My husband and my families had a lot of strong feelings about our wedding, and often times I would ask her to mitigate our conversations - she made sure everyone was heard and acknowledged, while not losing sight of the vision my husband and I had for our wedding.  On the wedding day, she had a pow-wow with all of my vendors to make sure everyone brought their most energetic and professional selves, while being clear and direct about our timeline and important events. One of my vendors even commented about how she was one of the best planners they have worked with. She tackled every single curveball perfectly and suggested very creative and viable alternatives if things weren’t going as planned. I can’t recommend her enough, no matter what kind of wedding you are planning!

f the way, right through to day-of coordination. Leading up to our wedding, Courtney was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She kept us on track with our timeline, thought of things we would have totally missed, and made the entire planning process fun and special. On our wedding day, Courtney and her team were amazing. They took care of all the vendor coordinating and communication, handled the logistics around our venue setup, managed moving locations throughout the day, and even helped move chairs from our ceremony to our reception. Because of their hard work, we felt like we could truly enjoy every moment knowing everything was flowing smoothly behind the scenes. Courtney also helped run our ceremony rehearsal, let us borrow some beautiful wedding decor she already had, and generally made the entire experience fantastic. There are so many moving parts when it comes to planning a wedding, and somehow Courtney manages to keep track of them all while making the whole experience a joy. She personally transported our wedding cake and all setup items to our venue in Winter Park, which saved a huge amount of work for us and our families. On top of this, she had a huge supply of wedding items (vases, easels, cake stands, frames, etc.) that she generously let us use free of charge! Throughout the planning process, she was responsive, professional, and wonderful to work with. She took so much intentionality to understand our vision for our wedding and turn it into reality. Her personable nature and kindness made her such an enjoyable person to work with. Every part of her design turned out beautifully and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. On our wedding day, Courtney went above and beyond to make the day flow seamlessly. She personally came over and steamed my wedding dress and veil while we were at our rehearsal dinner! She was more than prepared to handle any unexpected situations with so much patience and grace. When our hairstylist cancelled the morning of the wedding, she quickly coordinated a replacement and seamlessly updated our day-of timeline to make everything flow smoothly. She brought so much calm and composure to the situation and helped ensure my husband and I were enjoying our wedding day and not burdened with logistics. I felt so at peace knowing everything was in good hands! We are so grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend her!
