Nestled within the forest in Pepin, WI, you'll find Woods & Co Weddings + Events, a serene setting for weddings and other special occasions. Nature and luxury are lovingly intertwined at this property, with all of the on-site event spaces encircled by tall trees and stunning scenery. At Woods & Co, your big day doesn't have to be just a one-day gathering, as you and your loved ones can stay at the venue's modern cabins, soaking in the magic of your wedding celebration in the heart of nature.
Situated just 90 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, this property offers everyone who visits respite from city life. The team is thrilled to have curated a wedding experience that is both seamless and romantic, with every love story given its chance to flourish. When you and your beloved arrive at the venue on your wedding morning, you will be directed to two separate dressing rooms, the Primrose Suite and the Cedar Lounge. These spaces will be yours for getting ready, spending time with family, and awaiting the beginning of your festivities. Then, you'll step outdoors to the tranquil ceremony site, framed against the backdrop of an exposed limestone cliff. If you'd prefer an indoor exchange of vows, this can also be arranged. After your ceremony, you'll retire to the Glass House Reception Room to celebrate your new beginning in a room that almost feels part of the woodland.
Woods & Co Weddings + Events can host up to 250 guests for your big day, so there'll be plenty of room on your event guestlist! Your venue rental package will include tables, chairs, and dinnerware to transform the Glass House from a blank canvas into your dream reception space. As your celebration unfolds, the property's friendly staff will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly and answer any questions you might have. Guests can also visit the on-site bar to enjoy their favorite beverages prepared by professional bartenders. Woods & Co Weddings + Events is a venue where love and everlasting memories blossom.

What makes this venue even more impressive is that we booked Woods & Co. before it was fully constructed. We toured when it was still just concrete and framing, and trusted the vision completely—and wow, did it deliver. Seeing it fully finished on our wedding day exceeded every expectation.
The bar staff was fantastic, and we loved that we were able to choose a bar package that fit our budget. The facilities were incredibly helpful, with great spaces for the wedding party to get ready and everything our vendors needed to work efficiently.
From the very start, the staff at Woods & Co. was friendly, communicative, and wonderful to work with, which made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. It is an amazing destination to host a wedding, and we could not recommend it more highly.

ed that were not included. We did appreciate the little added touches and options they do provide. They truly have a beautiful venue space. The outdoor ceremony sold us. However, we got married last weekend and ended the weekend with our entire wedding party and guests covered in sand gnat bites. So just be prepared for this on the time of year. Angela was wonderful throughout the entire planning process and answered my many questions and you can tell she has the expertise for this industry and her passion shines! The day of the wedding, my family and bridal party and guests made comments about the staff were always found sitting on their phone. I personally did not see this as my husband and I were occupied with the many other moving parts on our wedding day but I was surprised the amount of people who shared this concern with me. It is a newer venue, so alike any new business, there are always ways to improve but just wanted to share our experience to help other brides in the planning stage.

Before booking, I wanted to do my due diligence, so I spoke with Angela, and it was clear right away that she has a wealth of experience in the industry. Throughout the entire planning process, Angela answered every call and question, providing us with helpful resources and a fantastic list of preferred vendors. We used many of them, and they were all wonderful!
Our wedding was truly the best day of my life. Woods and Co had absolutely everything we needed, from the stunning ceremony space to the reception area and bars. The venue is gorgeous, and the team went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.
There aren’t enough words to give them the praise they deserve. I cannot recommend Woods and Co highly enough!
