Woodland Meadow Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. Sheila was fantastic to work with, providing exceptional hospitality and ensurin...
g that everything ran smoothly on our special day. The picturesque landscape and charming outdoor setting created a magical atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. The venue was beautifully maintained, with ample space for our ceremony and reception. Overall, Woodland Meadow Farms offered a stunning backdrop and outstanding service, making our day truly perfect.
We had an absolutely perfect day at this venue. The property is absolutely gorgeous! Plenty of room for many guests (we were comfortable with about 120 but you can host up to 250!)...
We were looking for an outdoor venue with lots of great PNW trees to give shade during the summer and this fit the bill perfectly. There's a peaceful little water feature as well and lots of space for the reception. We live in Seattle so had a shuttle take guests to the venue as traffic can be difficult on the weekends. The bridal suite is huge, lovely and comfortable so was very nice to spend the morning in getting ready. The venue is honestly so beautiful minimal decor was needed as well. The office manager and the original host who gave us a tour and met with our parents were extremely friendly and helpful as well. I wish I could give this place 5 stars and honestly for the venue and the two ladies that helped us I would. My only reason for the 4 stars is the host the day of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding was extremely rude and difficult to work with as he was disrespectful and didn't communicate with the original bookings (we pre-planned to have our dog in our wedding but he said he wasn't told that so yelled at the wedding party). Anyway, maybe just check on who your day of host is and ensure there's someone there that will amplify your day and help you along the way instead of making you feel like you're being scolded.
Again, all and all it was an absolutely wonderful venue and he was really the only hiccup preventing the five star rating. It's absolutely worth touring and an amazing location for a boho woodsy wedding.
We had our ceremony and reception at Dairyland barn. The venue is stunning, perfect for photos. We were initially planning for an outdoor ceremony, but moved it inside last minute ...
due to weather. It was nice to have both options available. I was in contact with multiple people and they were always quick to respond and super helpful. The venue staff were very flexible and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted. I have nothing but good things to say, this venue is perfect for us.
Dairyland Great DIY Barn Venue in Snohomish. We had the best time and the managers were extremely flexible and helpful. We reserved Dairyland in May of '18 for a September of '19...
wedding so we had plenty of planning time. The benches for ceremony and tables and chairs are all part of the purchase, everything else is DIY. That is good news/bad news depending on what you are looking for. I recommend heading to Sweet Buffet Lady to look at all the decor items they offer before you start creating and buying things. We had a family style meal and used Cabbage Patch in Snohomish - people can't stop raving about the food. Such a special place - the weather even put on a once in a lifetime lightning display for us (lol). It was cozy inside the barn and contributed to a night of dancing and celebrating. Thanks Dairyland!
My husband and I instantly fell in love with this venue. Everything about it is simply magical. The owners are wonderful, the grounds are gorgeous and the space really allows you...
to be creative with how you envision your big day. Could NOT have picked a better venue!
Dairyland was perfect!
We got married at beautiful Dairyland on 9.2.17! And it was perfect! Amee and her team are so easy to work with! They are flexible and don't have a bunch of...
hidden fees and tons of rules like a lot of other venues have. This is why we chose Dairyland! We are very easy going, relaxed people and we wanted a venue to match that! Dairyland was it! It has beautiful grounds, amazing and large getting ready spots, long rental time and has the space for any size wedding! Get married there but if you want a prime spot (Saturday in the summer) plan to book ahead! We booked in May 2016 and just got married. They book up quick! Which speaks to how amazing this spot is!
Woodland Meadow Farms is a beautiful venue. We absolutely loved the property, from the swing in the old tree, to the newly paved ceremony space. The owners are very willing to help...
in every way possible. We enjoyed the venue and having our wedding there, however, would like to provide some constructive feedback that can help the owners and future experiences of others.
•The bridal cottage bathroom has an unsightly o-ring from a previous toilet duct taped on the floor.
•There were no paper towels or hand towels for people to dry their hands in the bridal cottage. It would be helpful for the venue to accommodate these, especially for safe, sanitary conditions. There was only 1, small washcloth provided in the cottage bathroom - with 9 people in the cottage, it did not last long.
•With regard to the newly paved ceremony space (which we were never made aware of this change, we just found out about it on social media); while now great for walking in heels, the concrete was done with a rough finish and my cathedral veil caught on the concrete finish the whole way up and down the aisle. Other brides may want to know about that.
Additionally, the venue put footage of our wedding prep, and photos of our décor up on Instagram before I even had a chance to view the wedding premises myself, there is something very discouraging for me in this behavior. I believe a bride and groom should have a chance to enjoy their special day before a venue posts it on social media. They did however remove their posts when our wedding coordinator asked them to.
This review is a little late, as we got married last summer July 2016! However, we absolutely LOVED working with Amee and John for our special day at Woodland Meadow Farms! We're s...
till talking about how awesome they were to work with. Any questions before, during or after they were super helpful with... Not to mention, the venue it's self is by design set up for weddings! So everything ran super smoothly. We can't thank them enough for all they did to make our wedding truly exceptional. I would recommend WMF to anyone looking for an outdoor, romantic and beautiful fun location for their wedding!
Amee and John own two venues a mile apart from each other. We ended up having both our ceremony and reception at Dairyland--it's a beautiful backdrop, and although we had clouds th...
at day, it didn't rain and everyone loved the feel of the whole place. We had the option of moving the ceremony inside, which was nice insurance, but are thrilled we were able to use the outside option--complete with handmade picnic benches for seating our guests! Everyone we worked with at Dairyland was responsive and helpful. Loved the laid-back vibe, and my husband and I appreciated how forthright they are in supporting marriage equality. Not always easy to find on the many wedding sites out there!
This venue was perfect for us. It was a beautiful outdoor setting with enough space for 250 people for the ceremony and the reception. The space reflected our style and personali...
ties. We had access to the venue for 12 hours.
Am amazing people and beautiful property with a fire pit.
One of my favorite things about getting married at Woodland Meadow Farms was that we could have the ceremony and the reception at the same place without the hassle of moving tables...
and chairs. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the "staff" was so amazing! Maybe it's because they aren't typical, stuffy, wedding folks, but whatever it was, we immediately felt connected to Woodland Meadow Farms and are so unbelievably happy we got married there!
The landscaping and ambiance at this rustic outdoor venue has just gotten better and better over the past year! The people who run this venue are very down to earth and accommodati...
ng, friendly and helpful; responsive to requests. There was a glitch with radio waves interfering with the PA system at our rehearsal and there was a little underlying radio show playing under our ceremony music, so check that out with the owner.
Overall, we were very happy. You must go check this venue out; pictures do not do it justice! I highly recommend the Snohomish Wedding Tour to do this. They include a big tent a few little ones and all the tables and chairs. Can't go wrong there! I would recommend this venue!
