We rent luxury tipis (teepees) & decor lounges serving the Kansas City area & beyond. In a world of sameness and the ordinary, we offer you the extraordinary. one that catches your breath and says…now this is going to be something special.
Until recently, these out of the ordinary event tent tipis were only available overseas where they have been featured at events with beautiful castles in England to the sunny Oceanside in Australia. Wonder & Whimsy Events is so excited for Kansas City to be one of the first markets to get these beautiful structures in the US.
Our lounge collection is inspired by the sculptural design of the nostalgic tipis. The carefully curated collection boasts new and vintage furnishings for rent to accompany the tipis, taking your event to the next level.

Sara and her team truly made our engagement a day that we will never forget!

and tablescape. She created a space that was so unique and special! We had a bell tent set up and a luxury picnic for the occasion and Sara orchestrated everything behind the scenes, which allowed me to surprise my partner when I popped the question.
From day one, the level of professionalism and care from the whole team was phenomenal. Sara has a genuine passion for making your big day come to life and the creativity to make it memorable.

the china, to the colorful pillows and rugs, to every beautiful detail. As frustrating as wedding planning has been due to COVID, I think it was actually a blessing that we ended up on Plan C (after postponing our bigger wedding twice) because we really had the perfect day and Wonder and Whimsy was a huge part of it. Sara is amazingly talented and great to work with. I will definitely be looking for any excuse to have another picnic in the future!
