We gave them virtually unlimited creative freedom and they still managed to hold true to OUR vision and produce a perfect day that we will always remember. daughter and son-in-law were looking for venues...this is the only one they looked at because they immediately fell in love when they met Kelly and had a tour. It punched all the requirements for a laid back non-stressful experience. The planning was seamless. The owners, Kelly and Robert, and their entire team are angels on earth and honestly, they made everything so easy and so wonderful. A magical place to have a wedding. April 6, 2024 was perfect. I am overwhelmed with gratitude.

fully. We were one of the first couples to use their all inclusive package and it made planning our wedding so much easier and less stressful. We were able to use the space Friday all the way through Sunday and even stay in the beautiful renovated guest house on our wedding night. Kelly and Robert (the owners) are the kindest people and so easy to work with. From the first visit to the venue to the Sunday after our wedding, they were so accommodating and had great communication. Wendy (the decorator) helped make our vision come true with the simple yet very elegant details we wanted for decorations. She was able to take a few Pinterest picture inspirations and turn it into a beautiful reception space that represented our personality’s so well. Garrett (the DJ) did so great playing the music we wanted and also kept the dance party going well beyond most weddings we’ve been to. He was even there for our rehearsal dinner the night before 🙂. Heather the day of coordinator was the sweetest and took all the stress off my shoulders on the wedding day. If something went wrong I didn’t even know about it. She had so many great ideas to help make the day run so smoothly. The bartenders (Yolanda and her hubby) were so much fun to work with. Our guests loved them and we were told they took the time to remember everyone’s drink order before they came up for their next drink! And we can’t forgot to say great things about Mairead. She was always so timely in responding to emails or helping coordinate with all the vendors. 🥰 Again we can’t say enough great things about this place. We would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

felt REAL. I think the best part about woodland hollow is that you can incorporate your dreams into the venue. It's pretty much an open canvas with limited "standard venue rules". The owners let you take control on your day and let you do whatever it is you imagined to be perfect in your eyes. Literally the owner, Kelly and her crew went above and beyond. Looking back, I wouldn’t have done anything different…… My dreams came true!

All of my guests were absolutely in awe of how gorgeous Woodland Hollow was! I needed very minimal decorations because the venue itself was simply gorgeous. It was spacious, cozy, and rustic. I couldn’t ask for a thing more. If I could give a million stars I would! LOVED LOVED LOVED it here!!!

the gorgeous bathrooms and incredible catering kitchen. Kelly and Rob were awesome to work with, flexible, supportive and accommodating. We were able to come set up the day before and take down the day after. We have no regrets and highly highly recommend this venue.
