Worthington Jewelers had impressed me when I was shopping and I chose to work through them. I worked with Eric at Worthington Jewelers. Eric was very helpful in navigating through the process with me and advocating on my behalf with the company making the ring. We went through several design edits before I was happy with the final design. Eric was patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. He helped me get the ring quicker than promised. We were able to create a beautiful ring that utilized a diamond from a 100+ year old ring from my family. He also informed me of a sales event I should take advantage of for the wedding bands. Fast forward, my fiancé and I came back to pick out wedding bands. We again navigated the custom process to get a ring that went with the custom engagement ring and Eric helped me find my perfect wedding band too. I was very happy with my purchase experience. Worthington Jewelers also has a protection plan for my fiancé's rings. They will inspect and clean the rings twice a year and repair the rings if necessary. I feal great about my purchase and all the help we both received from Eric and from Worthington Jeweler
