I highly recommend The Master Plan to anyone who can't afford a full service planner! The whole process really kept my head together for my year and a half engagement. My favorite part of it all was the Lovely Human Club calls. Jamie really dives deep into each individual question we had to ask and even brought on her friend, Kara, to answer the personal questions. I was sad to miss my last call due to email miscommunication, but I'm glad I got on every other one! I would also recommend a day of coordinator if you can to supplement this program. Things are different in practice than in theory when it comes to wedding planning. I'm really going to miss the community and positive energy I got from this and will always recommend it. Thank you!!!

I used their online program The Master Plan to help plan my wedding. Oh boy was it a lifesaver! This program helped me find all the gaps in my planning and helped our wedding run so smoothly in the end! It was nice to know when we pressed "play" for the day, everyone knew what to do to make our day all about the memories and not about the stress.

Thanks to Jamie and her team, our wedding was perfect in every way. I went from being a stressed out bride, to a peaceful wife. She thought about every detail and that made the difference. Our guests will talk about our wedding for a long time. Thanks so much! Also, her Youtube channel is full of ressources if you can't afford her plans.

We had the pleasure of working with Jamie for a little over a year. I knew she was magic from the first consultation I had with her. She is a funny, smart and extremely talented individual. She is the guru of wedding planning and we were so grateful to have her through this process. During the wedding planning our venue was sold to another company, ahhhh right?! We were freaked out and had no clue what was going to happen. Jamie being the superhero she is, not only guided us through this stressful time but she advocated for us ensuring our contract was honored. We had felt and seen some of her magic but on the day of the wedding, she shined brighter than ever! Jamie and her team were fantastic. When she released the behind the scenes video from our wedding day on her YouTube channel (which is so helpful and a must check out) we had no idea little problems occurred. This is how you know her, and her team are amazing. For those of you who watch Friends think of Monica the day of Phoebe’s wedding, kicking butt and taking names. That is what you get when you hire Jamie. She was the best decision we made, from wedding planner to a friend.

Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with! She responded effectively to changing circumstances and kept all of the vendors coordinated and on schedule. Her efforts hugely benefited the wedding environment and it would never have been such a huge success without them.

Jamie helped me out via a two hour phone consultation. I was immediately charmed by her wit and and nurturing personality! Jamie helped me put words to the floating, vague ideas I had swirling around in my head. Now that I have a clear idea of what I want, I feel more confident reaching out to other vendors for the big day. Jamie also had a handy checklist that we went through after I ran out of questions. It was really helpful in helping me plan ahead (as far as things to tackle next). I absolutely adore her and really appreciate all the work effort she put into our consultation!

If you think you can figure out your whole wedding by yourself, news flash: you can't. I was one of those brides that didn't need a wedding planner. I scoffed at the idea of getting any professional help for my wedding. I figured I could do it all with help from Pinterest, YouTube videos, and wedding forums. ...And then came the mental break downs. And the anxiety. And I realized that "Little Miss Independent" over here very much needed help. Enter Jamie. We scheduled a FaceTime consultation (since I live 8 or so hours away from her), and it was AMAZING. It's amazing how much can be accomplished in 2 hours. She was able to get through my 3-page list of questions, read through some contracts, and just bless me with so much wisdom and humor and kindness. Even if you can't afford a full wedding planner, or you think you don't need any help (like what I thought), I so highly recommend reaching out to Jamie for a single consultation! She's incredible at what she does, and truly passionate about helping people with their weddings. Jamie seriously kills/slays/owns the coordinator job. Our wedding was awesome and pretty much flawless in large thanks to Jamie and her team. My top favorite reasons why I love Jamie and why she is necessary for your wedding ; 1. She’s like a fun friend/guest/dance partner that also is a boss babe who gets shiz done and doesn’t mess around behind scenes. 2. She always makes sure the bride and groom are happy, stress free, well fed and never thirsty :) 3. She executed my style and vision perfectly, and probably made it better. 4. She took all the worry and stress I had away, and let me actually sit back and enjoy our big day!

Working with Jamie was an absolute joy. Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming, particularly if, like me, you have no experience planning large-scale events, so teaming up with the right coordinator is super important. I am so pleased I was able to find Jamie and work with her to plan our wedding. We hired Jamie for partial planning, which included regular meetings throughout the 6 months leading up to the wedding, constant emails, a venue walkthrough, and day of coordination and timeline planning, including coordination of all our vendors. Jamie kept us on track throughout the entire planning process, making sure we had all our key vendors booked in and details arranged with plenty of lead up time, to ensure that the last few weeks leading up to the day were as stress-free as possible. Jamie's work on the day of our event meant that Josh and I didn't have to worry about anything at all- everything on the day was beyond a dream, and, if there were any issues we weren't at all aware of them. Jamie truly ensured we, and our guests, had the best possible time, and even made sure we had some food and cake brought to our room for us to eat at the end of the night! She made sure that everything was kept on schedule, without ever making it feel regimented. So many of our guests commented on how well organized our wedding was, and how much fun they had- no one was ever left wondering what they were meant to be doing or where they were meant to be. I wouldn't hesitate for a second before recommending Jamie to anyone looking for a wedding planner. If you are trying to decide where to allocate your budget, make sure Jamie is the first person you allocate to! Truly could not have done it without her. Thank you, Jamie!!

Jamie was the MVP of my wedding. Nobody had to think twice about a thing, she just managed everything. It was the perfect day. I would recommend. She did everything from manage deliveries to running the music for the ceremony. She nailed our hopes and totally understood what we were going through. Every detail was planned and ran smoothly.

We hired Jamie as our day of coordinator because she was a great value, and WOW was it the best decision we ever made. I'm super organized and type A person, so I had most of the wedding planned and ready to go, I just needed an extra set of (experienced) eyes on everything and someone to make sure I didn't have to lift a finger on the day - and Jamie was all that and more. I can't begin to describe the issues we ran into with our venue's coordinator and event planning (that's for another review), but long story short, Jamie kept us sane. Without her guidance and support in the weeks leading up to and on the day of the wedding, I'm not sure our wedding would have happened. Hire Jamie!!! She's wonderfully flexible and able to work how you need her to, but she was especially valuable for us in regards to experience in the industry, set-up and teardown, keeping us on track (and rolling with the punches) on the day, and being seriously tough as nails in getting what we paid for. She made our day amazing, and is a SERIOUS rockstar.
