My husband and I just got married this past weekend and unfortunately our ceremony was lacking. Kathi told me she would have multiple scripts to choose from and that we would get t...
o know each other so our ceremony could be personalized. I continued to reach out to Kathi via email leading up to our date but had very little response from her. When I asked about having our ceremony personalized she told me to edit her scrip and email her a copy. That’s not what We had in mind and not what we’re paying for. Also let her know that we thought we would actually meet her before our wedding or at least speak on the phone but didn’t happen. The day of our wedding she made little changes to her script to “personalize” it but still wasn’t really what we had in mind but it was too late to do anything about it. We did tell her specifically how we would like to be announced but she still did that wrong too. She also didn’t arrive to our wedding till three minutes before the ceremony started.
Unfortunately I would not recommend her to be your officiant due to our experience. After our ceremony we also heard from members of our wedding party and guests that she was rude and had an attitude towards them. We expected great things from her due to her previous reviews and what she promised in emails but we were severely disappointed.
Kathi was great to work with! She was very fun and has an amazing personality. Her smile lights up the room. She has great options for a beautiful ceremony.
To be in the presence of Kathi Wright is to be in the presence of a joyful spirit. For my fiance and I, there wasn't anyone better suited to join us in marriage. Your wedding day...
is supposed to be the happiest day of your life. Your wedding officiate can set the tone of your big day, and if you want a joy-filled, loving ceremony, Kathi is an excellent choice.
As an officiate, she brings years of experience and professionalism in addition to a warmth and energy that is unmatched. Unlike other officiates we met with, Kathi really listens to how you want your day to be, and works with you to ensure you have the vows that fit best for you and your soon-to-be-spouse. She goes above and beyond to make your day special. And, having her as part of your ceremony is a true pleasure. We received several compliments about our chosen officiate after the wedding too!
We highly recommend Kathi to any couples in search of the perfect officiate. It's a big day; one you want to cherish and remember fondly. We are so grateful that Kathi is part of our memories and not "just someone" who married us. Pam & Chris Jessen, Loveland
