We hired Derek as our officiant for our wedding and absolutely loved working with him! Derek really is the full package and helped us plan our ceremony from start to finish. Derek had amazing attention to detail and was always very responsive and helpful while planning. He ran our rehearsal so well and got our whole wedding party to focus. For our rehearsal he noticed that we had a metal stand for our readers and he brought his wood podium for our actually wedding day which fit the vibe of our venue and looked so much better. It’s the little details like that that made Derek stand out and he really goes above and beyond. Our wedding ceremony went perfectly and it was all thanks to Derek!

To provide couples with the necessary information to make an informed decision regarding my services, I have designed my fees to accommodate a wide variety of needs & financial circumstances. My fees are structured to accommodate a broad range of content, from a simple ceremony to a very elaborate format. and had plenty of vendor recommendations. He guided us through the process of cultivating a ceremony that perfectly reflected us as a couple. We cannot recommend having Derek officiate your wedding enough! He was beyond helpful before and on the wedding day, even going so far as to get us each a drink right after the ceremony! He made sure we were taken care of and worry free on our wedding day. We are so appreciative and grateful to have had Derek on our wedding day!

ourselves religious, Christian, but are not current members of any one Church. One phone call meeting with Derek and we looked each other in the eyes with undoubted confirmation- he was the one to marry us. It didn't stop there- not only did Derek display the utmost level of professionalism, but was able to customize our Ceremony and his script for it just exactly to US and our beliefs, love, lives and personalities! We are blown away with the attention to detail, attentive care and service that was provided to us by Rev. Derek. Amidst a crazy time for any wedding planning {much less one during a pandemic}, where every last detail came down to the wire, our ceremony planning was a great sigh of relief knowing that Derek had all handled. standing that you have for each other. In the short time we had to work together, I was very impressed with the input from both of you regarding what you wanted in your ceremony. Your family had only the utmost positive communication to share with me. I do admit this summer was a bit crazy and frustrating at times but you both handled it with patience, grace and commitment. Thank you for your input and the fun we had customizing your ceremony. Having Blake (your dog) as the ring bearer was a total home run - everyone enjoyed it! The venue you chose - Eden For Two - was spectacular and I cannot wait to see the photos of your wedding celebration. Love and blessings to both of you as you begin this new adventure together.

He is very thoughtful, even to the point of grabbing Matt and I something to drink during our seemingly endless family photos after the ceremony :) He is very genuine, kind, and detail-oriented. Derek kept us in the loop along the way and provided us with lots of great information to help us craft the perfect ceremony and what to expect with marriage licenses, etc. We could not have done it without him and are so happy to have had Derek there! ur families). Derek was so easy to work with in making this happen! When we met with him, we felt confident that he would lead the ceremony that we dreamed of! From there, he was eager to correspond with us to make sure everything was flawless (which put my Type A personality at ease). He showed great professionalism in coordinating our rehearsal with a HUGE wedding party (26 people including flower girls and ring bearers) and working with the venue. Lastly, our wedding day was spectacular! Derek provided us with the most beautiful ceremony we could have imagined! We could not have been more pleased with the personal and professional service Derek gave us!

t ceremonies and let us choose and edit them as we wanted. He was also really patient when it took us longer than expected to get our wording back to him - a major plus when we were stressing about every other aspect of the wedding! The ceremony was one of our favorite parts of our wedding day!
