As it is, I can’t say I would recommend Karen as a wedding coordinator. We booked her as month-of-coordin...
ator for our wedding as we wanted to make sure that our friends and family (and ourselves) were not scrambling and stressing on the day of to keep things running smoothly. Our initial meeting with her seemed fine, but once we were on contract things seemed to slowly fall apart. She stopped responding to emails on a timely basis, forcing us to follow up numerous times to arrange the periodic pre-wedding check-ins that were part of our contract. Once the meetings finally happened, she always seemed mostly-organized, kind, and knowledgeable which convinced us that things would improve, but they did not.
Once our month finally hit Karen continued to fail to deliver requests on a timely basis. The biggest example of this was the final wedding timeline. We had a very rough timeline from Karen well over a month before the wedding, but it took most of the time we had left to get her to incorporate our feedback, and she never did end up doing the planning for pre-ceremony with hair, makeup, and photographer that we wanted most. (We ended up doing this ourselves.) She then withheld the timeline from our vendors until 2 days before the wedding, leaving everyone begging us for details. She even lied to us on more than one occasion saying that she had contacted vendors when she had not.
When the day-of finally came Karen arrived with only 1 support person when our contract had promised 2. She made executive decisions without our input (e.g. moving the welcome table to a different location than we had specified), and generally made things more stressful rather than less. She also held onto our wedding party’s corsages and boutonnieres until after most of the pre-wedding photos had been taken because they were “fragile”, and didn’t inform the groom that she was going to hold onto his ring, causing him to panic when he found the empty box. After a few more hiccups things still pulled through, but in the end, we feel we would have been better off without Karen’s stress inducing services.
We went through a rollercoaster of emotions when interviewing wedding coordinators and talked to probably 25 planners before we moved forward with Wish Wonder Dream. Karen made us ...
feel the most comfortable on our consultation call and asked us questions about what we wanted for our wedding that other planners didn't. She was really knowledgable in fusion/multi-cultural weddings and that was really important to us. Planning was easy and meetings were always so helpful because we knew exactly what we needed to do and what she was handling. Our wedding turned out just as we envisioned on our initial consultation call with Karen.
We booked them after we already found our venue and some of our vendors but hands down the best decision we made. We wish we found WWD sooner! We loved that they’ve worked with our...

f coordination but Karen and her team still drove all the way up to Idyllwild (on lots of winding roads) the day before just to run through everything with us, which we appreciated greatly as there is never actually any time left on the *day of* for rehearsing! Karen was able to wrangle our group multiple times (not an easy task), get us all organized without creating a stiff environment, make sure we actually ate (lol) and so much more, all while simultaneously adding to the joy and happiness of the day! If we got to do it all over again we would 241768% cross our fingers that Karen would be available <3 thank you forever for helping us create such beautiful memories that will last our lifetimes!

e and really kept us on our toes. Everyone talks about how planning a wedding is stressful but we enjoyed it every step of the way. Highly recommend them for couples who have demanding full time jobs like we do!

I hired them in about February for my November 2022 wedding. The first call was great! But then they starting not responding to the few emails I sent and didn’t follow up with the ...
monthly meetings. I spoke with my venue and they said that this company is on their “do not use list”. So I went ahead and fired them in about April. They gave me a full refund for the half of the cost I had already paid. But then, a month before my wedding I got charged for the second half of the fee. I tried to contact them and they ignored all my emails. I disputed the charge with my credit card and got most of my money back. DO NOT USE!
We started planning with Wish Wonder nearly a year and half ago for our dream desert wedding. We began our process with a different coordinator but finished our wedding with Karen!...
We chose to go with the Ciel package and it's very inclusive as advertised. I truly appreciated the unlimited communication and how knowledgeable they are about vendors and services. Even though she had not produced a wedding at our venue before, Karen knew their processes and policies during our first meeting. Very accommodating, reliable, thorough, and knowledgeable across all fronts.

usband and I were traveling down from Canada. I knew what I needed but didn't know how to get any of it. Karen recognised how everything was foreign to me almost immediately. So she found me a perfect beachfront location and put in me touch with everyone I needed to secure the permit and wedding license. She secured the officiant, bridal bouquet and flowers, and enough rentals and decor for my party of 8. I can't thank you enough for the greatest elopement and warmest first experience in California; a true gem!
An honorable mention is the element of design. I knew what I needed but didnt know how any of it would come together.... the result was better than our imaginations
Hire Wish Wonder Dream. Seriously! I hired them before my husband even proposed to me and she didn't even question it.

EVERY vendor for me. Let me tell you between my husbands parents and my mom, we were really picky. She sourced dozens of venues to make sure that what we decided on would please everyone. Then when our guest count jumped from 150 to 550, she didn't even flinch. She moved quick to find us a new venue and update vendors, and take care of everything. I really thought that I had to be more hands on for wedding planning, but she really did it for us. A true GF through my wedding planning and on my wedding day!!

Karen got us set up quickly in the beginning (the online portal and contracting process was clear and easy), and Ivy helped us put together the creative vision. Thanks to the team for making our big day special!
I worked with Karen at WWD for our October 2021 wedding. I got the Ciel package -- day-of only. Even though the package was for day-of only, Karen was involved periodically through...
out the planning process. She was always willing to hop on the phone to touch base about our progress and make recommendations as needed. As we got within a few days of the wedding I started handing everything off to Karen, which was a little nerve wracking, but I trusted that she'd get it all handled and she did. She was calm and professional through the entire process and she and her team were amazing on the day-of.
I don't think I asked too much of WWD, but here are a few details that they handled perfectly for us... 1) Karen met us at the venue for our rehearsal and took charge while also taking alternate suggestions and rolling with our ideas. 2) She followed us back to where we were staying and picked up all of the items needed for the day-of. This included centerpiece items, welcome table items, table assignments, photo booth items, cookies for the dessert table, and all of our alcohol. She delivered it to the venue in impeccable shape. 3) I asked her and her team to do a little work to add fresh florals to some frames for our centerpieces and they followed my written instructions to a T. 4) They packed everything up at the end of the night and put it in my MIL's car so they could bring it immediately back home.

s crazy how much work goes into planning a wedding and we really couldn’t do it without her or our amazing vendors that she helped us find. Even though our guest count has to be cut down due to COVID restrictions, I can’t imagine having more fun than I did on our wedding day. Everything turned out beautifully and both our families enjoyed it so much.

got everything I wanted. They were so flexible with all the changes and helped us navigate through everything with a peace of mind. Truly our best friends through wedding planning and we wouldn't change a thing. They did so amazingly, we've already booked them to plan our anniversary for next year! Our hearts go out to them for everything they did for us.

We were referred to them by a friend and so I'll do the same here - would highly recommend!
We will forever be indebted to Ashley. We've met and worked with far too many people in our careers and graduate academia that pale in comparison to the level of service, attentive...
ness and professionalism that Ashley delivered. Admittedly, we doubted that she had all of our countless details in order, BUT only because she's SO good at her job that everything is completely and utterly seamless. Consider all tasks cataloged and taken care of from the first time it's mentioned -- and even then, most things need not be mentioned at all. Ashley achieves what is most invaluable in a planner: the ability to anticipate, secure and execute every need and desire, seemingly effortlessly. Thank you, Ashley, for being the person we thought of the least, leaned on the hardest and loved the most. We owe you more than you'll ever know.
Ohhhh my goodness, if I could give Wish Wonder Dream 6 stars I would. I fell in love with Karen after our first meeting and even more every meeting after. She put me in touch with...
the best vendors ever and she even got my DREAM catering company to cater. Everytime I felt stressed about anything I would talk to Karen and she would calm my nerves. She made us feel like we were in such good hands that even my husband would tell me not to worry because he knew Karen had it under control. I love her sooo much!! I had two best friends planning my wedding with me and it was my husband and Karen.

ere incredibly responsive, positive, encouraging, and excellent collaborators. We looked forward to our regular meetings with them throughout the process, not only because they offered excellent guidance and advice related to our wedding, but also because they were just SO MUCH FUN and an absolute pleasure to work with.
They took us step-by-step through the planning process and were a calm, encouraging, and loving support day-of. Their vendor recommendations were also spot-on and very much appreciated. We would work with them again in a heartbeat, and in the end, they ensured we had our dream wedding!

ld get. Plus, all I cared about was that my wife was happy and got everything she wanted. Karen did all the hard work and only needed us to make decisions. She planned meetings around our schedules and even drove out to our place to make it convenient for us. She’ll really try to get you everything you want and make sure you’re not going over your budget. And she’ll even keep it real with you when she knows something won’t look good or if she knows it won’t work out but she will also let you add whatever you want into your wedding. Some important things to mention is Karen will remember stuff that we were on the fence about and always confirmed we chose what we want. She knew our contracts with our vendors better than we did. She also kept track of all of our due dates and there’s a lot of keep track of. Also, My wife is extremely indecisive and Karen spent multiple nights on the phone with Steph until as late as midnight just to help her talk through her decisions. Steph actually preferred talking to her instead of me about this stuff lol. I’d say that’s a wedding planner who cares about her work and clients. On our wedding day, Karen was there until 3am and I think she started at 9 or 10am. She helped our folks pack everything into their cars and sent them off before making sure we got to our room okay. There’s not much I could remember after that but I know Karen was the last person who checked on us before Steph and I got into our rooms for the night. The next morning we woke up to all our personal items and wedding stuff organized by category in our room and our phones fully charged and a bunch of texts from our friends letting us know how great our wedding was. She’s pretty freaking awesome.

n’s wedding so I know just how stressful it could be. I live out of state and didn’t meet Karen until rehearsal day. But we chatted multiple times on the phone and exchanged emails. We had many special requests and she was able to work with the venue and make sure all our needs were met. Karen is so genuine and willing that I think she was able to accommodate everything my son and daughter in law asked for.
On the morning of the wedding, i got my hair and make up done early so I could stop by the venue and make sure everything was done properly. By the time I got there, Karen and her team were already there and almost everything was done. This was 5 hours before the wedding started! I stayed to ask some questions and witnessed Wish wonder Dream in action. I have to say that my son and daughter in law made the right choice in choosing Karen. She had answers for everyone’s questions, addressed each vendor with grace, and delegated and supported her team through and through. If there ever was a moment of stress, she didn’t show it.
I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my son and daughter in law. I’ve never seen them happier than on their wedding day and I know it has a lot to do with all the work and guidance from Karen and her team.
With all the love in the world - Franny
Wow I can’t even explain how much of a dream my wedding was. Thank you so much to Karen and her team for making all my wedding dreams come true. I was so worried about getting ever...
ything to the venue and running behind on time because we had to do a flip from ceremony to reception in only an hour. But she picked up all the decor and linens before the wedding day so I didn’t have to worry about it on my wedding day and coordinated with the venue to make sure everything was in place and on time. She seriously took care of everything. I’m really thankful I found her through the Knot. All I can remember from my wedding day was how speechless I was walking into my reception. I honestly didn’t think everything I had in my mind would come to life but it came out even better than I imagined. Like all the vendors Karen helped me choose and the designs she came up with was just a dream come true. I really can’t put it in any other words. Seriously thank you Karen and Carondelet house.
Ah, totally writing this review on our honeymoon but it’s because we are so grateful for Karen, our planner and Ashley, our stylist!! Our wedding was this past Saturday and everyth...
ing was perfect. We are totally type A personalities and were very specific about what we wanted and how we wanted it. They were so on top of it! Karen was also extremely good at keeping us on time with every part of our wedding and that’s exactly what we wanted. Everything in our vision actually came to life on Saturday. All of our friends even made comments about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to from the celebration to the details and decor. Thank you so much for being there every step of the way, since last year through our wedding and after party. It was the perfect. Seriously! We love you so much. ❤️
We planned with Karen and Ashley and we were basically carefree on our wedding day. I have a busy schedule so they knew to send me email reminders and deadlines, and took charge of...
coordinating every meeting. The most positive thing I could say about the experience with Wish Wonder Dream is that the venue incorrectly set up the reception space, and Karen stepped in and very quickly resolved. What could have been a disaster didn't happen and I'm grateful for that.
I didn't have the chance to vet anyone because my (now) wife took care of that but we got exactly what we needed. If you have the option, ask for Karen. She took care of us like sh...
e was our sister. She hustled, she fought for us and kept it 100% professional the entire way through. We couldn't have done it without her. The man above sent her our way and our wedding was perfect even though it was pouring rain out. The pleasure was all ours. Thanks Karen!
I'm so glad I decided to get a wedding planner even though my now husband was against it at first! I loved working with Karen. We only had bits and pieces done. (the bits and piece...
s that were easy and fun) She took on our planning and everything just fell into place after that. I loved that I connected with her so easily and that she made me even more excited for my wedding than I already was. I got really stressful the last week leading to my wedding day and she made herself available to me all week. Now I can't imagine going through that day without her! My parents and my husband loved that I was able to be completely hands off and just enjoy my wedding day because she handled everything. Honestly though, I was a nervous wreck before finding a planner and Karen made me feel so confident about handing the responsibilities over to someone. REALLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!
Had the worst experience with Wish Wonder Dream. It started smoothly with a good wedding planner named Cat but then about 2 months in she quits. The company paired us with a second...
wedding planner who was absolutely awful, Jillian. In our introduction meeting, she didn't say a word and added nothing useful to the meeting session. The company then paired us with a third planner, Samantha. She seemed great through the initial phone call and a few email exchanges. However, when I tried to schedule our first in-person meeting, she notifies us that she is also quitting. At this point, we can't risk any more wedding planner changes as our wedding date is still approaching. We ask for a refund of our initial deposit since our planning progress has to start from scratch now. They told me there was nothing they can do and they weren't understanding at all. I would highly advise that you steer clear of this company since they have constant turn over and are not reliable.

y were much needed for us, a wedding is a complex and overwhelming wild beast that needs help to be tamed! She was able to calm us down and reassure us when needed. She worked well and communicated with the vendors and guests during the big day so I didn't have to! The two assistants she brought were there to service our every need on the day of our wedding, super helpful. Would recommend.

eason I chose them. From my experience I wish I invested a little more and went with a different vendor.
I was a super easy Bride, knew EXACTLY what I wanted, organized to the T, did pretty much everything myself. During the year of planning my talks with Cat were always fun so I felt so comfortable. Unfortunately when the real time came our communication went down the drain. I couldn't get a hold of her, I would send a number of emails and wouldn't hear back, my final numbers were due to our venue, she said she would take care of it and she didn't, I had to jump on top of that last minute. Just felt completely stressed and not paid attention to at all. I had to have a conversation with her because of how hurt I was.
On the day of the wedding I didn't even see my coordinator. My hair dresser was basically my coordinator. Cat was in a meeting with my florist and I three days before the big day, she knew exactly what I wanted, NOTHING looked the way I wanted and she failed to even notice what was wrong. There was an empty wine barrel covering my flower wall which I specifically asked to keep clear, she apparently gave the floral team the ok to leave it there. I provided her one big box with all the visual elements needed, I placed two cake toppers (just incase one broke), she ended up telling me that she couldn't find it and found it at the end of the night. Just careless mistakes that really ruined my big day. She said she would review the tips with me before handing out, that never happened. I would have never tipped the floral team but she never asked me how I felt about the turn out. Honestly, my wedding was a mess.
A great coordinator is in the top three of must haves. I highly recommend you do your research. I went based off of really liking her as a person when I should have been more picky.
Cat made our wedding a night to always remember

lessly executed so we didn’t have to worry about anything but just enjoying. Plus the planning documents that we were given at the onset of the process and the vendor referrals were easily the best resources we received throughout the entire process. We ended up referring Wish Wonder Dream to friends of ours who got married a few months after us who were also really satisfied with their experience. Huge thank you to Laura and her team for helping us to achieve our dream wedding - we had the best day of our lives and it went off without a single hitch!!

eographer was worth it. I already had a great photographer – did I need a videographer too? After some convincing from family and friends, (who assured me having those special moments forever on film would be worth it), I decided to explore my options. I stumbled upon Yours Truly through The Knot and I couldn’t have been happier with how their work turned out. Amy was beyond helpful answering all of my questions leading up to the wedding. And Joe and his team of videographers were tremendous day of. Even the post production team were great answering my questions. Leading up to the wedding, I provided Joe with some feedback on what I wanted captured and the style of clip I was going for. Joe totally understood where I was coming from and provided valuable insight. He was super receptive to my notes and (with the post production team) definitely incorporated all feedback into the final clip. Yours Truly Media delivered on everything that I had wanted and more!
Yours Truly Media is professional, responsive and extremely talented. They were so lovely to work with through the entire wedding process and exceeded my expectations. I am so appreciative of all their work that went into re-creating my perfect day through film and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a best-in-class videographer.

Best of all, they gave us a 3-4 week estimate on our wedding trailer delivery and we had it in 2. Highly recommend!!
