Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs

What a beautiful setting for our wedding! We were married at the Woodland Glasshaus the first month they opened (May, 2025). Throughout our planning, the clear communication by Ann Grant at Bellagala, the Woodland Glasshaus (WG) team, and the staff of D'Amicos all made for a smooth planning process. Ann kept us well apprized of the various updates at the developing venue through regular meetings, emails, and phone calls, as did the WG staff. We also had the opportunity to taste some of the delicious food selection choices by D'Amicos. Plenty of thoughtful planning and it all came together beautifully! On the day of our wedding the entire Woodland Glasshaus team was very helpful and professional in making sure things ran smoothly. It was quite warm at the early start of our ceremony (5pm) but the staff was responsive to assist as they were able to do so. The weather soon cooled and made for an absolutely gorgeous evening. Our guests raved not only about the setting but about the food D'Amicos served, and the fun, memorable night we all enjoyed! As might be expected, following the first year of being open, certain recognitions have been made to enhance the wedding experience at the venue even more. We visited the site recently, as we're approaching our first anniversary, and we noticed that retractable sunshades have now been added to the rooftop to help with those sunny, warm, early evenings. We also felt the wedding party's changing room could have been made a little more comfortable and private. In particular, the bride's area was a bit small and not very private. That said, on our recent visit we noticed they've also worked to address that with some new furniture additions. It is clear, the staff at Woodland Glasshaus wants to continue to make your special event experience the best they can! We would definitely recommend the Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs. It is an incredibly magical setting in the woods and was a true pleasure for us and all of our guests to have experienced. It was a day we'll always cherish.

Our wedding was a magical day thanks to the Woodland Glasshaus. Bellagala (shoutout to Ann Grant) did a spectacular job from start to finish. We signed the contract before the venue was even built, which should make any bride nervous, but instead I felt in good hands the entire way through. They had quarterly meetings with me guiding me through the process of how to plan my wedding and gave me the best counsel to the point where it felt like they were being my wedding planners. The actual day was absolutely stunning. We had our wedding in September 2025 and their venue was perfect for the 'outdoor wedding' with the benefit of being indoors. We had rain and shine and that day, which goes to say the show still went on! The day of coordinators were extremely helpful, keeping the schedule as precise as could be. Their help after the wedding during cleanup was beyond sweet. Our wedding was enchanting from start to finish. For those of you with incredibly busy schedules, Bellagala also gives you a portfolio of artists for photography, DJ, floral, etc. and it made it so easy for me to just pick and choose artists without much fuss of traveling around and having to interview people. Within their options, they do have a generous helping of extras that turned out to be free with the venue. Every detail was handled with care and sensitivity, from family dynamics to honoring loved ones no longer with us; we were taken care of. Though I wish they had a getting ready area for the bride and groom, you can supplement it with an Airbnb close by. Once again, to the Bellagala staff, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding a magical day that we will never forget!
