between, she was so kind, helpful, easy-going, and a complete blast to work with! During our first phone call, I could tell she cares incredibly much about her clients and goes above and beyond to work with their desires and needs. I was nervous for our engagement shoot being in front of a camera, but Marissa made it SO easy. It felt like I had known her for years and she completely erased all my nerves with her easy-going nature and positive attitude. Not to mention, she was a rockstar the day of my wedding. She was so organized and again, brought the BEST energy and honestly calmed my nerves much throughout our wedding day with her awesome presence, wonderful visions, and great communication. We received a sneak peek for our wedding pictures and the pictures are GORGEOUS; they are more than I could have ever hoped for. Super happy to have worked with Marissa for our big day and I cannot wait to work with her more in the future! :-)

k over and had a vision of what needed to be done. THEY WERE ON IT! With a larger wedding party, she had everyone present and listening — which i could imagine is not an easy task! She got every single picture we wanted. Which I know because it hasn't even been 24 hours and they were already shared/available.
Taking the photography aside she even helped fluff my dress and assist with stubborn jewelry.
She moves quick & is punctual. Her personality is infectious, thoughtful & witty. She makes you feel beautiful and really highlights the magic of such a special day. Not to mention, I made a new friend <3

so perfectly and made everyone feel at ease throughout the day. Marissa went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and even made sure we got to eat during cocktail hour so we wouldn't miss out of the food or drinks while we snuck away for photos - just so thoughtful!! day. She was easy to communicate with through the entire process and seemed genuinely excited to be working with us. She responded promptly to any text we sent and made sure she captured everything we wanted. For our wedding day, we hired a second shooter (Sam) who was just as great. Both girls arrived early to help take pictures getting ready. They were fun and easygoing, and never made us feel awkward with posed pictures. They made sure to get every shot we requested. And get this - Marissa pulled me aside DURING the reception and already had incredible sneak peeks for me to see! Her turn-around time was faster than we could have ever imagined and everyone can't stop talking about how breathtaking our light and airy photos came out! Will definitely be using Marissa/Wonderland for all of our important life events, and recommending her to everyone we know!

wing some of her work online, my husband and I met with her for a consultation to discuss packages. The prices were extremely reasonable and right in our budget. We chose the wedding package that included an engagement session for us to work with Marissa before our big day. She truly exceeded our expectations as a photographer, and we plan to rehire her for future events.
What makes Marissa different from many photographers is she goes above and beyond to not just be a photographer, but the wedding planner you wouldn’t know you would need until the day of the wedding. She helped keep us on schedule, and even helped a few bridesmaids with their final touches. Her effort was exceptional and she stayed on top of everything. She is truly a professional and offered an amazing experience for us. Not to mention we received a preview of our wedding day nearly twenty four hours after the event, a highlight for us as we were leaving for our honeymoon.
We were also very pleased with the 2nd photographer Marissa hired for our wedding — Teresa. Teresa also has a photography background and was able to capture moments with my husband and groomsmen while Marissa was with me and the bridesmaids. Both made an amazing team and we cannot wait to see all the photos from our wedding.
