She happily helped us navigate two delays to our wedding date, worked to make sure we could achieve the aesthetic and the party that we wanted with an ever-changing guest headcount, and even honored out of date meal prices and off-menu selections as a result of our prolonged planning and COVID-related delays. The food and the service were impeccable once we reached our ceremony, and their staff was extremely helpful when it came to finding extra chairs or tables or decorating supplies, rounding up decorations, and keeping things running smoothly during the event itself. Their space is beautiful, and although we originally booked it hoping to have a spring wedding amidst the blooming flowers in the garden surrounding the clubhouse, it surpassed our expectations as the venue for a fall wedding amidst the changing leaves. The indoor space was perfect for our 115 person event, but could have easily accommodated 150. We could not have asked for more out of our reception venue!

HCC. Christy Baker was there for me every step of the way! Countless calls during the pandemic, endless support as the reception drew closer, and so much help on the actual day! She even took the time to bring drink orders out to my bridal party during our photo session! I cannot say enough good things about WHCC! We ended up doing a heavy appetizer reception with a mashed potato bar, candied bacon, the southwest chicken egg rolls, mini sliders, fruit and veggies! I think people loved the food and had a great time! I know I did!

The guests loved the food and went back for seconds and thirds. The bar was always packed, but the bartender did a great job getting everyone their drinks quickly. I would totally recommend getting married there, and the best part of all is that we came under budget! This venue is very cost friendly.

s Country Club allows you to pay the remaining balance of your bill when you get back from your honeymoon which is pretty amazing considering you can use wedding money to pay it off if you are in a pinch. The venue also allows you to pick up all of your wedding decorations the next day which is AMAZING since you don’t want to deal with it night of. Most venues don’t allow that. Definitely recommend this venue and Christy!

indoors without an issue at all! We were able to set up for the ceremony/reception the night before the wedding which was very helpful. Christy was great to work with. She made sure everything was how we wanted! The only reason we gave this venue a 4/5 stars was because the food was not the best...it did not taste nearly as good as when we had our tasting and the presentation was not as nice as what we were shown during our tasting either. We were a bit disappointed considering what we paid for per guest when it came to the food.

The ballroom has such amazing natural light from all of the windows that overlooks the golf course. I would recommend WHCC to anyone looking for a gorgeous, and still affordable venue!

her staff went beyond our expectations to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. The venue looks even nicer than it does in the online photos. They've done some renovations recently, and when we toured the venue we didn't expect it to look as nice as it does. We compared a lot of venues (price, offerings, location, looks, etc.), and Worthington Hills Country Club came out on top. The food is priced fairly, and was really good. We got many compliments from our guests on how good the food was (we did salmon, pork tenderloin, and the Vegetable Risotto as our entrees). The bartenders also provided quality service to our guests. We had around 140 people attend, and the space was perfect. We are very happy that we chose WHCC! THANK YOU!

Service, entertainment, and food were the 3 focus areas of our wedding and our guests are still raving about their time at Worthington Hills. The main courses and appetizers looked beautiful and were absolutely delicious, the service was top notch, and we were able to accommodate a band in the venue. Thank you so much to everyone involved, the whole wedding was an absolute dream!

s and Chef definitely delivered on our wedding day. The ballroom was recently remodeled with great taste and the venue as a whole is very appealing. Rian was so helpful in organizing everything from the high-level logistics to the small details of the room decor. WHCC is one of the best all-around wedding venues in central Ohio.

We went with a buffet dinner which was executed smoothly and efficiently so everyone got their warm food in a timely manner. Our guests are still raving about the food and service they experienced that evening! The recent renovations of the clubhouse are beautiful and the view of the golf course is amazing! Our photographer captured so many wonderful photographs as we explored the golf course. We could not be more pleased with our choice to work with Worthington Hills Country Club!

ballroom. Everything was absolutely perfect and that I owe in part to Rian. She is absolutely amazing, answered every email very fast, no matter what the question was. I do not have enough words to tell you how perfect this place is! If you are looking at the Worthington Hills Country Club just book it now, you will not be disappointed!

e morning which was great! But day of, the venue did not set up our place cards for guests at their tables even though they agreed to do so literally the day prior to our wedding. This happened with various things we had expected the country club to do, which luckily my Decorator and husband (who had to stop taking pictures with his family and groomsman) to do since they decided they weren't going to. Once our event was getting closer to start, there wasn't much sight of Rian or our evening coordinator- she literally only spoke to me once during the whole event. And even if I needed her, I would have had no idea how to find her or get ahold of her. We were supposed to get a golf cart for us to go out onto the greens to take pictures- that was never provided for us. We got a ton of complements on food-but it was obvious it had been cooked and sat for quite awhile. The venue is beautiful and the staff is okay, except for their receptionist who was rude to a few of my guests who needed a locker room for medical reasons-it didn't seem like there was clear communication between staff members. So I personally had to go locate a staff member and get it taken care of while I was supposed to be getting ready. I would choose this venue again; however, make sure you have a day of coordinator or someone to be sure things are getting done and keep things running smoothly. I'm slightly disappointed with the execution of our wedding- I had such high expectations after meeting with Rian for so many months. My husband and I had to be a lot more hands on than I had anticipated, especially after spending so much money. I was asked a lot of the same questions multiple times (which is absolutely fine- I know there was a lot going on) but then things still weren't done correctly. We told the staff to place a table by our wedding arbor for our unity ceremony along with a box- that never happened. So our unity ceremony during our wedding had to be basically non-existent and improvised last minute by our pastor. So once again, the venue is nice and recently renovated , food is good, but make sure you have good vendors working with you closely day of to be sure things are getting done correctly or to help out with MISC. things.

e, you will not be disappointed! From the very beginning, Rian was such a huge help! If I e-mailed her a question, she would always respond quickly and was always so willing to help. She made the wedding planning process so much easier and was just so pleasant to work with. I don't know that we would have received that kind of help from someone at any other venue. Rian and the WHCC staff were so awesome on our wedding day. They made sure everything ran smoothly and checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and our guests made many comments on that! Our guests also complimented how nice and classy the venue was. The whole day was absolutely perfect and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. Like I said, our wedding day was perfect thanks to WHCC! I told my husband everyone should get married there. It was everything we dreamed our wedding would be!

or to the very helpful staff that was cleaning up as we left. Everything went off just perfectly. They provide not only a reception venue indoors, but we also had our wedding on the patio overlooking the golf course. We then had a cocktail hour at the outside patio area while photos were being taken. We had multiple compliments that they had the best food that many of our guests had ever had at a wedding! From the early morning when we were allowed to come and set up at our convenience, to the end of the evening, the entire day was perfect. Thank you to Rian, Greg Steller and their entire staff.

We had 100 guests at our wedding and the space was a perfect size for that group. With perfect weather, we were able to use the outside patio space to hold our wedding ceremony. Worthington Hills allowed us to us any outside vendors that we wanted, which was nice for the cake, DJ, and photographers. Thanks for a wonderful day!

o wait and see if all of your idea's and your vendors come together. WHCC truly made it easy. Catering Sales Manager, Rian, was very responsive via email which was my preferred method of communication. I was constantly emailing her with different questions from the vendors or about moving tables around for flowers or lighting. When we first met she gave us a packet that contained all of the pricing. I also liked the fact that the pricing could always be found on their website. That was nice for me as I was always working on the wedding budget and often times it was outside of business hours. Rian setup a food tasting for us that was incredible and answered all of our questions about what would work best for our group of 200 with an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. We had many compliments on the dinners; filet, pecan crusted chicken, and vegetable ravioli. The hors D’oeuvres were a big hit as well. Caramelized bacon being the crowd favorite! We went with a per person bar package versus paying per drink. We felt that would work best for our group. In addition to the many compliments on the food, we also had many compliments on the staff and how friendly they were and how a bartender went out of their way to find a non-alcoholic beer for a guest. The guest said the bartender found him about 10 minutes after he thought they didn’t have any. We just couldn’t be happier with how the entire evening turned out.

say enough about how amazing Rian was during our whole process. She promptly answered any questions that we had, even if we sent her 4-5 e-mails in a day. Any concerns we had she met without any issues. The venue itself was also amazing, the dance floor was perfect, and there was a large area for photo booth and for our guests to conversate if they didn't want to dance. We had several compliments from our guests on the food as well, and they give several options for food and drinks. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Every staff member was gracious and helpful. The grounds outside are also beautifully landscaped. I'm very excited to see how our pictures turned out. When we ended up having more guests than anticipated, they were extremely accommodating and it was Rian's suggestion to hold our wedding "California style' with the guests seated at the tables during our short ceremony. This was a huge success. Our guests really liked it and by making the change we were able to have 4 buffet lines (vs. 2) and had much more room for our photo booth. We had use of the women's locker room and lounge to get ready and it was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out, get our makeup done and get dressed. The food was fantastic, everyone loved it. Its been six months since our wedding and we're still hearing that our guests enjoyed the food. They also have reasonable prices. No wedding is cheap, but I didn't feel like they were charging too much. Additionally, they didn't charge for every function, cake cutting, chair set up, etc. Everything was included. I would highly recommend Worthington Hills for your wedding/reception. I've had nothing but positive comments from my guests about the venue/food and Rian and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Our day went perfectly and they were a big part of that.

After the ceremony was over the guests retired inside to the air conditioning while the wedding party and family took pictures on the golf course / country club grounds. Both the ceremony and reception were gorgeous, and even turned out better than we had envisioned. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the prettiest and "most fun" weddings they had ever attended. We were very pleased with the services the club provided and would do it all over again exactly the same way. We especially wanted to note that WHCC provides a lot of very affordable reception options, especially compared with other Columbus-area venues. We loved it !

Rian, the coordinator, was extremely helpful, honest, and flexible. While we couldn't afford an open bar for the whole evening, Rian worked within our budget so we could offer our guests complimentary beer and wine for the 90 minute cocktail hour. The bar later turned into a cash bar, with all proceeds counting towards our food and beverage minimum - an unexpected surprise. The grounds of the facility are beautiful, with several great photo-worthy spots. Adequate parking and easy to find, which our guests appreciated. White table linens and a napkin color of your choice are included in the service charge, as are small white votive candles and vases. The chairs were absolutely beautiful and comfortable for those wanting to watch the dance floor from the sidelines. While WHCC does have a food and beverage minimum for Saturday night events, it was just about the lowest we've found in Columbus. I would highly recommend WHCC for any engaged couple seeking understated sophistication for a surprisingly attractive price.

On Saturday morning we were amazed to find out that she and the staff had started preparing Friday night, by procuring generators and doing everything possible to keep the reception intact! There was enough power for the ovens (and DJ!) and 177 guests were served as if nothing were wrong. The appetizers, cocktails, and dinner were excellent - a comment repeated by many friends and family members. The dining room was beautiful and the staff exceptional. Many venues had cancelled receptions that day, but Worthington Hills came through with flying colors! We highly recommend Worthington Hills Country Club for any type of event, especially a wedding reception!
