We were able to customize our wedding exactly how we envisioned it because there are so many options on how to use the space to make it your own! The whole property is so beautiful and photogenic, all of our photos came out gorgeous! The space is flexible enough it can be intimate for small weddings, but also has enough room for larger weddings. I honestly could not recommend this venue more!!

Every detail is well thought out- from vintage chandeliers in every room, ornate fireplaces, multiple picturesque ceremony spaces, and gorgeous flowering trees - it is very clear that a lot of thought, love, and care was put into designing Woodbine. Woodbine also has gorgeous bridal and groom suites. There is an adorable room for the bridal party to get ready with 3 chairs and mirrors making hair and makeup a breeze, and a separate room with plush pink chairs for the bridal party to relax in and take cute pics. The communication was smooth and professional, making for a seamless day. We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting to start our lives together. Woodbine exceeded every expectation and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The flexibility of the venue allowed us to create a layout that perfectly fit our vision. Every photo looks like a dream, with lush greenery and beautiful architecture in the background. A fun little detail that felt like fate—my new initials are MW, and the “MW” monograms above the doors made it feel meant to be. What made the experience even more special was the incredible team behind Woodbine. They were kind, professional, and truly made us feel cared for every step of the way. Our wedding day ran smoothly and stress-free thanks to their support. Our guests traveled from all over the U.S. and Canada, and Round Rock turned out to be the perfect central hub. Everyone stayed close by and had an amazing time exploring the area. We feel incredibly lucky to have been a Woodbine couple—it was everything we dreamed of and more.

The tent was also the perfect addition to our big day! As far as the staff goes, I do not have enough words to praise them with. So attentive, ready to help, and overall so kind. as exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue with the beautiful white house with huge columns and historic feel. The history and interior details that the house hosts made it even more special. Everything at this venue was strategically planned for weddings and very thought through. The trellis as a ceremony backdrop was beautiful, the turf exterior grass made everything look so clean and just the endless possibilities with this house and outdoor area were great. I am so thankful to the Woodbine team and all their help to make our wedding weekend unforgettable.

These ladies always took my calls and emails (of which there was many! ) and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. Between providing me with endless details during planning and coordinating with their vendor teams, they had everything covered with flawless communication and the highest level of care. Both of them truly went above and beyond any expectations I had, and left me with a feeling of calm in what could've been a very chaotic time. To Maddy and Julie, Thank you. You two were my shelter through the storm and I couldn't have done it without you guys. Seriously y'all, book at Woodbine. You won't regret it.

Before the ceremony, we had a lovely champagne cart to greet all the guests as they entered the property. The ceremony was in the rose garden and all the roses are in bloom and fragrant and very spacious for the 170 guests. All moved inside the mansion for the cocktail hour and there were several rooms for the guests to see - including the "cake room". All the rooms are so elegantly decorated. We then moved to the back garden for the dinner and reception. The farm tables added so much to the look and again, there was plenty of room for all the guest tables and a dance floor in the middle. We used the gazebo for bar #2. Beautiful soft lights were strewn through the old oaks trees to create a very romantic environment. We finished the night at the front of the mansion with cold sparks. So festive and fun for all. Woodbine staff, thank you so much for enabling us to create a magical event!

aesthetic, it was also very fitting for us as a couple. We loved how much space there was for both the bride AND groom to get ready in and it's so beautifully renovated. There are plenty of large mirrors in the get-ready rooms and lockers to store things like bags and backpacks. We had the ceremony indoors because we got married in August and our smaller guest count could be accommodated. Cocktail hour took place outside on the trellis side underneath the mature trees which provided shade, and then back inside for the reception. Communication with the team at Woodbine was incredible. They answered all the questions we had and often got back to me within the day. They were flexible during the day of the wedding and overall very pleasant to work with. The Woodbine Mansion is so special to us and I would recommend it to anyone!

We did our ceremony under the trellis (which was bursting with beautiful foliage), our cocktail hour inside the stately mansion itself, and our reception on the expansive lawn (the mansion's exterior is so grand and dignified; it served as a magnificent backdrop for the reception!). Every single beat of our wedding just felt so special and I'd like to think that it is because this grand old house was preserved and brought back to life with so much love and care by the owners. Every room you're in makes you feel like you're home; we felt so at peace, so happy, and so grounded on our wedding day. I think this is one of the most unique things about Woodbine - if feels completely personal and cozy...while at the same time being incredibly dazzling, luxurious and breathtaking. Countless guests approached us to express their adoration for the mansion! We also want to acknowledge the *exceptional* team at Woodbine Mansion, especially Julie. She was our guide, confidant, and biggest supporter throughout the whole process. Every time we would see her, we would leave feeling confident about our wedding and completely at peace - which is such a gift. e absolutely stunning for our wedding and our guests LOVED the venue. We had our ceremony on the lawn, cocktail hour inside the mansion followed by a reception under the clear top tent. With it being April and 85 degrees, we left the walls of the tent off of the tent which allowed for a wonderful breeze and temperature under the tent! It was honestly perfect… there’s no other way to describe it. You will have to work with a certain vendor list, but they are the top rated vendors in Austin so you’ll be in great hands. I’m so glad the woodbine staff allowed us to do a tent share with the brides from the other days on our wedding weekend. That really helped us save budget in one area which is always appreciated. I could seriously go on and on about Woodbine… getting ready with my girls in the stunning bridal suite and the fact that they allowed my dog to be part of the ceremony were a few of the highlights for me. If you’re able to, book your wedding at Woodbine! It is a hidden gem in ATX.
