We selected Valerie and Ed for our photography, and we absolutely love the preview photos that we have seen. Nicole’s day of planning was so invaluable. Her itinerary was perfect, and everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. We used Meca Limo for our transportation needs which I would highly recommend as well. Nicole has a great relationship with this company as well and the coordination was flawless even with a few last-minute changes. Nicole’s attention to every detail during the ceremony and reception allowed my daughter and I to focus on our guests and enjoy every moment. I learned the day before the wedding that Nicole had been very sick the week before our wedding. She had been in the hospital as well. I absolutely would have never known this as she didn’t miss a beat! This is a true testament to Nicole’s commitment and dedication to her clients. She was still a bit under the weather on the day of the wedding, but you would never have known it. She truly was amazing! For context, we purchased the full service package (but read the next paragraph if you are interested in her day-of coordination), and boy did she go above and beyond. During the whole planning process, Nicole didn't just understand our vision, she understood us as a couple. I was able to be as involved as I wanted to be through the whole thing, and when I had decision-fatigue, she stepped in. She helped me with every contract, every vendor, every insignificant question, every difficult challenge (wedding planning is stressful, and she had to be a therapist for me once or twice), every joyous moment, and most of all she helped us embrace the whole experience. For the day of the wedding, I could not have asked for a better coordinator. She kept the day moving and organized without letting it get chaotic for even a second. She made sure the ceremony went off without a hitch, but more than that, she made sure I appreciated the day. I wasn't a victim of the whirlwind weddings usually are because she made sure that I paused to take in the special moments and stayed engaged in what would make me happiest - like taking a breath before I walked down the aisle and insisting I dance during the end of the reception. When I walked into my reception venue, all I could say over and over again was "Nicole, what did you do?!" It was amazing. She turned my venue into a fairy tale that looked so effortless. She was unobtrusive on the day, only popping up when she was needed (EVERY TIME she was needed) and then fading into the background so everyone could enjoy. I never wanted for anything. She'd just pop up with whatever I needed before I even realized I needed it, like putting a drink in my hand or organizing the surprise grand exit for us (she knew we like surprises). Even if you already have a lot of vendors picked out, trust me when I say a planner or at the very least a month of planner, is the best investment you can make in your wedding. Because of Nicole my wedding vision was able to come to life and she saved us money in working with certain vendors. From the big things like the schedule on the day of to the little things like finding the perfect glasses to coordinate with our napkins but not clash with the florals that we put so much thought into...Nicole thought of everything. When I really wanted gold scalloped rimmed chargers but couldn't figure out how to fit it into the budget, Nicole came up with a BRILLIANT solution! It's now one month after my wedding and I miss being in the wedding planning mode solely because Nicole made it so fun! Every time we chatted on the phone I felt like I was talking to a best friend that was giving me all the best wedding advice, coming up with creative solutions to bring my ideas to life, and getting the best deals doing it. She is such a great listener and really understood the vision I wanted and worked within our budget to get us there. She really does go above and beyond, from answering my 9pm Saturday night texts when I tried a new cocktail at a bar and wanted to get her thoughts on a signature drink...to her and Lee helping my mom fix her dress at the venue...to picking up taco bell for our late night snack in the middle of the wedding...Nicole does it all and makes it fun! Our families also LOVED Nicole and that made such a big difference on the day of our wedding. I didn't have to worry about any family drama or anyone feeling excluded or left out because I could trust that she and her team would think of everything. Our wedding day flowed so perfectly and she and her team handled everything that came their way with such a positive attitude. I swear there could have been a fire on my wedding day and Nicole would've had it taken care of without me or my guests even noticing!!
