e would be feet on the ground for me. I paid for partial planning where they find the vendors and I can book. In my contract, graphics sent, text messages & phone conversations prior, it said I had an online portal, mood boards and more. They did not provide multiple things in my contract, they were rude and disorganized. We met 3 times and each time we had the same conversation, Anne produced some things but over all never produced everything she said she would & couldn’t produce accurate notes when asked. I asked multiple times for the online portal, I was ignored & then told that they are phasing it out. (Although this is the way we were supposed to stay organized together) I demanded it because i paid for it. They refused multiple times until I received it begrudgingly, they said I could use it but they would not. In month 3-4 I asked to work with Megan, in hopes someone younger could have a fresher look on things and more tech savvy. We met, it seemed all good and well, she provided some things but over all she didn’t provide what was promised until I repeatedly reminded her wither. I had to constantly remind and ask for update FOR WEEKS. There would always be excuses & crumbs of help here and there. Finally, I was flying to MN to meet with vendors, as we previously agreed on. Megan was supposed to set up meetings for me. SHE DID NOT! I was there for 2 of the 3 days I was supposed to have meetings. Luckily I had written down someone she said she would look into. I called them and they said that they’ve contacted my planner multiple times but my planner had no response & at this point I was getting an excuse or short response fee and far between. Finally I fired them with about 3-4 months before my wedding & had to finish planning on my own. We worked out a poor payment plan They missed the last payment. She was supposed to pay a fee if payment was late but she didn’t. She still owes me late payment fee.. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Do not hire these people. I fired them they said they couldn’t give me my money back because side they might be closing and they didn’t have my money. (I had paid in full)

all of the moving parts on wedding day ourselves, but realized we couldn't. From that moment, Anne was a lifesaver. She took over all communication with coordinating our venders, she created our wedding day scheduled, and on wedding day hid behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly. I don't know what we would have done without Anne and her team! My husband and I, our families, wedding parties, and everyone else included in the wedding day process was able to sit back and enjoy our day without a worry! Her team also took down all our decorations, boxed them up, and help loaded them into our car after the reception and party was over. We could not have been more thankful for their help. My wedding day was exactly what I wanted, stress free, relaxed and go with the flow. Not only did Anne and Megan do an amazing job at helping my dream day come true but they were easy and fun to work with. If you want to "save money" by doing it yourself like me, I highly recommend NOT doing that. Pay the money for these wedding planners! The week of my wedding I was stressed because I had nothing to do and thought I had missed something, which we didnt but that is how easy all my wedding planning was. n the hospitality industry for years ,about a month out I was getting nervous after several miscommunications at the venue, and I googled Day of Coordinator. I found With Love and several others but after speaking with Meg and Anne I knew they were just what I needed. From that day on I was breathing easy, enjoying all the time I had left in planning with my only daughter knowing With Love would take care of the rest. They handled all the venue contact confirmations, assured the set up was on point, everything from A-Z and in between. We did have a few snags on the venue end and it was handled immediately with out any hesitation. The calm, confident approach is just what the bride and her mom need on the day of. They handled all the get ready room set up/delivery, moved the bride/groom to the bridal suite, ensured linens and set up were right, assisted in set up on a few things we added in, and caught anything that wasn't how or where it was supposed to be. I could not have spent every moment basking in the love and happiness of our daughter if I did not connect with With Love. They are the reassurance you need on such a big day.

Anne checked in on us during the months/weeks leading up to the big day to make sure we had all our bases covered. When our original photographer cancelled three weeks before, Anne and Megan jumped into action and took the time to call other photographers to see who could step in last minute. It really blew us away and took a huge weight off our shoulders to know that they had our back. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and was absolutely perfect because of Anne and Megan. contact to my wedding day, Anne went out to her way to ensure every little detail was taken care of. When I needed her to make last minute changes, or to make sure my gigi had a snack before dinner, or any other thing I asked of her, Anne said the same thing she’d been saying to me for months “Britt, don’t worry I got this”. If you want a wedding planner that will listen to you, take every little detail seriously, and ensure your special day is perfect, then look no further- trust me you won’t be disappointed!
