Chuck was amazing and made our wedding reception absolutely perfect! Throughout the process from booking through the reception he was very communicative and always got back with me in a timely manner. He was a great help in the planning process to make sure that everything from cocktail hour through the last song went off without a hitch. He helped with music recommendations when we were stuck and was able to provide great feedback from past weddings that he has done to help with our decision making. He was wonderful the day of he wedding as well, arriving on time, and handling the wedding pat showing up late so perfectly that no one else knew we were late. (What can I say, we were having fun taking pictures.) The dance floor was packed all night! Even people that do not normally dance were out on the floor. I cannot recommend Wow Factor DJ enough! I can't imagine my reception without him. He really helped make the night as magical for everyone as it felt for me.

Chuck was amazing! We had a full dance floor all night long! He read the mixed age crowd, catered to any ask of ours and was so much fun! The mimic kissing jar was a hit! BEST WEDDING DJ EVER! I cannot recommend Chuck enough for your wedding. First, he is so professional and knows what he is doing! We through a few curve balls at him during the wedding and he was on top of everything even last minute. Most importantly, Chuck knows how to keep everyone on the dance floor the whole night! I have never seen a dance floor filled the whole night until our wedding because of Chuck. He reads the room and knows exactly what to play. He also will listen to you (the bride and the groom) and will play whatever you want whenever you needed it. Chuck, THANK YOU for being the best DJ and making our wedding perfect!

HIRE CHUCK TO DJ YOUR WEDDING! I could not recommend Chuck's DJ service enough, or understate the importance of a great wedding DJ. Chuck ensured that our ceremony ran smoothly and all the audio was tested well beforehand, he was on time, and his taste in music is awesome! The dancefloor was packed the entire time and he had everyone dancing from young adults to grandparents. He was great to work with and has a planning guide that will walk you through all the little details that you don't even think about (like the music that plays while guests are getting served dinner!). His communication before the wedding was great and, when we had to change plans the day-of due to bad weather, he was very flexible and had a wonderful attitude. Would highly recommend working with Chuck.

The best DJ around!! Chuck is experienced, friendly to work with, and keeps the party going all night! We got married in 95 degree weather and Chuck had a great attitude and kept the dance floor packed while in the heat. HIGHLY recommend!!

DJ Chuck was the perfect man for the job! From beginning to end, he handled himself very professionally. We loved that he took the time before our wedding to meet with us and got to know us a little better before our big day. We had so many people that attended our wedding come up to us afterwards and tell us how much fun the DJ was, which was very important to us. There were a few minor hiccups that occurred due to the extreme heat and inclement weather in the area but he did not panic and made us feel like he had everything under control the whole night. Overall 10/10 for DJ Chuck!!

One of my worries for my wedding was an empty dance floor. Looking back, there was not one time that I remember the dance floor empty!!! Chuck was so easy to work with and was open to changes, even when they were with five minutes notice. He helped us keep the ceremony and recption on schedule, and the reception upbeat. Guests still are talking about how our wedding was the most fun they had ever been to and I can’t thank Chuck enough for that! My legs and feet are sore from dancing, and my heart is so full from how grateful I am for Chuck and his talent. I cannot recommend Wow Factor enough!!

WOW is right!!! Chuck sure did bring the WOW factor. We interviewed many DJ's as this is a VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL! Picking the right DJ is crucial in pleasing your guests, and let me tell you BOOK CHUCK!! Every bride has their worries pre-wedding, and mine were that the dance floor would not be busy. Not once did I have that worry the day of!!! Chuck did an AMAZING job of keeping the dance floor busy and keeping our FLOW of events going- which is SO important. Our wedding guests still talk about how much of a blast they had 2 months post-wedding!! Chuck was personal and professional. He checked in with us and accommodated to our needs in the best way. I have been to a few weddings and there were times where they were just BORING because no one wanted to get out and dance or the flow of events was just not working. Weddings that are boring is strictly because of a poor DJ. We had Chuck this was not the case AT ALL! Not only did he do a fantastic job as a DJ, his MC skills are above and BEYOND! He was the perfect balance of everything you could want. Guests of all ages were out on the dance floor ALL NIGHT!!! I also laughed more than I ever had during the shoe game that Chuck so seamlessly put together. He was so patient with my sound-geek father and worked very well with him. His sound quality was amazing as the music was never blaring, but provided QUALITY sound. On top of all of it, his pricing was reasonable. You will not regret booking Chuck, he brings the WOW factor!! He truly made our reception the BEST EVER!

I wish there were more stars to express how AWESOME Chuck was on our wedding day! from curating the most perfect soundtrack to our day, to making sure we stayed on time and keeping all of our guests partying on the dance floor all night long! From our first phone call with Chuck I knew we would be in good hands, he offers great suggestions for certain aspects of our evening, and put our minds at ease the week before when we had our final phone call! This company is absolutely fantastic and I will recommend them every single time someone asks for a DJ!

Chuck was so easy to work with. We had some unusual song choices and he had them all! He was very organized and kept the party going. There wasn't a single moment on our day with an empty dance floor.

We loved having him as our DJ. Has a great planning guide, very experienced, called us the week of to make sure he pronounced everything correctly and was on the same page with the plan for the big day. Very flexible. The music was GREAT. Perfect mix of what we requested be played at the reception and reading the room. SO many people danced at our wedding it was awesome. And he was spot on with all the songs we picked out at the ceremony and key reception songs (cake cutting, etc). It was great, very happy we went with him.

Chuck was a great DJ for our wedding! His planning guides made organizing our event and song requests a breeze, and he was very easy to work with. Our guests had a great time dancing, and he played a wide variety of music to accommodate our crowd. He was also awesome about taking requests and judging the best time to play them, as well as making announcements to keep the event flowing without being cheesy. Chuck was the BOMB! We had a last minute change of venue and he rolled with the punches. He kept everything organized and checked in with us but was not bothersome. He knows how to do his job and he does it well! Plus, you could tell he was having fun too! Dance floor was packed all night long and he was very receptive to requests. So many compliments on how fun the night was. THANK YOU CHUCK!!

Working with Chuck was easy, fun, and very reasonably priced. Reserving our services was very low maintenance, and he was very flexible with our song requests! He even accommodated our concern about line-dance style songs (think Cupid Shuffle, the Wobble, YMCA, etc) being too long and boring by mixing out of the tracks early into other songs. Our only slight issue was that it was sometimes difficult to hear his announcements, but that's to be expected in a large room of over 200 people mingling and talking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Wow Factor DJ to any brides in the Grand Rapids area.

The dance floor was packed the entire reception thanks to Chuck! He was very thorough from the start, meeting with us early on to get a better idea of what we were looking for and remind us of details we had not yet thought of. We were provided with a packet to fill out and ensure every detail was covered and an entire page for song requests. He played almost, if not every, song on that list which I tailored heavily to our friend and family in attendance and kept the dance floor lively. He also did a great job of keeping our guests informed of the happenings throughout the night and kept in close contact with our other vendors to ensure the night moved along smoothly. We couldn't be happier with this decision!

Chuck did a great job at our wedding at Johnson Park!! He did a fantastic job of selecting the right music at the right time to keep the reception going and people on the dance floor. We had a small venue so we didn't use a lot of the extras (such as uplighting) that he has to offer. My husband met him once as we were considering different DJ's and he met with us both again a few weeks before the wedding to run through everything and make sure we both felt comfortable with the plan for our wedding day! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ!!!

Chuck was fabulous! He designed a night of entertainment that was smooth, fun, engaging and fast-paced. Never a dull moment and he had the whole place moving. The night of our lives-- and Chuck ensured that it was just that. VERY reasonably priced and a wonderful professional!

Chuck did a wonderful job DJ'ing our wedding. He was so friendly and full of excitement! A great presence to have at a wedding! There were just two small things that didn't go quite as we had planned. First, our song was cut just a little bit shorter than we had planned and secondly, there was a miscommunication about when one of our games was supposed to be played. It was supposed to be played after dinner, but instead was played before dinner and so when our food was served it was a bit cold. But other than that, everything went perfectly and we were so happy with how our day went! Would definitely recommend!!

Just like in the name “wow” is the perfect description. Chuck was awesome from the first moment that I showed interest in booking with him. He walked me through the entire reception and helped me understand and make decisions about the timeline. He has lots of fun ways to get the crowd engaged and he kept the dance floor rocking all night long! Book today because this is the very best option!

Chuck Speidel was our DJ - he owns the company. He was professional, on time when we met, and he is very detail oriented in helping us with reception music. He gave us a planning guide to fill out so that we would be organized. My husband and I heard nothing but good things from our guests about the music he played.
