welcomed my wedding planner into the mix. On my wedding day, things were done perfectly. It went off without a hitch - at least, that's as far as I know! The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and polite, and made the evening a great time for all. They were also able to accommodate my gluten-free and nut-allergy guests, which was above and beyond what I had hoped. It was a fantastic wedding made possible by a fantastic venue and staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Woodland Hills Country Club is a beautiful venue! From pictures on the green to a "wow" ballroom for dinner and dancing! My new husband and I are older and have been together for some time. We have grown children from previous marriages, and have had the same set f friends for a very long time. Both families embraced each other long ago so the wedding was simply a formality of a life together that already exists. A Vegas wedding seemed more appropriate. After announcing our engagement, we realized how important this event was to everyone. For that reason, it became, " Go big or go home, ". We did an "old Hollywood" theme. Let me say that we returned from our Bora Bora honeymoon yesterday and after 8 days of being away, the mail box was full of "thank you" cards from guests saying it was the most wonderful event they have ever attended and how thankful they were to have been on our guest list! You must know that wechad around 200 in attendance with the majority of them having to fly in from all over the US. I was pleasantly surprised to be receiving "Thank you" cards! Thank you Rebecca and WHCC for not only putting on an event that our gusts did not regret attending, but one that was so incredible they were compelled to send thank you cards for the experience! Although I was not a "young bride", I felt young and beautiful by the royal treatment and attention to detail given us by the WHCC and Rebecca!!!! Can't go wrong with this venue no matter what age, theme, number of guests, etc. Simply the best!!! Hands down!!!!

ndo Valley, none of the venues offered a day-of coordinator like Rebecca. We were originally planning to have 400 people at our wedding (I have a huge family) and my husband and I willingly cut down our guest list to 250 JUST SO that we could have our wedding at the WHCC. She really walks you through what you need to be doing 'til the day of the wedding and has a couple of crucial meetings with you right before to make sure you're on track. She was exactly what we needed for planning the wedding thoroughly. As for the day of, it was honestly the best day of my life all thanks to Rebecca. Everything went soooo smoothly and I'm sure she even secretly handled some issues that came up that we don't even know about. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for having Rebecca as our coordinator. Rebecca is truly great at her job and has excellent skill sets. She genuinely cares and has wonderful ideas. She is extremely organized and, as a scientist, I really valued this. Her immense experience allows her to troubleshoot on the spot. We trusted her enough on the day of that my husband and I just let go and had the best time ever without worrying about anything!!! As for the venue itself, it is magnificent! Our photos look surreal. The club is a little piece of heaven hidden in the valley. In addition to Rebecca, all the staff at the club are super friendly and the food was excellent. My friends also said that the bartenders served "strong drinks" ;).

Rebecca is amazing! She is not only a very kind, friendly person, but she is excellent at her job. From the moment we booked the venue (and before), she made herself available to us and helped us plan in any way she could. She responded to emails quickly and thoroughly. She went above and beyond, setting up and even making a special drink menu for the couple. My daughter was obviously stressed about every detail leading up to the wedding, but she didn’t worry when it came to the reception. We knew Rebecca had it under control, and the results were amazing. I recommend checking out this venue if you’re looking for a beautiful place for a wedding in the San Fernando Valley.

There are many wonderful things to be said about the venue, the value is great compared to a number of other venues, only one event is scheduled per day, so it is very private, the ballroom is perfect for a wedding, there is a view of the valley and hills, there is plenty of parking, and best of all is the event coordinator, Rebecca. Her great reputation and glowing reviews are well-deserved. Unlike coordinators at other sites we visited, Rebecca is genuine. She has a passion for her job and cares about every aspect of the event. She always responded quickly if we had questions, and we felt comfortable knowing that she would take care of everything. Because she is so experienced, she is able to anticipate needs and keep things flowing smoothly even in the case of our multi-cultural wedding. We even hired her to set up the candy bar and other extras, and she did a better job than I could have ever imagined! It was such a relief to know that on the day of the wedding, we did not have to worry about anything due to Rebecca’s expertise. Rebecca is incredible, and the WHCC is worth checking out, if only to meet one of the most capable, kind, hard-working people in the business!

Rebecca provided exceptional customer service throughout the months of planning through to the wedding day. We couldn't have found a better location for our daughter's wedding. r ....Rebecca....I couldn't have asked for a better wedding! The place was clean and delivered as promised...the staff service was awesome...not to mention the food was delicious! Everything from the morning of...all the way to the end of the night went smooth and all my guests had a blast. Since the wedding I haven't heard anything bad but what a wonderful time all my guests had. I wanted to give a big shout out to Rebecca for being on top of everything and so organized all the way through....me and my family will never forget Our Wedding Day!

She was so knowledgeable and was helpful throughout the entire process. She is very friendly, and was a joy to work with. I fully recommend other brides using this location for their wedding :)

club is beautiful! During cocktail hour, we took photos on the golf course which has several beautiful areas for photos. We hired Rebecca as our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic! She is very experienced and organized. During the wedding process she was extremely helpful and on our wedding day she was just amazing. If you have your wedding at Woodland Hills Country Club, hire Rebecca! In addition, the food and service was excellent. Several of our guests made comments that the food was 5 star quality. They all loved the bartender and the servers. We would recommend Woodland Hills Country Club and Rebecca to anyone!

Decor was great, service was wonderful (people told us how please they were to find full appetizer trays at every turn during our cocktail hour and that attention to water/coffee/tea requests at the reception was excellent), and the environment was beautiful! Anyone looking for a special events venue needs to look no further!!!! We looked at a LOT of venues before picking WHCC and their prices vs. what you get make this place the best deal in town. I would have no hesitation to book the place again in an instant.

h good things about her! She knew the perfect way to handle two very involved families while making sure her bride and groom still had their say. Rebecca was very helpful when it came to making your day special to you. We were the largest wedding they have had there and she made sure everything ran smoothly and looked beautiful. I looked at many country clubs in and around the valley and I really liked the lay out here. The reception room is a big square which was ideal for me, I wanted to make sure everyone could see the dance floor. Another plus, the ceremony site was not on the golf course. We did not have to worry about golfers driving by or golfing while we were sharing our vows. The packages they offer here are amazing! It was so nice to have food, drinks, ceremony, chair covers, cake cutting, etc. all in one. I would highly recommend having your wedding here. The venue, packages and wedding coordinator cannot be beat!

the coordinator is incredibly skilled at her job. She constantly has a handle on things and never makes you feel like you are in anything but the best of hands. We could not have asked for a better day and we owe so much of it to her!!!

With everything else involved in planning a wedding adding stress it was nice to know that we could count on Rebecca.
