The most beautiful venue in Memphis! The Woodruff-Fontaine House Museum is our favorite place in Memphis, so we knew we would book our event there. Jennifer Cooper is the absolute best! She is so easy to work with. I highly recommend booking your big day at the WFHM!
We loved getting to have our wedding at the Woodruff-Fontaine this past summer! We had our ceremony and reception in the North Garden, with a buffet set up in one of the rooms in the carriage house. Everything was beautiful and went wonderfully! Jennifer was great to work with, and made the whole planning, set-up, and day-of go so smoothly! We highly recommend the Woodruff-Fontaine!
This was the most amazing and memorable choice for a wedding venue that we could have made. Jennifer, the event director for the venue, was absolutely amazing! Our wedding ceremony was in the ballroom and the reception was in the carriage house. The spaces were both interesting and comfortable. We stayed at the luxurious bed and breakfast next door, and it was all the perfect, magical event that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this venue.
We were so pleased to find that the Woodruff-Fonatine had our date available. They are very affordable and have beautiful options for both the ceremony and the reception. Additionally, guests are able to tour the museum between ceremony and reception if both are held here. The front lawn and garden are beautiful for outdoor ceremonies. The club room and carriage house offer nice indoor receptions/ceremonies. The club room is rustic and lovely as is. The carriage house is a bigger space that has a fun dance floor and feels very open. If the venue itself were not enough, the staff is wonderful. A.J., the owner of the home is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the home. He was so helpful to us while planning our wedding! Caroline is amazing as well. She did so many things to help us prepare for the wedding, some without us even asking. She definitely goes above and beyond and accommodated us with whatever we needed leading up to and on wedding day. I am so glad we held our wedding at this venue and would recommend other brides in Memphis to do the same!
the venue was beautiful and it was a great price, however the person in charge of the events was less than lovely. I think she was mostly upset because my fiance and I did not hire her to be a wedding coordinator for the wedding. all in all it was a great place but wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
The Woodruff-Fontaine House is the perfect setting for a classic southern wedding. They have an in house wedding planner who goes above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. I highly recommend the Woodruff-Fontaine House!
