the mixers needed, even if it was not on their original list. All we needed to bring was the alcohol which helped us be able to get the alcohol we wanted and kept the prices reasonable. Thank you for a great experience. Our bartenders always made sure people got their drinks quickly and checked in with us at the bridal table to make sure that we had our specialty cocktails and champagne. We got multiple compliments about their professionalism and efficiency of our bartenders. With a Twist was a great option that was in our budget and reliable.

--*Promised multiple times that they would adjust the supply order to fit our menu, and then just didn’t.
--Said that they would not provide the honey syrup we needed, and then they did (after we bought it in bulk).
--Put out a tip jar even though we pre-paid gratuity so that the tip jar would not be out.
--Did not bring ANY bottled water.
--*The bartenders started serving alcohol an hour early.
--*They started running out of his/hers cocktail supplies within 15-30 minutes of the reception.
--*They resupplied pretty quickly, but then ran out of those supplies again at least one hour before service ended.
--Left the leftover mixers/supplies at the venue (mostly items we requested that they not bring)
--*When we voiced these frustrations and concerns, their response was mostly dismissive. They initially refunded only the gratuity and became defensive.

ted our own bar menu and they served what we wanted. All we provided was the alcohol, which is pretty standard. The communication to confirm event details happened very close to the event, which made me nervous, but otherwise they were great throughout.
Amazing! They improvised when we forgot to cut limes, and they even went above and beyond to help us with a random unrelated emergency! This team is so fun and kind and incredible!...
