first met Griff during our engagement photo shoot and he was just such a down to earth guy. He made me feel comfortable being photographed and I am not one to pose for pictures. Griff took the the time to find out what kind of shots we wanted and I have been so happy with everything he has produced. On the day of the wedding he was relaxed yet so organized and his whole team was fun to work with. My wife and I were so stoked to wake up 48 hours after the wedding to receive an email with a ton of edited wedding photos...I couldn't believe how fast he was. product. Never would I think it would be so hard to find the right photo video team. From the moment we met to the time we received our photos and video this experience blew me away. As I shopped around, I felt as if we were a mere transaction but the moment we spoke to Mike we felt like family. He gives you comfort that all the all the things you are worried about will soon not be a worry. After our first call, I immediately had a weight lifted off my shoulders as he more than gave me confidence in his skills and in addition had a treasure trove of top notch vendors that he works with that are equally top notch. We used several of his vendor recommendations and they knocked it out of the park and across the street! Mike even put together our schedule for us MONTHS before our wedding which really made us settle in and focus on enjoying the rest of the process. He was pretty much our pseudo planner! What a bonus!!! We ended up paying a little bit more than we had budgeted but boy was it way beyond worth it. Trust me you will want this guy for all the little extras he provides. You can tell he really cares about his couples. I agree with everyone else, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. 5 MILLION STARS!!!!

The rest of the experience is no cakewalk (save for the part at the very end where you actually get to eat cake). God help the poor soul who ventures, unprepared, into the spiraling madness of online wedding planning. As both my wife and I are terrible at planning (having more or less procrastinated our way into courtship), we faced the numerous tasks of matrimony with a stomach-churning, hand-wringing, head-scratching dread. Like Conan strapped to a grinding millstone, we marched forward in an endless circle of forms to be signed and meetings to be had and soulless merchants grubbing for our meager dollars. This is a rather long-winded prologue to the casual decency that is Wonderland Weddings. Figuring out who was supposed to film what and photograph what and why and when and with whom was a nightmare for us, until we met for a friendly chat with Mike and he laid out, in the simplest, most comprehensible terms, what our wedding could look like through his lens. His prices were fantastic, his attitude was congenial, and from start to finish he was a consummate professional. Fortunately, Mike doesn't just talk a good game, he really delivers. The photographs that he and his assistant took, both the candid and arranged shots, are ones we will treasure for the rest of our lives. He was also insanely prompt, delivering a sample platter of fun photographs for our consumption within days of the ceremony - in preparation for the full course delivered some weeks later. He was friendly, he was funny, and he made the frenetic experience of planning a wedding that much easier to deal with. Five stars, two thumbs up, 11 out of 10, highly recommend, super classy.

Less than 48 hours after the wedding he sent me a file of about 100 edited pictures so I could have some special moments I could look through with the hubby...that is beyond fast! Receiving edited photos 48 hours after your wedding is pretty much unheard of. It's been about a month and a half since the wedding and I still go through the photos constantly and relive that special day. I also got videography through Griff and I have not seen it yet but cannot wait!!! I know it will be just as awesome.

had no wedding planner, no idea what we were going to do and about 200 guests to arrange for. We had 3 different cultures, 3 different dresses combined into a wedding day. Micheal was fantastic, professional and was very helpful. We had no idea what the "First Look" was and he made sure we had photos of that. He was also our security guard because we wanted our wedding to be private so he helped with securing our privacy. Then came my wedding dress. It was missing a button and my niece had asked him if he would provide a button from his brand new shirt to sew onto my wedding dress. Micheal did all this behind the scenes. He also directed the videographer, DJ, makeup artist for us. We were very impressed considering we are very selective people. He went above and beyond for us and we believe he would do that for anyone. He also followed up with us after the wedding to make sure we had our photos and helped us so much. I highly recommend him and we have had so many compliments that people I don't even know want to be referred to him and duplicate the wedding. During the ceremony and reception they always seemed to capture the important moments without being intrusive. We had a teaser gallery of great photos within 24 hours and the full gallery within 2 months. They figured out all of the logistics for our first look and wedding party photos before the ceremony at the Santa Ana Train Station. It was perfect. And they could work around any situation! At the time we were not interested in having video at our wedding because all the videos we had seen were cheesy, and the videographers were always in the way. Evan and Michael assured us that that was not the way they did things, and that having their staff recording the wedding would not interfere with our guests' experience. After seeing a few examples of their work, we were sold. Having Michael, Evan, and their staff be a part of our day was one of the best decisions we made; they were a pleasure to be around on the day of the wedding, never got in the way, and the results were amazing. We have had so many compliments on our wedding video already and the photographs are so much more than the standard portraits you often see. I highly recommend their services, and if you are on the fence about adding video of your wedding you can feel secure that the money will be well worth it!

From meeting in a social setting our experience became less about hiring and more about feeling comfortable with someone that would be a huge part of our special day. We already new we loved some of Wonderland's sample work, but feeling comfortable with our photographer was something we couldn't achieve by writing a check. The team at Wonderland went beyond the required time and they showed us they really cared about our special day! When we got our pictures and video back we couldn't have been more happy!! Not only will these pictures and videos last forever, but the experience of showing our loved ones took us back to the bliss of our wedding day. s a lot variation in pricing and offerings. Each wedding photographer showed us their photos and the differences were so subtle that it probably didn't matter who we chose. We heard about Michael and Evan from some friends and even though they were out in CA we decided to give them a call. They showed us their photos and videos and immediately we could see a difference. The pictures didn't just capture the wedding, they captured the emotion of the weekend. I noticed subtle smiles and facial expressions that made me feel happy for these couples I didn't even know. Michael and Evan coached us through every step of the process and made us feel totally comfortable selecting them to capture our wedding. We decided to have them take photos, take video and bring in their photobooth. We spoke as needed, but about once a month leading up to the wedding. Once the weekend arrived, Michael and Evan were there for it all: rehersal, rehersal dinner, getting ready, gift exchanges, wedding ceremony, dinner, and party. They were even at the after party and I am glad to say they didn't film that. During our weekend Michael and Evan took the time to get the photos we wanted. We saw some of the photos that they took through the weekend and it was really exciting. The photos we got back the next month were truly incredible. The smile on my wife's face was worth every penny. I really liked their mixed use of great colors in some photos and black and white in others. The photobooth was another really great experience. So many of our friends used it. We could take big group shots as well as pictures of couples. We ended up with some of the funniest pictures of friends and family, that I couldn't live without. The video of the wedding was really brilliant work by Evan. He put cameras in places we were not expecting and captured great shots. The video is great because we could hear our vows and relive our first dance. I even wanted to see some speeches and they were able to find the video and send it over. Overall it was such a great experience I can't say enough good things about Michael and Evan. They were great to work with and really worked hard to make the weekend special for us.
