e way. Now mind you I was a bridesmaid at another wedding the previous year, I went to David's Bridal, what a disaster that turned out to be. In short I had an awful experience there so I searched online and came across the Bridal Dreams website. I was enthralled by all the diversity of styles, designers and range of choices. So it was right then and there I decided to call and make an appointment. I was thrilled to discover they were right in my neighborhood! When I got there I was pleasantly greeted by the woman behind the counter who later on I found out was the manager. She then introduced me to the sales professional who was courteous and led me to the fitting room to be measured. I showed them the dress that I saw on their website but they did not have that exact style in the store. However to my surprise they allowed me to try on a similar dress almost identical to the one I wanted and loved the fit! So I wouldn't be disappointed when I made the order. One issue I had was that I did see the same dress at a lower price on another site and they matched that price for me! Amazing savings, I was elated. The customer service was superb, they even assisted me accessorizing my entire look from clutch to shoes to even jewelery! Finally they informed me that the dress would be shipped to the store to make another appointment for a fitting and to meet with the tailor. When I got the finished gown and picked it up it was perfect down to the very last detail. I definitely recommend using Bridal Dreams for all occasions. So, for all you ladies and gents out, there you won't be disappointed.

I chose my accessories and even found my bridesmaid’s dresses, flower girl’s dress, shoes and accessories there. My mother came with me for my fitting and found her dress as well. That same dress was being sold at another store for $100 cheaper and Bridal Dreams matched the price! My maid of honor lives overseas and can’t make it until 3 days before the wedding and Bridal Dreams took care of her too. They offer worldwide shipping and have such an extensive selection online. My maid of honor received her dress and was able to have it altered and ready for the wedding. They worked with our budget and kept us informed through the whole process. When our dresses came in, they provided a tailor for our fitting. She did a magnificent job on my gown; the dress looked like it was made specifically for me. I was so happy with such timely service and prompt customer care. The quality of the designer gowns are impeccable. Now I can focus on the other details of my wedding planning. What a huge relief!
