Intimate, unique & fun - Wonderland + Sea is a charming new New Orleans events space offering budget-friendly, and totally customizable, private events with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces for 15 to 100 guests.
Located in Uptown New Orleans, Wonderland + Sea is a welcoming space that combines local charm (we are a totally renovated and repurposed traditional shotgun home, and have a very adorable courtyard- if we may say so ourselves!) with an open, clean and modern design. A perfect setting for laid back yet unique events with a New Orleans feel.
Inside, you’ll find exposed beams, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light—perfect for great photos. Our private courtyard is great for relaxed outdoor gatherings (crawfish boil without the cleanup? Yes, please!) while the indoor bar and dining area offer a flexible setting for any event.

At Wonderland + Sea, our mission is not only to show our guests a good time, but also to serve food with intention—using the best quality meat & fish, and locally sourced produce. Our signature W+S events menu features standouts like our spicy fried chicken sandwiches, fresh kale salads, and even an ice cream sundae bars for a unique dessert option, all made in-house or by local chefs. We pride ourselves on high-quality, sustainable ingredients. At our bar we offer local beers, organic wines and can even craft a custom specialty frozen cocktail and name it after you for your big day. We run our business with purpose: paying a living wage, ensuring transparency, minimizing waste, and fostering kindness, all while reflecting the world we want—one of fairness, compassion, and community.
