We had them for our wedding in September of 2023. My father is extremely particular with food (especially how steak is cooked) and they were so accommodating & completely understood. They hit everything out of the park. We are still hearing from guests how incredible the hors d'oeuvre were and main course!! They keep saying it was some of the best food they've ever had and best food ever at a wedding. We had steak & chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, veggies & salad with dinner rolls. We also had a vegetarian option. For the hors d'oeuvre we had bacon wrapped shrimp, mac n cheese balls, & soft pretzel bites.
