Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were looking to have a unique engagement ring created with a sapphire as the center piece. Bob and Theresa worked with their network to find us a stunning stone and then we worked on the band design. I would not trust anyone else with my engagement ring than Worthington Jewlers. My Fiance and I were shopping around through different jewelers (even ones out in NYC and LA) for a couple months before settling on Worthington Jewlers. There are no high pressure sales, they have a wide selection of diamonds, and their employees are top knotch. My fiance really hates high pressure sales and enjoyed designing the ring with Lori to put a custom touch on my engagement ring. Worthington Jewlers has been used by my parents, my sister and her fiance, my best friend and her fiance and my college rooommate and her fiance. All 5 couples consistently go to this jewler for a reason, we know that our money is well spent there, supporting a family business and if something goes wrong they are going to take care of it. My ring is custom and absolutely perfect. Lori, Theresa, Bob and the rest of the team worked with us until we were completely satisfied with it. If you are on the fence, just go there and talk to them - you will not regret it!

Devin was very professional and helpful in assisting us with our purchase. They followed up with me in a timely manner to keep me apprised of the status of my ring order. The finished ring and band fit us perfectly. The custom made wedding band complimented the engagement ring that my husband had purchased. We went to Worthington to get my fiancé’s wedding band. Devon was extremely helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. (We wanted a dark silver exterior with a rose gold interior, which is not a common men’s band.) She even went out of her way to call the manufacturer to see if they could make a change we were looking for. Devon helped us find a great wedding band for my fiancé and we’re so happy with it. I can’t wait to see him wear it come October!

Wonderful! They worked VERY hard to make sure we got the exact rings we wanted! There was no trying to sell us bigger and more expensive stuff like other places. These guys genuinely listen and we couldn’t be happier.

Planned on shopping around to get different prices from local jewelers when I first stopped into Worthington Jewelers. Planned on proposing with my Grandmother's ring and wanted to get suggestions as to how I could make it more modern. Met Eric who ended up earning my confidence within the first several minutes. I gave him a brief description of my proposal plans and we created a plan of action. I ended up making my Grandmother's ring my wife's wedding band and purchased an engagement ring from Worthington Jewelers. Eric suggested ordering a few different diamonds so when they were delivered, I went with an eye test to see which diamond I'd go with. They crafted the rest of the engagement ring and later customized my Grandmother's ring for a VERY fair price. Never thought I'd end up creating a bond with a jeweler, but Eric was in my corner the entire time. It was a pleasure and will refer all my friends and family their way.
