Woodland Park Vineyard

SIDE. This is not her main concern, though, so you won't get much help from her. She told me we were welcome to get ready in the main building where customers come in and she sells wine and does wine taste tests (there was a changing room in the building). However, as soon as I was out of that room, she kicked out everyone else that was left there getting ready (the bridal party), not to mention she was staring rudely at us the whole time we were getting ready and the photographer was taking photos. The ceremony and reception were in the same space of woods. Immediately after the ceremony (after we said 'I do'), the lady that owns the vineyard comes barreling down the side of the woods with a very loud tractor and trailer, to pick up the venue chairs, which our guests were carrying a few yards to the reception area. She was totally unprofessional and got angry with us, and was rather hard-headed about reasoning with us on the matter. She said it was devastating that this was happening. My father-in-law tried to reason with her and say that 'devastating' would be a guest getting struck by lightening, and that everything was going to be okay and he offered to pick up the chairs afterward and return them. Of which she replied, "No. The chairs are old and no one can touch them but my guys who help me." We have also not seen our $200 deposit from her, and have not gotten an explanation from her either. All in all, the venue was nice, but the lady was very rude and unreasonable. Did I mention that we were polite and kind to her the whole time, and still didn't get through to her? DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING AT THIS VENUE. NOT WORTH IT.
