dont ever shop or trust Atlantis jewelery they bought my gold and never paid me excuse on top of excuse and ripped me off im suing them and taking them to court!!!
DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR RING!! Yes, they have a huge selection but I should have known to stay away from the moment we wet foot in the door. The salespeople are like shark, they ...
attack you and try to sell you marked up crap. I went here to have my antique engagement ring sized by the jeweler whose shop is in the back. HE RUINED MY RING!!! He broke the band when trying to size it down and you can see and feel the patch he put on the band to fix it. He heated the ring so much that some of the antique filigree detail has been lost forever. When I tried to address this with him he packed his things and walked away from me muttering in his language, he told me "come back tomorrow, I fix then" and left the store! I refused to pay and would never let this man touch my ring again. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!
Bought our rings from the Jewelry Source inside the Jewelry Exchange. Great experience! We're so happy with our rings!
I bought my wedding band from Pacific Jewelry at the Jewelry Exchange while on vacation visiting my aunt. I wore the ring for 5 days and a diamond fell out. I took the ring to my j...
eweler who said they would not replace the diamond because the ring was such shoddy workmanship that if they did replace it, I would just keep coming back because they would all eventually fall out. Apparently, there was a crack in the setting which was caused by resizing, which we were not aware had been done. (Incidentally, I tried to have them resize it for me when I bought it b/c it was a touch too big, but they talked me into getting the Tiffany balls put on it instead.) I mailed it back to my aunt who took it in to try to get my money back. They would not return the money, but offered to "fix" it for us. We agreed to that, my aunt took the time to go back to Pacific Jewelry to get it, mailed it back to us, and now, after 7 days of wearing it, a diamond has fallen out once again. I am now a newlywed who is out a LOT of money and has no wedding band.
bought our wedding bands and my engagement ring here. its a good place for many options and great prices!
We really liked this vendor. We first went to Kay Jewelry, but their prices and customer service were not good at all. Then we decided to go to The Jewelry Exchange and they were...
