She created a ceremony script that was absolutely perfect for our day. She is such a warm and inviting soul, which made it very easy to work with her. I was fearful that since I had no idea what I wanted in a ceremony, the ceremony wouldn't really reflect us as a couple. Carleen somehow created the perfect script and encouraged our input along the way! Was so glad to have her guidance along the way!

out perfect. We had a Hawaiian themed private wedding and she incorporated our Leis and bowl blessing into our vows. We filled out a questionnaire that gave her our story and what we wanted and we were thrilled to see the final product. I would definitely recommend " With This Ring".

decided to switch to an elopement package so that we could marry during December. We were worried about losing Carleen as an officiant, but she accommodated our needs and was happy to switch the date on short notice! She had given us a nice layout on how the readings, vows and other little parts of the service would go. My husband and I emailed her our vows and the specifics of what we wanted said during the wedding ceremony. I was very clear with Carleen that I did not want the phrase "till death do us part" included in the ceremony. Carleen assured me that she does not say that line. Unfortunately, she included the phrase anyway. I also sent her the ring vows that I wanted to use, per her request, but she did not use them. Even though she did not completely give us what we wanted, she did a nice job speaking. I still felt that my wedding turned out very nice. I would recommend using an officiant that you know, such as a pastor or family member. I think that Carleen did her best, but was not able to make it personal because she did not know us. Carleen of course apologized for the mistakes and stated that she had confused us with another wedding she had to go to that day. Perhaps she is taking on more than she should. If you choose to go with Carleen, make sure to have her send you a copy of the ceremony prior. She did not do this with us and I think that it would have prevented the issues.

She did a wonderful job incorporating our wishes into the ceremony and telling our story. She had all of the readings and vows preprinted for our ceremony. She is truly a professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We had her come to the dress rehearsal which I was greatful that she did because she ran the show which as a bride helped out so much. One last thing I'd like to note is she was so wonderful one of my cousins is going to have her do there wedding!

e Carleen Burns a call and asked her tons of questions. I told Carleen that my idea wedding was an outside wedding with about 30 family and friends at my Mom and Dad's house. I wanted to have both of my husbands and my religions involved in our vows so Carleen helped by sending me out some examples. All I really have to say there is no doubt in my mind if it wasn't for Carleen being there answering questions and giving me some ideas I probably would have gone nuts. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful days and experiences that I have ever had. With this Ring has a lot to offer and I would recommend them to anyone.

Carleen did such a fabulous job creating a special, unique, heartfelt story for us! She was so kind and captured all that we were looking for. She gave us loads of examples and ideas of readings and unity elements that helped us be part of the creation of the service. We couldn't of asked for anything better!

Carleen did everything and more than we wanted for our ceremony. She made it very personable, telling our story of each other. She loved and encouraged our not so traditional elements to the ceremony, including our unique unity ceremony. She added just the perfect amount of humor to our ceremony. My friends and family (even the ones who disagreed with our religious point of view) thought the ceremony was beautiful and couldn't have represented the two of us more. Carleen thought ahead to get our vows from us before the ceremony so we wouldn't have to worry about bringing them with us on that day. I was pleasantly surprised when she handed us our vows, the vows were typed up on nice parchment paper with a beautiful design. Perfect for a keepsake. I would have just had a cheap printed paper from my home printer. That was very nice. Carleen also sent in our documents into the county herself. What a great service! The only recommendation I have for other brides, if your ceremony is outdoors and it's a fairly large crowd, I would suggest having an additional microphone for you and your groom to speak into to ensure your guests can hear your vows. Our guests said they could hear her perfectly, but when it was our turn, they could not hear a thing. I thought her microphone would be enough :(

And not to mention that we planned this "elopement" in about 5 days, but you would never know with her attention to detail and the beautiful fitting words that Carleen prepared for the ceremony. It was like she knew every detail of our story and that we'd known her for years. She was amazing and I would certainly give my highest recommendation for Carleen. She left nothing for us to worry about and made us feel at ease, and a great sense of warmth exuded from her personality. It is quite obvious that Carleen loves what she does!

I wouldn't have any another officiate for our day. Many of our quests are still talking about the service and what a great job she does!!

She then took all that information and put together a script for the ceremony which she had us review a week or so prior to the big day. She nailed it too! After the ceremony everyone was talking about how well she did in capturing exactly who we were. My biggest concern was using someone who neither of us knew but having the wedding so far from where I grew up we had no other choice. Rev. Carleen does a great job of making your ceremony exactly was YOU want it to be. Her prices are also very reasonable for the attention to detail she puts into everything.
