptive to my notes and (with the post production team) definitely incorporated all feedback into the final clip. Yours Truly Media delivered on everything that I had wanted and more! Yours Truly Media is professional, responsive and extremely talented. They were so lovely to work with through the entire wedding process and exceeded my expectations. I am so appreciative of all their work that went into re-creating my perfect day through film and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a best-in-class videographer.

Initially we wanted to spend the least amount as possible because we originally weren’t going to hire a videographer and it wasn’t a priority for us, but now that we see the final product, we so wish we just went all out with them and would upgrade if we could. They try to accommodate to all of your requests from scenes you want captured to music played, etc. Amy and Joe were wonderful to work with- phone calls with them were great because they’re so easy to talk to. I was also impressed with how quickly they got back to me every time because they’re in California and I am in Florida. Some vendors take way too long to respond and it makes wedding planning stressful, so it was so nice working with a company like YTM. The videographers who shot my wedding were wonderful as well and fit right in with our wedding party. I inquired with a few other companies and when you look at packages, pricing, and quality of videos, I promise you Yours Truly Media is the absolute best choice!

So many wedding videos that I watched had the background filled completely with dialogue from the officiant, toasts, vows, etc., and I think the most beautiful wedding videos are the ones that allow the perfect song to do the talking. Our video turned out SO perfect, we watch it all the time to relive our wedding day and we LOVE sharing it with family and friends. It has the perfect amount of dialogue in it so that the words of the song can be enjoyed while only the most important parts of the ceremony and reception are included in the audio. The YTM team worked to make sure they knew what we wanted, stuck with us through all the planning and scheduling, and provided us with the most beautiful wedding video that we will always cherish!! I cannot recommend Yours Truly Media enough!!

mera. Yours Truly is the only way to go for such an occasion. Sarah and I couldn't have been happier with the team from start to finish. We really felt comfortable with Amy (she is very personable) as talked about the company when we first made contact. We originally just went with the highlight package, the 3-5 minute video. A few months later, we were able to meet Joe in person and after talking with him in depth and him understanding what we wanted, he suggested to upgrade the package to the 5-7 min video. Joe was not pushy but rather trying to get us the best bang for our day. After discussing the upgrade with Sarah over the next few days and making financial adjustments, we decided to take a leap of faith and upgrade. That was best decision we could have made and so glad we did as the Yours Truly team captured everything and more about our wedding. We had beach wedding so capturing the environment was key and fortunately they were able to fly the drone for various portions of our wedding (including the sparkler send-off). But more importantly, they captured who Sarah and I were as a couple and what was important to us. They highlighted our families and even incorporated our siblings narrating throughout the video. Yours Truly took the time to make our video unique and made it different from all the other videos one can see floating around. We have watched the video so many times and we are proud to show all our families including some of the grandparents who could not make it. If you haven’t made up your mind by the end of this, you are overthinking it. Take it from a guy who went through just about all of the videographer vendors on major wedding sites and who came back to this company. Let them video one of the happiest days of your life because that day will fly by, but don’t worry – you will be able to relive it over and over again thanks to Yours Truly Media.

the turn around is so quick after the wedding. We got our feature in exactly three weeks from our wedding date (and we had 3 cinematographers) thats alot of footage to arrange together. We can't thank you guys enough, professional and highly skilled, thanks guys!

Laura was incredible to work with (friendly, high energy, responsive) and helped us plan and execute our dream wedding. We had monthly meetings with Laura throughout the process - she provided tons of advice, resources, etc. that kept us efficient and on-task. expensive, but I contacted Amy anyway and she got back with me in less than an hour wanting to set up a phone meeting to find out what I was looking for. She was SO helpful and supportive as I told her my situation and what we were looking for in terms of video footage and a budget. She quickly worked out a package to give me all of the footage I wanted for a price that was within my budget and then gave me 24 hours to decide while she held the wedding date for me. It was such as last minute thing that I was surprised with how flexible she was. I talked through all the details with Cat before the wedding and she took note of everything I wanted throughout the wedding day to share with the videographers ahead of time. The guys were so nice on the wedding day and the first shooter, Michael, was especially great to work with! He worked well with my photographer and was very patient with my wedding party. We now have a great highlight video and raw footage of literally everything throughout the day from multiple angles! We are so pleased with Yours Truly Media and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding videographer!

Yours truly definitely delivered a high quality video & in a very timely manner! We got our 5 minute video within 4 weeks of our wedding! Amazing! We’re still waiting for the raw footage & longer edit, but I’m so happy to have my highlight. My only critique & reason for a 4 star review rather than 5 is their professionalism in handling an issue we had with one of the videographers not ever showing to my husband’s hotel. Rather than own up to their mistake & simply apologize for getting the hotel wrong (both videographers showed up at my hotel) they placed the blame on my coordinator saying they had texted and called her a bunch of times on the day of the wedding. While that very well may be true, we told them prior to the day of our wedding that we’d be at different hotels. Overall, they did an excellent job filming our wedding, they produced an excellent quality film which I’m SO happy about but for the amount that we paid, punctuality or simply honesty is important. Had they just owned up to their mistake, they’d have earned a 5 star review.

You have carefully selected the best highlights of the days, our traditional Vietnamese wedding and the formal ceremony. Our family members who live far away and can not attend tell us that they felt as if they were there that day. You made us look beautiful and in harmony, you captured the honest, emotional moments of our family, especially with the vows delivered by the bride and groom in their own voice. Our guests felt there is respect, there is love in this union. It started well and it ended even better. I still can't believe how you can compress 2 days of event into 4 minutes but you did it!
