About Us:
Our business began many years ago when we were roasting pigs for friends and family on special occasions. Since then, we have expanded our family business, "Word of Mouth", into a travelling BBQ and catering service in northeast Ohio. You can now spot our trailers at various festivals in Ohio where we will be making our "Big Fat Pulled Pork Sandwich", pulled pork potatoes, ribs, and other favorites. Our children have helped us grow our business since they were 7 and 11 years old; now they are knowledgeable enough to be out on their own running a crew for a festival or other catered event
We have had the pleasure of working with many brides & grooms helping them plan the menu for their big day as well as making sure we accommodate their dietary needs. We value our business as a family owned and operating food service, and take every sale and encounter with our customers personal.
Services Offered:
We are equipped to cater an event of up to 300 guests. Word of Mouth BBQ cooks on site for parties of 125 or more. We provide a custom menu to fit your budget and needs, as well as the buffle style dinner with bright stainless steel chaffing dishes. We can also provide hors d'oeuvres, place settings, and after dinner table clean up. Please see our wix website to view our menu options, or reach out with any questions.

a perfect mix of the two! Our food was served buffet style and ran very smooth. Food was on-time, hot, and cooked perfect. They brought their smoker truck to our event and cooked most of it right on sight. This created a certain atmosphere because our guests were starting to smell the delicious aroma of the food. This excited our guests before they even saw the food. We got the brisket and the smoked chicken. My husband was absolutely against getting anything on the bone, but after trying their chicken he immediately rescinded his comment. The chicken left this delightful, smokey taste in your mouth. The mac-n-cheese was also a favorite! It was smokey and cheesy - what more could you ask for??! We also got their coleslaw. I was highly impressed. The cabbage was chopped into small pieces and it completely changed the texture and taste; YUM! It has been over a month since our wedding and we still have people talking about how awesome our food was. Word of Mouth knocked it out of the park! I will be a return customer and will continue to keep recommending their food and service.
