ave a drink in my hand and I never had to wait in line in ask. As a busy bride that was so great! The staff in the office were so nice and accommodating and made everything so easy. We are so happy with our service and I recommend this vendor to anyone planning a wedding in the twin cities!!!!!

ch was under With a Twist's threshold to need to pay more to hire 2 bartenders (which was 150). My husband and I decided to spend more money to hire 2 bartenders to provide a better experience for our guests since we were so close to the threshold. After our wedding, we heard from several of our guests that one of the bartenders at our wedding was very rude to them throughout the entire night, which was incredibly disheartening to hear because up until that point we had a very positive experience working with With a Twist. We were also upset because we had paid more to have 2 bartenders to provide a better guest experience when in reality it was worse. Here are a few callouts of unacceptable behavior our guests experienced from this bartender: 1. My grandparents (one of whom has cancer and needs to rest more) needed to find a place to sit down a minute before the ceremony. Mind you the bar wasn't open yet at this point but the bartenders were setting up. The woman bartender working came over to them very crabbily and said "You know you can't be sitting here! I could lose my job for this!" Not only was this tone unacceptable toward my grandparents who had never been to the venue before and didn’t know the rules, but this also wasn’t the role of the bartender to be telling guests where they could and couldn’t sit. 2. Multiple guests told my husband and I that when they went to order drinks from the woman bartender she at times ignored them or was extremely cold toward them. I have a young 6 year old cousin who walked up to the bar to order a pop and my sister told me that the bartender was even rude to her. 3. My husband and I also learned that the woman bartender seemingly was not being kind to her fellow male bartender who was working with her that night. She would blatantly ignore his advice when he tried to help her out. 4. Guests told us it was so bad that they purposely stood in line to work with the male bartender (who was great) to avoid having interactions with the female. 5. There are many more examples of how the woman bartender’s behavior was out of line. When my husband and I heard about this after the wedding we were extremely disappointed that our friends and family were treated so poorly at our wedding. We reached out to With a Twist and they weren’t able to give us any portion of a refund for the services or do anything to help remedy the situation besides tell us they would talk to the woman bartender. They claimed she had been a bartender for a long time and they had never had a problem. We understand everyone has bad days, but her bad day really left our guests not feeling taken care of. We are very hurt about this situation and lack of remedy from With a Twist. Positive: Leanna was the best to work with throughout the planning process. We heard from guests that the male bartender working the night of our wedding was wonderful and was doing his best to make up for the woman bartender’s poor attitude.

Our bartender, Rob, was a true highlight of the evening. Not only was he fun and friendly, but he also made sure I, the bride, always had a drink in hand—something I deeply appreciated! Rob’s energy and personality were contagious, and by the end of the night, everyone was hanging out at the bar area, having a blast. He went above and beyond, even helping us pack up and making sure we had everything we needed. Before the event, Leanna was so responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions and making the entire planning process seamless. It was such a relief to work with someone who made everything easy and stress-free. We highly recommend With a Twist Bartending Service to anyone looking for a professional, fun, and reliable bartending team for their event. They truly made our wedding unforgettable!

While my husband and I did not have much time to interact with the bartender on the day of (downside of being the bride and groom is you get pulled in many directions!) we heard wonderful feedback from our guests and family. Our bartender kept the drinks flowing and was very friendly and attentive. We did get to have a few sips of our signature cocktails and they were absolutely amazing! If you are able to use With a Twist and can provide your own alcohol for your wedding I would highly recommend! Even just shopping for the alcohol was a fun activity for my husband and I to lead up to and get excited for our big day!

h A Twist allows you to provide alcohol for the event so it really cuts down on cost but you DO NOT sacrifice quality or service because the bartender they provide is top quality.
