Experience started out great. Gave the florist the picture of the flowers I wanted. They took all the information of who gets what, etc.
The florist asked me multiple more times f...or another copy of the picture, not a big deal, things get misplaced. Or I thought it wasn't a big deal, until our wedding day.....
The flowers were delivered on time. When I went to look at them, they were completely wrong! Completely. the colors did not match the photo nor what I requested. Instead of a mix of orange, blue, white, slight pink, I ended up with almost all pink. And I HATE pink! Nor does it really fit fall at all.
They came back to the venue and removed a few flowers from each bouquet. That doesn't solve the problem at all. I hardly used them in photos because it was not what I ordered and couldn't stand looking at them. Yes, they are just flowers, but we paid close to $900 and they were all wrong. I think if we pay any amount of money, the order should at least be correct, if not, then fixed.
Haven't heard back from this venue after expressing concerns. Had a great experience them with prom way back when, but I guess its more difficult to order bouquets for them.
Disappointing. Won't use or recommend them again.
