She asked me questions about ME and got a feel for what I wanted before she ever pulled a dress for me to try! She had prepared well for my appointment! There was even a sign that said, "Welcome Veda" outside of the dressing room! I loved that! After trying on 4-6 dresses, I still couldn't make up my mind (Indecision Queen here!) but Alicyn didn't pressure me! Instead she helped me visualize my wedding day and when I opened my eyes I saw myself in the YES dress! BUT even after crying tears of joy, I STILL didn't commit to the dress! I left the store, went to lunch, got home and took a nap! I woke up unsettled about the dress, so I called Alicyn at 6:29 PM and asked if I could come back! Alicyn squeezed me in the very next day so that I could try on the dress AGAIN! She took pictures and let me FaceTime with my sister in NC to confirm the YES dress. This time I said yes to the dress AND actually bought it! I'm so glad I did and I'm SO glad I went to Wonderland Bridal! If you want a wonderful dress shopping experience, you MUST go there! Alicyn knows her stuff, is committed to sticking to your dress budget, and loves her brides! Btw...when you go, tell Alicyn that Veda sent you! She'll know who I am because we're now best friends! n my group felt welcome. We were brought to a comfortable area to sit while the consultant asked for what features I was looking for in a dress. She then pulled several dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. The consultant goes into the dressing room to assist you in and out of dresses, then helps stage the dress so you can appreciate all the features on a platform in front of a full wall mirror so that you and your guests can fully see the dress. I would 100% percent recommend Wonderland Bridal to anyone looking for a dress, especially if you are a larger size as there was a lot of inventory available in my size to try on.

y looked into potential dresses based on my pre-visit survey. She took the time to get to know me, what my wedding was going to be like and the type of dresses I was interested in trying. We have decided to elope, so are on a time crunch and she made me feel at ease with only offering dresses she knew she could get me in time! Patti was with me every step of the way and never pushed me to “love the dress”, it just happened naturally because she really listened and observed what I liked. I had another appointment scheduled for later in the day, but with Patti’s expertise and more than superb customer service, I fell in love with the perfect dress and couldn’t imagine saying anything but “yes to my dress”! I had a minor design issue (not their fault at all that it wasn’t cut correctly to my size) and immediately they were on top of things trying to get it resolved for me. In the beginning, Melanie gave me key questions to think about when trying on each dress, which was extremely helpful. Melanie did not judge me for my indecisive moments at times, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The final dress she presented had all the aspects I have been mentioning during my appointment. Melanie truly listened to me and what I was searching for in a dress and because of that, I found my wedding dress! I never felt pressured by the staff or Melanie to choose a dress, they allowed me to go through the journey. This was the first store in which I felt like a bride. or when I saw balloons and "welcome Courtney" written on their chalkboard, I knew I picked the best place to buy my gown. Alicyn and Patti were so incredibly knowledgeable about the gowns, colors, styles and different options the dresses came in. I wasn't sure what kind of dress I wanted and they were so patient and we even played a game to help me decide! The dress I chose has lots of sparkle in it, so they shut some of the lights off and had me dance so I could see what it will look like at our reception! After saying yes to the dress they also helped me accessorize it and gave me some tips for what kind of hairstyle and shoes I should wear with it! I cannot wait until my dress comes in - I've been looking at pictures of myself in the dress since I left their sweet boutique!

The salon is clean and beautiful, and you are greeted with a mimosa once you start preparing for your dresses.
