Kristy was so easy to work with. We had only 1 planning call and she understood the colors we wanted to use as well as our budget. When the day arrived, the flowers were even more beautiful than we imagined! I highly recommend this florist for your special event!!
Absolutely amazing company!! They were super nice and accommodating with some last minute things and they are so creatively strong with their florals! They matched all my inspo pictures and made them even better! They are amazing to work with and absolutely worth the money! Made my day beautiful!!!
Unfortunately, I was really let down with my wedding florals. Despite having what I thought was good communication with them throughout the planning process, they delivered florals that did not match my requests. I disliked our ceremony arch and florals so much that I had our family photos moved to a different location. I asked for and provided photos of exactly what I wanted, a large cloud-like arch of babies breath with puddling trailing aisle markers. Instead, I got a simple triangle lightly covered with babies breath. The aisle markers were small and the majority of them were placed behind the last row of chairs where they were barely visible at all. I legitimately don't know where the miscommunication happened as my contract specifically listed the photos I had given them. We were trying to have an organic, natural garden themed wedding and the harsh geometry of the triangle arch really clashed and was not at all what I wanted. Additionally, they chose the triangle arch from our venues list of rental items, but our venue also had a perfectly shaped rounded arch available as well. So I'm really not sure why they picked the triangle shape in the first place.
My bouquet was also off. I had given them photos for this too as well as access to my whole Pinterest board so again I'm really not sure where the miscommunication happened. I asked for a purple carnation only in my bouquet in honor of my grandmother (this is also specifically noted in my contract with them) but somehow that snowballed into purple being a huge part of my overall color scheme. I had many purple carnations in my bouquet as well as other random purple flowers all over my reception tent. Somehow, even though my Pinterest only had neutral, soft colors (like green, creams, whites, and some orange) as inspiration, my reception flowers were loud, saturated, and vibrant.
Florals were one of the most important things to me for my wedding and Wow Factor Floral just really did not deliver. I feel like we were charged the amount that the inspo pictures would have cost but then they actually delivered something that looked much cheaper and less impressive.

We loved working with Wow Factor Floral! Kristy and her team were all very nice and patient with me during the many meetings we had together. We felt like we got a lot for the price compared to other floral vendors, and they really listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly. Highly recommend them!
Wow Factor came in pretty late into our (mostly) DIY wedding planning process and truly went above and beyond. For some reason, I thought me and some friends could handle the florals, but as we got closer to the day I realized how unrealistic that vision was if I also wanted to stay sane. Kristy was amazing! The florals for our wedding turned out perfectly. My bouquet was so much better than I could have even imagined and the vision for the venue was perfect. Kristy worked with our budget so well and created exactly what we were looking for visually.

Kristy was very nice and easy to work with. During our consultation, she was able to walk me through wedding florals and the different types of flowers and arrangements I provided for references. I felt comfortable after our first meeting that should would create the bouquet I envisioned. Although we had a hiccup with getting approval to hand greenery with Canyonwood Ridge she was able to pivot and use the fund for that arrangement elsewhere.
Wow Factor Floral took my very vague. Pinterest inspired idea of disco balls and bright flowers and brought it to life. We loved the hanging fixtures that we had in our reception and I was very happy with how all the bouquets and boutonnieres showed up. We also got a flower crown for our officiant and our dogs got special, floral collars!
With only one phone call to discuss what I wanted in my bouquets, this team absolutely nailed it. I was beyond happy with what the team designed and put together, flowers were gorgeous and fresh, and the colors were spot on. Delivery was on time and the team required minimal communication which throughout planning a wedding and the day of is invaluable!! The flowers were my favorite part of the decor. Thank you!!!
Wow Factor Floral did such an amazing job with our floral design for our wedding! We came in knowing basically nothing about what kind of flowers we wanted, but Kristy worked with us and asked a lot of questions to help us develop a vision for what it could look like. And I have to say, what materialized far exceeded our expectations! We didn't have a large budget for floral so we were going for "simple elegance", and even with a limited budget she was still able to deliver a such a stunning aesthetic for our wedding, to the point that our guests kept coming up to us commenting on how gorgeous the flowers were! We highly recommend them for your floral needs!

We worked with Wow Factor for our wedding at the Cedars Ranch out in Wimberley, TX and had a great experience. Our wedding style was VERY colorful and whimsical and I was looking for a florist that could create a beautiful, memorable floral display without being too maximalist. We didn’t want to spend too much on florals but still wanted some color drama and Wow Factor delivered. Based on inspiration I provided, Wow Factor created beautiful ceremony site installations on stands, an AMAZING bridal bouquet and playful blooms in bud vases. Wow Factor made working together easy - I shipped bud vases I wanted to use directly to their team and they were able to arrange and deliver seamlessly the morning of the wedding. My expectations were totally exceeded and the price was really reasonable compared to other florists in the area - there was no spend minimum (which I really appreciated.) Would definitely recommend them to any Hill Country bride!
WOW Factor Floral came in clutch!! I was getting discouraged with finding a florist that wasn’t quoting me more than our caterer. My best friend was getting married about 3 months before we did and I reached out to him. His wife sent my Kristy’s information and it was exactly what I was looking for When I reached out for a quote it was within our budget!! Day of the wedfest, Kristy and team showed up on time and got to work. I wasn’t there for the set up, however, when I saw the ceremony arch, aisle, reception tables, and dessert table/cake floral I was absolutely ecstatic. It was perfect!! We had last minute grandparents unable to make it and Kristy was really communicative all the way up to when they finished and left the venue. Don’t feel discouraged if you’re being quoted above your budget, give WOW Factor Floral a ping!!
The flowers were so much more beautiful than I even imagined! Kristy worked with us (including multiple phone calls after our initial consult) to make sure our vision came to life for the big day. So many compliments on the florals (people were even texting before the ceremony started to say so!), and definitely one of the best values in Hill Country for professional floral services.

We only did real florals for my bouquet and hubby’s boutonnière, the other florals for the venue were faux/DIY. I have zero knowledge of floral design or even the type of flowers I like, Kristy was great, so patient and helped to explain floral types that are best for the season and for different types of flowers that would work best. I enjoyed getting to sit down with her to create the perfect design idea I had been picturing. The only thing I knew I wanted was a large elegant, cascading bouquet that had greenery and a good mix of our wedding colors. Both my bouquet and husband’s boutonnière turned out beautifully 😍
Delivery was also so convenient, it was a stress relief not having to worry about picking up florals on the big day.
I used Wow Factor Floral for fresh bouquets for my wedding. I ordered a bridal bouquet, 5 bridemaids bouquets, a toss bouquet, and two corsages and they turned out great! I had consulted over the phone with Kristy and she was wonderful about honing in on what I wanted for flowers and colors. I don't know much about florals but she asked the right questions to understand my vision. The proposal she sent prior to design was spot on. A friend picked up my order from their Wimberley shop the morning of the wedding and she said it went smoothly. No issues, and I loved my bouquets!

WOW They truly delivered! The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The only thing is, it feels like Krysty is the only employee and despite her going above and beyond it’s really hard to get a hold of her on the first call. She honestly saved my life. I had to add a bunch of additions the week of the wedding because our original plans fell through and without batting an eye she said they could accommodate. I think the only thing that I would call out is that I wish they reached out more often. I felt like I was the one always reaching out. I also never got mock-ups, just the flower recipe. I wish I would’ve gotten to see what they would look like beforehand to ease my nerves but luckily everything looked nearly identical to the pinterest posts that I had shared with her.
The flowers for our wedding were perfect! They did an amazing job creating bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and wreaths for the tables. They even made a baby's breath flower crown for our flower girl. WOW Factor Floral was very professional, punctual, and were quick to communicate with me (and I changed my order several times). I had a great experience working with Wow Factor on my wedding florals earlier this year. I had a very specific vision in mind, which they executed perfectly. I also had a fairly tight budget, which Wow Factor was very accommodating to. They worked with me to figure out how I could get all of the things I really wanted while cutting back on some things that weren't very important to me, all so that we could stay as close to my budget as possible. My experience with a lot of wedding vendors was that they would try to upsell me on things even after I had been clear about my budget limitations, but I didn't get any of that pressure from Wow Factor. I felt like they really listened to me and what I wanted.
I am so glad the Hill Country venue recommended Wow Factor Floral to my Planner and I. They went above and beyond for both our pre-wedding Planning meeting as well as the wedding day. My Matron of Honor and my Mother expressed how enjoyable spending time with Kristi was in her shop to walk her through our visions and expectations for the Ceremony space, the Venue, and the dining hall. Our florals looked beautiful and exactly as I had imagined. Kristi delivered on our big day! She's great at communicating via email, quick to answer text. The wow Factor team is very professional - a company you can trust. I'd recommend Wow Factor Floral again to other brides in the Austin and Hill Country area.

Flowers are such an important part of a wedding day and I am so happy that we chose to work with Wow Factor! During our consultation, we felt that our vision was understood and confident that it would be executed. I had been planning to do my own floral arrangements for my wedding, but after some experimenting I realized that was not going to turn out well and I needed to hire someone instead. I chose Wow Factor Floral because they were the first florist I could find that still had availability on our day. With less than three weeks until the wedding, I sent them my pinterest inspo board and chatted with Kristie, and then hoped for the best. I was FLOORED when I saw the flowers, they were absolutely perfect! My bouquet was nearly identical to the picture I had pointed out as my favorite. The centerpieces were truly works of art, and fit seamlessly with all my decor even though I hadn't given much direction on what those should look like. I couldn't believe that even though I hadn't done too much research before choosing them, I had just happened to find what I can only assume is one of the best florists in the area. Highly recommend!

Wow Factor Floral really came through with stunning flowers that made our already beautiful venue magnificent. We probably weren't the easiest couple to work with as we wanted to be walked through every little detail and changed our minds several times. Kristy was always kind, thoughtful in her recommendations, and helpful in finding ways for us to repurpose things to get more bang for our buck. I brought every single flower home with me and kept arranging them, rearranging them, pressing them, and generally driving everyone up the wall with how much I enjoyed them. If you want gorgeous flowers, this is your team!!

Wow Factor Floral did amazing!!! We love everything they helped put together for our wedding. They even added a specific flowers that were special to my husband and I that were part of our engagement. I highly recommend working with their team they made the process very simple and effortless!
I was extremely disappointed with our floral the day of the wedding. I wish I could attach a photo from our ceremony because it looked thrown together with no care and just bad. Now when I look at the photos of my husband and I standing together at the alter I can not take my eyes off the background because it is so distracting and unpleasant. I sent my vision to the company with several photos attached per their request and when I compare them, they look nothing alike. My day of coordinator was also disappointed working with their team during setup the morning of my wedding. She said Katy was very rude to her and seemed rushed so they just put something green on the walls without intention. Before the reception ended the greenery was falling off the walls of the barn hall. I wish they had just not put anything up at all. It looked like they ran out of greenery.
I also had several communication issues that I was happy to look past at the time because I understand it gets busy leading up to the day. But after seeing the final product in person and in photos I am overall disappointed with Wow Factor Floral and regret doing business with them. I sent over addition decorations 4 months before my wedding date. I didn’t hear back till 3 weeks leading up to my wedding about but no one clarified if it could be done or not. I followed up a few more times and finally heard back the week of my wedding. By then I wasn’t sure if it was something they could do or not. Next thing I know I am being told I have to pay for it today (7 days before my wedding) if I want it or not. There was no heads up, clarification, or discussion. When I received our bouquets and boutonnieres they were mixed up and 2 grandparents never got to wear their floral for the ceremony.
We had our wedding this past weekend and the flowers exceeded our expectations. Everything was so beautiful and the staff was so helpful during the process. We had originally scheduled our wedding for 2020 and postponed due to COVID about 5 times. We completely changed what we were looking for and the staff was so patient with us. I really was blown away by how pretty all the arrangements were and how they really made the vibe of the wedding.
Wow Factor did such an amazing job with our wedding flowers. We quickly learned that floral pricing in the Austin area was a bit steeper than we had planned for, but our venue (Stonehouse Villa) recommended Wow Factor and said they'd be able to get it done within our budget. They did not disappoint. I gave Kristy my color palette and inspo and she helped to come up with a vision incorporating everything I wanted and needed, all while staying right in our budget. We ended up providing decor as well to be incorporated by the florist, and they executed it so well. As a bonus, they kept all of the decor afterwards and added it to their inventory, so we didn't have to worry about what to do with it afterwards. I knew it would come out great, but when I saw my bouquet and our reception space for the first time I was speechless. It was all so beautiful. We got so many compliments on how the space was done up by our guests as well, which is always nice to hear. Thank you so much Wow Factor Team!

Working with Wow Factor Floral for my wedding was amazing. I don't know anything about flowers at all. I brought in some inspiration photos and they helped me build the perfect bouquet and matching florals for the rest of the wedding. When my bridal bouquets arrived on the wedding day, I asked to change a few things to my bouquet and they gladly accommodated. I was very impressed and I highly recommend!

Ladies, if you are looking for someone who asks all the right questions when you haven't a clue of what you're looking for and helps you realize the vision you have for your wedding, Wow Factor Floral is who you've been looking for! I came in with an idea of colors but wanted but needed more help, I had no idea where to start. Kristy was so helpful and patient with me. All I can say is, wow! I booked Wow Factor back in 2019 pre-pandemic, and had to postpone my wedding by nearly a year and half due to covid. Kristi was so flexible with us changing the date, and worked with me to adjust our plans for floral when we ended up having less people than we expected pre-pandemic. I only gave her a few photos to work with (I was planning from DC) but she ran with it and the flowers were everything I dreamed of and more. Seriously, she made me a bouquet even prettier than the photos I had showed her. Everybody commented on the floral and how gorgeous everything was. I would hire Kristi again in a heartbeat.

Wow Factor helped me with my flowers for my Nov 2021 wedding. Everything was gorgeous!! They actually delivered the flowers earlier than expected for the day of, which made it easier for everyone to get set up.
I had 6 bridesmaids originally but 3 couldn’t make it. Everything was already paid for by the time I found out 3 couldn’t come and Kristy helped me reallocate the money to floral decor she thought could use a little more. Everything turned out beautifully and I couldn’t have asked for a better floral team to help me out, especially with all the changes I had due to postponing the wedding twice from covid.

The floral arrangements were excellent, Kristy was able to take some rough ideas about what we wanted and turned it into a lovely montage of structure, color, and fragrance. The day-of installers were not only at the venue as promised, but integrated their work with the rest of the decorations to make for a great reception hall.
WOW Factor floral did an amazing job with the floral for our wedding! From the very beginning, they worked with us to make my vision come to life with the budget we had in mind. They gave great suggestions and everything tied in so well together from the altar to bouquets to the centerpieces. They were very responsive and professional anytime we needed anything. I hired Wow Factor Floral for my daughter's wedding (at Ma Maison) based on a referral from a family friend and they were amazing. Every communication from Kristy was timely, friendly and helpful. My daughter lives in Dallas, so I only had a few photos to provide and Kristy took it from there and did a beautiful job. We talked a couple times on the phone and had one meeting for about 45 minutes. Other than that...she and her staff took our inspiration and ran with it. We asked her to do one special thing - take a portion of my wedding veil and use it in my daughter's bridal bouquet. I had no idea how they would do it, but I left it up to them. The way they used it to wrap the bouquet handle and then used the lace and beading for a special touch was perfect. I would not have changed a thing with the florals. And, their staff for the installation were truly on point. Without hesitation, I would recommend Wow Factor Floral.

This is a great flower vendor! I ended up having to find a florist pretty last minute, and Kristy was so sweet to work with me and get me amazing flowers in time. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and set things up stunningly. At our initial meeting, she sat down with me and showed me pictures of flowers and arrangement styles as I tried to describe what I wanted, making thoughtful recommendations. I highly recommend!
I got so many compliments on my bouquet and they did a really amazing job with the set up and replicating the design ideas I shared. They also worked with me to incorporate in items that I wanted in the bouquet and boutonnieres.
Kristi did a magnificent job with the floral arrangements (arch, my bouquet, and the centerpieces) for my wedding. She was able to visualize and capture my ideas and add a uniqueness with her creative touch. She was fun and vibrant to work with, as well as flexible. Amazing!!! I never knew you could get soooo many compliments on flowers from the wedding! The bright beautiful bouquets took all of our wedding pictures to the next level. Not only was the execution flawless but the planning phase was so easy, I picked Wow Factor because of the phone consult, I was absolutely clueless when it came to flowers and they made me feel like they knew exactly what they were doing and were completely flexible to whatever I wanted. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
When they say WOW-they really mean WOW!!! They truly worked with us, our vision, and our budget! I never thought what I imagined in my head would be what I would actually be getting! Wow Factor Floral exceeded my wildest expectations! I wasn’t really sure what i exactly wanted for our wedding, we basically sent Kristy inspo pictures and she went with it. There was a mix up with payment, but it was a system error. Thankfully Kristy was super quick to resolve the issue and was super flexible the whole entire wedding planning process! I'm so happy that we chose Wow Factor Floral. I had no idea what I wanted when we went in for our consultation, but Kristy helped me narrow it down to come up with the perfect arrangements. We were working on a tight budget, but were able to stick to it with her help. The bouquets were perfect. I wouldn't have changed a single thing about them. They complimented the dresses and the bridesmaids beautifully. Mine was exactly what I was hoping for. The size was perfect and there was a beautiful amount of variety without being overwhelming. They were so easy to work with and helped us make our vision come to life with hardly anything to go on!

Kristy was awesome to work with!! We did everything through email, and she was able to create exactly what I was hoping for in a bridal bouquet based off photos I sent her. She was very mindful of my budget, laid out options, and took time to call and explain how the costs can be kept down for my bouquet.

My flowers came out even better than I imagined they would. Naturally I had a Pinterest board full of different ideas in which I couldn't decide exactly what I wanted. Kristy helped so much and came up with the perfect recipe for my bouquet and my bridesmaids. The great thing about Wow Factor was that they were very respective of my budget and made it work perfectly. Everyone I spoke with was so incredibly nice and made the experience that much better. I cant wait to have my flowers dried and framed to put on the wall!

The flowers exceeded my expectations. They put the wow factor in my decorations for my wedding. Kristy was very sweet, helpful, offered numerous ideas for my wedding. We went in with a budget and Kristy made sure to stay within it. She was always available for questions or if I wanted to make a change in floral arrangements. My guest wedding could not stop talking about how beautiful the floral arrangements were that Wow Factor had done. I would highly recommend Wow Factor Floral for any occasion.
