round them. They are also extremely organized and talented. The only small issue we had was that it could be hard to get in touch leading up to the wedding, but it sounds like they are making changes to address that.

we were able to put together a wedding day timeline with them so there wasn’t confusion about the schedule when the day came. We did not have a wedding coordinator so we appreciated that Jen and Alex were able to help us stick to the schedule by providing guidance to the wedding party and guests when needed. They were great to work with through the whole planning process and the day of. And our pictures turned out great! Jen and Alex were able to capture all of the moments we wanted and we can’t stop looking through the images. Now we just have to make the difficult decisions of which pictures to order! I would definitely recommend Wren to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

glad I did because we were beyond blown away with our photos. Not only are they professional, but they are so down to earth and treat you more than just "another client". They made planning from 2,000 miles away easy. From our first video chat I felt like I had someone to go to about ANYTHING! And on the day of there is no one I would have rather have by our side capturing our day than them. Above and beyond service and I would choose them over and over again. Forever grateful to have all those moments frozen in time by them!

o make sure that our wedding day was perfect! We live about 4 hours away from our wedding venue and they were willing to Skype with us and help us through every step. They have a few different packages that you can choose from and vary in price according to what you get. They seemed fairly pricey for me at first but after looking at their work and knowing that I was getting two photographers, not to mention everything else that came with the package that I chose (including an annual photo session with them) I knew that I wanted them to photograph my wedding. They were professional throughout the whole experience, but still so much fun and they knew exactly what they were doing. I had a couple of hiccups at my wedding that they were completely prepared for, and took charge when others were not quite on top of things. I absolutely adore my photos and could not imagine having hired a more amazing couple than Jen and Alex. I will always recommend them and their work.

r money not so much. I got my wedding album one year later. You are not a priority after the wedding so getting your wedding album takes forever. You have a party to look at your wedding photos. Ours was in October. They have these wonderful albums you can give as gifts for xmas which was their idea. They started working on these x-mas gifts right away. We finally received our gifts at the end of February. When I contacted them after the wedding with questions regarding our wedding album or anything else it takes weeks to months to get a reply. I finally started calling. Jen stopped answering me after the wedding was over, Alex answered but it took a very long time. It is extremely frustrating to have such great, timely photographers before the wedding and before they get payment. After the payment and the wedding you are not a priority so getting albums or pictures and trying to communicate with them is a hassle! Yes they do offer you a free family session once a year after your wedding but at this point I would like my wedding photos and would like to be done with them. I would and will not recommend Wren photography, horrible costumer service once your wedding is over with.

uraged a lot of natural photos and wanted us to be at ease. We live about 8 hours from the ceremony site (which is where Wren is located) and they were able to work with us over the phone and skype in order to make sure that we had all our needs met.
Cons: They were on the pricey end, however they do offer different packages with different price points.
