Woodbine Mansion was the absolutely perfect location to host our Austin Wedding, 06.01.2024. We had a perfect mix of downtown Austin Friday and then Round Rock Saturday. Woodbine was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue with the beautiful white house with huge columns and historic feel. The history and interior details that the house hosts made it even more special. Everything at this venue was strategically planned for weddings and very thought through. The trellis as a ceremony backdrop was beautiful, the turf exterior grass made everything look so clean and just the endless possibilities with this house and outdoor area were great. I am so thankful to the Woodbine team and all their help to make our wedding weekend unforgettable.

Let me start with this... If I could give Woodbine a million stars, I would. My husband and I got married at Woodbine in March of this year, and our wedding day was nothing short of a fairytale. To any couple looking for a truly unique and visually stunning wedding venue, look no further! Woodbine is the perfect place for a wedding of any size and in any season, offering a variety of stunning ceremony/reception sites that will leave you in awe. While Woodbine Mansion is an absolute gem, the team at Woodbine are a treasure themselves. Julie and Maddy are the most helpful, knowledgable and reliable women that a couple could ask for, They stopped at absolutely nothing to make sure that everything was taken care of for our big day. These ladies always took my calls and emails (of which there was many! ) and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. Between providing me with endless details during planning and coordinating with their vendor teams, they had everything covered with flawless communication and the highest level of care. Both of them truly went above and beyond any expectations I had, and left me with a feeling of calm in what could've been a very chaotic time. To Maddy and Julie, Thank you. You two were my shelter through the storm and I couldn't have done it without you guys. Seriously y'all, book at Woodbine. You won't regret it.

BEST DAY EVER! Woodbine Mansion was truly my dream wedding venue. I am still receiving compliments how beautiful and well designed the venue was. If you are looking for the picture perfect venue that you have to do minimal decoration for this is your venue. The staff is very professional and fast responding. Julie was such an amazing help when it came to any questions I had about anything. Woodbine will forever hold a special place in my heart. I’m so happy Brandon and I chose Woodbine to start our forever. 🤍

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Woodbine Mansion! Our day was a dream!! Everything about the mansion was picture perfect. Our guests are still talking about how breathtaking the venue was. Woodbine’s team was so easy to work with! I was a bride from out of state and they accommodated me so well. They even did a zoom call with me to show me around the mansion before booking!! Everything from the months leading up to our wedding to our wedding day was so well organized. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I got married at the Woodbine Mansion in October and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. The Venue was so beautiful and unique! The team at woodbine was amazing to work with and so accommodating. I worked with Maddy and Julie and can not recommend this place enough to people! Having our wedding at the Woodbine Mansion was a dream come true! Having grown up in Round Rock, I often passed by the mansion before it became a venue when I was a young girl. Every time I saw it, I would tell myself, "I want to get married there." I'm thrilled to say that on April 4th, I fulfilled that dream! The staff were incredibly supportive and streamlined the process for us. We were particularly impressed by their vendors, especially the caterers! Attention to detail was impeccable, truly bringing our wedding to life. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything was, and they especially praised the exceptional staff! The most romantic and magical venue! My nos husband and I knew the moment we stepped on the venue this was going to where we were going to have our wedding. Guests were in awe the entire day. From getting ready in the girls and guys rooms, to the ceremony and reception in the tent. Couldn’t have imagined our special day anywhere else. Thank you so much Woodbine, you’ll forever be a special place in our hearts.

The Woodbine Mansion is everything you will want! So beautiful and amazing staff. Julie and Maddy are there every step of the way and even though I felt like I was asking too many questions sometimes, they always assured me that they are there to help. From the groomsmen suite to the bridal suite, you are surrounded by beauty and the parlor rooms with the original chandeliers will leave you in awe. Thank you Woodbine for making my day amazing and being uniquely gorgeous.

Woodbine Mansion was the perfect venue for my wedding last Saturday. The bridal suite is gorgeous and spacious, and we were able to easily get all hair and make-up done on site. Before the ceremony, we had a lovely champagne cart to greet all the guests as they entered the property. The ceremony was in the rose garden and all the roses are in bloom and fragrant and very spacious for the 170 guests. All moved inside the mansion for the cocktail hour and there were several rooms for the guests to see - including the "cake room". All the rooms are so elegantly decorated. We then moved to the back garden for the dinner and reception. The farm tables added so much to the look and again, there was plenty of room for all the guest tables and a dance floor in the middle. We used the gazebo for bar #2. Beautiful soft lights were strewn through the old oaks trees to create a very romantic environment. We finished the night at the front of the mansion with cold sparks. So festive and fun for all. Woodbine staff, thank you so much for enabling us to create a magical event!

We absolutely loved our wedding. Woodbine mansion was our dream venue. We loved being able to get ready at the same location of our ceremony and reception. It made the day less stressful and the bridal suite/groom suite is absolutely stunning.We got so many complements on our venue. Julie and Maddy were always quick to respond to emails throughout the planning process. Highly recommend getting married or even having any event here. This space is a dream and will forever cherish our day we spent here.

We fell in love with this venue the moment we stepped foot on the property. We had looked at venues all day but none blew us away like The Woodbine. Not only did it fit our wedding aesthetic, it was also very fitting for us as a couple. We loved how much space there was for both the bride AND groom to get ready in and it's so beautifully renovated. There are plenty of large mirrors in the get-ready rooms and lockers to store things like bags and backpacks. We had the ceremony indoors because we got married in August and our smaller guest count could be accommodated. Cocktail hour took place outside on the trellis side underneath the mature trees which provided shade, and then back inside for the reception. Communication with the team at Woodbine was incredible. They answered all the questions we had and often got back to me within the day. They were flexible during the day of the wedding and overall very pleasant to work with. The Woodbine Mansion is so special to us and I would recommend it to anyone!

Oh my goodness, where to even begin!? We recently had the privilege of hosting our wedding at the historic Woodbine Mansion and we simply cannot express our gratitude enough!! From the moment we set foot on the lush grounds we knew we had found the perfect venue for our special day. It was like stepping into a fairytale! We visited Woodbine so often during our wedding planning period because we simply couldn't stay away! The house itself just has a magical aura - you can feel it - and the staff there is quite literally the kindest people you will meet during your wedding planning / venue search (I guarantee it!). Woodbine stole our hearts with its timeless elegance and charm. The property is exquisite and offers *so* many different spaces for weddings. We did our ceremony under the trellis (which was bursting with beautiful foliage), our cocktail hour inside the stately mansion itself, and our reception on the expansive lawn (the mansion's exterior is so grand and dignified; it served as a magnificent backdrop for the reception!). Every single beat of our wedding just felt so special and I'd like to think that it is because this grand old house was preserved and brought back to life with so much love and care by the owners. Every room you're in makes you feel like you're home; we felt so at peace, so happy, and so grounded on our wedding day. I think this is one of the most unique things about Woodbine - if feels completely personal and cozy...while at the same time being incredibly dazzling, luxurious and breathtaking. Countless guests approached us to express their adoration for the mansion! We also want to acknowledge the *exceptional* team at Woodbine Mansion, especially Julie. She was our guide, confidant, and biggest supporter throughout the whole process. Every time we would see her, we would leave feeling confident about our wedding and completely at peace - which is such a gift. We cannot thank her and the entire Woodbine team enough for their professionalism, attentiveness, kindness and genuine care! Our wedding was truly the stuff of our DREAMS but it wasn't only the wedding day that was perfect - it was the many months of interaction with Julie and the Woodbine Team leading up to it that made the process so enjoyable and unforgettable. What a precious thing to get married at a venue where you feel that the staff genuinely cares for you. As lovers of old houses and the stories they hold, it was an incredibly meaningful experience for us to weave our love story into the fabric of Woodbine Mansion's history; we are forever grateful. Having our wedding at Woodbine Mansion was the best decision we made. First of all, the staff is super responsive and helpful despite all my never ending questions! The grounds were absolutely stunning for our wedding and our guests LOVED the venue. We had our ceremony on the lawn, cocktail hour inside the mansion followed by a reception under the clear top tent. With it being April and 85 degrees, we left the walls of the tent off of the tent which allowed for a wonderful breeze and temperature under the tent! It was honestly perfect… there’s no other way to describe it. You will have to work with a certain vendor list, but they are the top rated vendors in Austin so you’ll be in great hands. I’m so glad the woodbine staff allowed us to do a tent share with the brides from the other days on our wedding weekend. That really helped us save budget in one area which is always appreciated. I could seriously go on and on about Woodbine… getting ready with my girls in the stunning bridal suite and the fact that they allowed my dog to be part of the ceremony were a few of the highlights for me. If you’re able to, book your wedding at Woodbine! It is a hidden gem in ATX.
