Owner, Lead Designer

My name is Callie and I am the lead designer here at Wyld Blooms. I founded Wyld Blooms five years ago after discovering my passion as a flower artist working at a flower shop. I have a keen eye for color theory and placement which I believe are two important skills to master if you want to be a floral designer. I have personally worked on and designed over 110 weddings. My favorite style of wedding to design is garden-romantic, which typically look like lush table arrangements, maxamilist flowers and pastel color palettes. I grew up in Scottsdale, AZ and moved to San Diego to attend college where I studied Interior Design. I live in Coronado with my husband and we have a puppy named Clover.

Callie did such an incredible job! She has such a wonderful energy, great attitude, and to top it off. . . She is extremely talented. She creates golden, rusty, rosey blooms for my special day. Sooooo beautiful! I am absolutely thrilled I picked Callie to do my wedding. She is amazing!

Wyld Blooms (aka Callie) was so wonderful to work with. She understood my vision completely and was responsive and accommodating. I got so many compliments at my wedding and the photos are just gorgeous. She's got a serious gift and I'm incredibly thankful for her hard work and creativity. I highly suggest her!!!!! Wyld Blooms made my dream florals even better in real life!!!!! From the start, Callie was super welcoming and collaborative, unlike any other florist I had talked to previously. She made a mood board from my inspiration pictures which helped both us envision the day perfectly. Her questionnaire that she sent to get to know my style and ideas were simple and easy to answer. The planning process went as smooth as possible with Callie. She was so involved and I appreciate that the most. She gave me multiple options to make my vision come to life with the budget we had and helped me narrow it down to the best option. Callie was also very approachable. I never hesitated when I had a question because I knew she was there to answer any questions I had. On the day of our wedding, Callie's designs were made perfectly and truly tied our wedding together. It would have not been as beautiful as it was without her work. Everyone was a fan!!! Again, it came out more perfect than I could haver ever imagined. I seriously wanted to keep them forever! Callie was awesome throughout the entire process and was a pleasure to work with!! & if I ever need any other floral design for any other event, Wyld Blooms will always be my choice! THANK YOU!!!!!

A friend of mine hired Wyld Blooms for her wedding which is how I selected Cali to do my own wedding. I was impressed by the bouquets and arrangements she designed and started following her instagram account. What amazes me about wyld blooms is the uniqueness and creativity Cali possesses. Every wedding has a different look tailored to the clients preferences. Cali was great about understanding my vision and coordinating details with me. She blew my mind in creating my bridal bouquet- I didn’t let go of it all night! She also created a stunning tropical arrangement of florals in both the ceremony and reception areas and surprised us with an extra arrangement on our sweetheart table. Cali went above and beyond with our florals, I highly recommend her!

Hiring Callie to be my florist was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! After some research on instagram I found Wyld Blooms and loved Callie’s style! She was so stoked and eager to work on my wedding vision it made me feel so at ease. She was even patient with me when I second guessed my vision, tried to change it, and then went back to what I originally wanted lol. You could say I had a unique batch of flowers you wouldn’t normally put together, but Callie worked her magic and nailed my vision, even better than I could have ever imagined! So glad we went with the decision to have Callie do our florals. She did a great job. We had an big install on a cross that we had behind us at the altar and it looked beautiful. She captured exactly what I wanted for my own bouquet as well as my bridesmaids. We re-used all her arrangements from our tables for the brunch we had the next day. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers, everyone loved the arrangements that were made for my event! I had a great time working with Callie building flower crowns for a party! I had never done it before - and Callie was an excellent teacher and came prepared with so many supplies and a beautiful selection of flowers. She made it super easy and fun. I am typically someone who gets discouraged with making crafty or artsy things because that is not a strength of mine, but I was genuinely so proud of what I created and Callie helped me do that! I felt beautiful in my flower crown :)
